      From You Flowers, LLC cancelled my order without my specific permission!  Supposedly, one of your representative (Victor) call me after I placed the above subject order, with my credit card, demanding personal information to verify the order, without first verifying himself?! 
      When I demanded that he verify himself first by providing the above subject order number, he refused to, siting some internal security policy, and threatened to cancel my order unless I provided sensitive personal information to verify the order.  I demanded to speak with a Supervisor, which he failed to provide one after putting me on hold for 10 minutes?!  I then demanded to have a Supervisor contact me and hung up.  Later yesterday I received the below email update cancelling my order without my permission.
      Thier procedures are unprofessional and disrespectful to any customer, especially when your representative initiates a phone call.  I've made numerous online purchases with many other companies and none of them have called to verify an order ... They send out email confirmation messages.

      In accordance with our Fraud Prevention Department policies, From You Flowers reviews all orders for potentially fraudulent activity. If an order is deemed in need of further review, we will reach out to the specified cardholder to verify their information and purchase. If proper verification cannot be obtained, whether due to no response or a decline to verify, the purchase is voided, and the funds are returned to the cardholder's account. While the funds are released immediately, the amount of time for the refund to process depends on the cardholder's financial institution, which typically takes 2-3 business days. We have reached out to the customer regarding this matter, and they no longer want the account open.

      Hi. I ordered Flowers, a teddy bear, and candy to be delivered to my friend who is moving out of state today. Today was her last day at work and the reason why I used them is because on the website is states if the expedited fee isn’t paid then the delivery would be delivered within 4 hours. I ordered at 9:55 this morning. I called them and spoke with 4 different people. The first representative told me that they couldn’t reach the florist. The second person told me the florist was really busy and this was around 3:15 pm. The third person told me to call back exactly at 5 pm. This is all after I told each one that she was moving out of state and I needed her to receive by 5 pm. They had issues doing that because all day they haven’t been able to contact the florist. At 5:15 I asked if they could just deliver to were she was going to have dinner with our other co workers. They then proceeded to offer me a complimentary $10 gift certificate as well as a flower arrangement for a future person. At this point I was really shocked that a business like this would falsify the delivery time. I have never been let down like this. They then offered to deliver the next day after I told them she was leaving the state tonight. I am going to report them to every news station, social media and I will be filing a grievance in court as well as how this has affected my mental health. This business needs to be put out of business for good! I asked for a refund which they had no problem doing but this company is a scam. I don’t see how nothing has already been done especially due to the false advertisement!

      A supervisor had contacted the customer and this was resolved before the review was placed. The customer requested a full refund which can take up to 3 business days to show on their account. Additionally the customer was given a $75 complimentary order to use at her discretion. Please let us know if we can assist further. Sincerely, From You Flowers.

      Warning!!! Do not trust this company. Four days ago I ordered a simple bouquet to be delivered to a funeral home. Forty-five minutes before the service they call me to tell me the flowers couldn’t be delivered. This was a very hectic and busy time and I will never count on this company again. You guys ******

      At this time the customer was fully refund yesterday, and has a complimentary order for $75 on her account if she chooses to use it. She has requested that we not contact her in any forum. We have closed this review. Please let us know if we can assist further. Sincerely, From You Flowers.
