            I purchased a ****************** December of 2020. I also purchased a warranty. It was sold to me with a broken transmission. I brought it back within weeks and they fixed it free of charge. I was told they replaced the whole transmission at this time. This past September the transmission broke again. At that time I found out that they had only rebuilt the clutch and not fixed the transmission after purchase. The part that they now need is currently unavailable. My car has been at the dealership since September. They have not given me a rental. I have had to purchase another vehicle to get myself to work. I'm paying monthly for a vehicle that is unusable due to misleading information on the part of the dealership. They will not take the vehicle in trade or buy it because I now owe more than it is worth due to the transmission issues they neglected.Also, the radio died within months of purchase and the dealership will not fix it.

            My father is a customer of Putnam Ford since 2019 He has recently been diagnosed with dementia. He gave me his car because I take care of him I drive from Rhode Island every day. I already received one oil change from Putnam Ford several months ago and it's due for another, I called I and spoke to a gentleman and told him the situation and how my father lives 5 minutes from the dealership and if they would be able to come get the car and do the oil change. He told me yes he definitely could but it would take several days to get it booked and I said that's fine we booked it for the May 11 th they were supposed to be there at 8:00 a.m. At 9am in the 11th I received a call from Krissy in service saying she couldn't get a driver and they would have to make it the next day. The next day came and went and they never called. I am still waiting she definitely doesn't have customer service in mind. I will never do business with them, I have to get tires and we'll go elsewhere and when I trade in this car in the summer I will go to another dealer in the area. Their customer service and empathy is horrible I would go somewhere else and never use them for anything. Buyer beware, customer service is lacking .
