I was a member of Russell Speeder for many years with a managers special of $29.99 with unlimited car washes. I decided to sign-up for a family membership with 2 cars on a special deal that was not disclosed clearly. And the advertising was deceptive. I was billed on the same credit card totaling over $80 for both cars. Walked in to speak to the manager. Was told we cannot manage or change your account here you must click this QR code to make any changes. After speaking to the manager Edward I was still not clear on what my family membership cost should be. I requested a refund then cancellation on the app with Edward. Received no response in email or mobile. I resorted to blocking any further billing from Russell Speeder on my cc. Sad as I was a happy member for many years. But thereare many competitors in the area.Review from Janet A

I made the decision to cancel my membership on October 4, 2023, and I informed a female staff member about my intentions. My initial frustration stemmed from feeling coerced into signing up back in June 2023 by a gentleman who promised a $29.99 monthly rate, but I later discovered the actual charge was an exorbitant $47.85, which I found ridiculous. Despite expressing my lack of interest in the travel service, I reluctantly signed up. Regrettably, I only utilized my membership once and had a disappointing experience from the very beginning. The female worker guided me through the cancellation process, instructing me to log in and provide my information and email. I did receive a confirmation that my cancellation request had been processed, and she assured me that a refund would be issued. However, since that day, I have not received any further communication or the promised refund. This situation has left me quite dissatisfied.
