      Don't bother. This is my second time in 3 years signing up for dating site and last time. Silver Singles is horrible. I didn't even finish my profile when I was Blocked by the site for "Inconsistencies" according to them. I had to write support btw, because I didn't get why I couldn't login. So they block me for Inconsistencies but wouldn't tell me what they were. This was part of their first response "Thank you for your message. We regret to inform you that we have blocked your profile because we noticed inconsistencies. We would therefore like you to send us a copy of both sides of your ID, driving licence or passport so that we can remove this block. We are sorry to have to make this request but our reputation comes in part from the secure nature of our site. We thank you for your understanding.." I listed my legal name and unfortunately town and this sketchy entity high Jack's my profile for i.d. It Hell no. Their reputation is bad across several site review platforms. I just sent a legal formatted request to delete my account. They agreed to do so but claim they had to retain my personal information. After doing research quite a few dating sites are owned by this company. If they have such a bad reputation for payments and deception, Are they really in a position to ask for identification? You're asking for my identification but speaking to me at the same email that I set up the account on so if it's not me you shouldn't be speaking with me. I get the feeling that these entities are Data Mining. They should be grilled and put out of business.

      Regarding Zoosk: I'll give two stars, because as an app, it's fine. It did what was desired for the while I used it. But, now that I'm trying to cancel my subscription (2nd attempt), it is apparent they use deceptive, manipulative tactics to keep you from cancelling. 1) The website doesn't work. Every time I tried "forgot my password" or any other feature to log in, it did nothing. 2) Trying to deactivate my account through the app, it says I can't because I must "cancel my subscription" first. 3) Going to "Subscription" in settings, the only option (aside from offering more services to pay for) is to "Pause account". If I pause account, I'm immediately logged out. When I log back in, everything is right back to where it was. I still can't deactivate nor cancel my account in any other way; my "subscription" gives no indication of being cancelled; and I can still only "pause account". If the ability to do any of these things is elsewhere in the account or settings menu(s) of the app, then they are not making it obvious; they are hiding it. Deceptive business practices. I've sent them messages through the "Contact" form in the app, including a "Cancellation request". I'll see if they respond. They never did via the website.

      These are messages I received after being told, repeatedly, that I'm the one using the application incorrectly by not messaging anyone. ????????? : Then all I can say is that I'm screwing your mother. ??? ?? : Fuck your mother, idiot ??? : Fuck you ?? : Idiot I would love to add my screenshots of this conversation, but you don't support that. BTW: How does this brand have an A-? This makes me feel like my A+ is less valuable.

      I mistakenly signed up for this "scam" Silver Singles after an internet search that resulted in the top 10 best online dating sites. I chose Silver Singles because it seemed to be optimized for profiling and connecting with people 50 years of age or more. It cost me around $129 for a 6-month premium plan. After the first two weeks I noticed a pattern where there were many registrations from people with either little or no profile or no profile photos. I also came across individuals who were using AI and deep fakes and emails, etc. to bait you. Two individuals immediately asked to exchange cell phone numbers after only conversing online for a short time. I did give out my cell phone number to one of them, my bad, and this person immediately started to text bomb me and sending weird messages. I contacted Silver Singles about this several times and all they did was to send me some information on how to report these individuals. I asked for a refund of my money minus the initial month's fee of $19.99, but they said no. Their standard policy is that no refunds are permitted. All they did was cancel my premium subscription auto renewal. Also, interesting is that the site information indicates that the company is located in Berlin, Germany??? Stay away from this dating service. They are scammers. I don't understand how they "Silver Singles" can be listed in an internet search of the top 10 dating sites. eharmony got the top rating of 10 out of 10 but you may want to be careful with them also because of the wide spread influence of AI and deep fakes, scammers, etc.

      Elitesingles is a scam don't fall for it. They share your profile with whomever they wish even if it is against your wishes to do so. The profiles are fake and they don't filter them at all. This imo is a scam website. If you request assistance from customer support they give you ridiculous canned responses that basically say we are sorry that you feel that way and we are going to do nothing to fix the problem. As a software person I'm embarrassed for the programmers and management team of this company because they are either corrupt or very unskilled.

      Many fake female profiles. The fakes with USA addresses will flag men profiles. Then you get blocked for suspicious activity. The Filter Off App before it became now Spark was better a year or two ago. Worst dating App , along with Ting, POF. Dating Apps are run by Big Tech thugs. These companies should be shut down. People need to go back to dating and meeting offline.

      This website is an absolute scam. They want $50 a month to be able to respond to messages. When you try to cancel your subscription, they purposely provide error messages making it impossible to cancel or delete your account. Good luck getting your money back unless you go through Apple and file a complaint. Whoever is running, this site is definitely not a true Christian. Money, money, money, scam scam scam.

      These "Evil People" run their organization like "*****"! I had joined as a member and from the beginning I had issues with their "FEATURES" "NOT WORKING" and asked for help from their so called phony Tech Dept. that never fixed "Anything"! I paid for a subscription and could not use it. I disputed the charge because I was not paying for a dating website that I could not use and then they "BLOCKED" MY ACCOUNT and not only did they block "Zoosk" they blocked ALL their dating websites and now i am going to report them to every "AGENCY" that I can find for "discrimination" against me! They never even spoke to me on the phone because they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER! These people are SCAMMERS and are just looking to take your money. BE FOREWARNED: STAY AWAY FROM ANY WEBSITE CONTROLLED BY "THEM"!!! **** ** ** ***** ************* *** ** ********** The only way that they get in touch with you is a PRE-SCRIPTED E-MAIL that they send to you to address your issue and they are ALL the same!!!

      They just have an invalid phone number was provided to us and our bank, automatically billed every 6 months. Non management and service at all. There are also many scammers on this site, they don't verify personal information carefully and often issue warning notices after one or two months! It was very unsafe to the people. Especially since no one answered the phone for years and non responsibility at all. They let people use the fake name and info. A lot of scammers and even some of sexual harasser...
