    Dear Ticket-center--you absolutely sunk! You are not a reputable business,have no good customer service,and scam money from people who are honest. I ordered 2 concert tickets back in March and paid you $286.95. Event was Sept.21 tickets not received timely therefore I purchased 2 at box office. Dispute like many others against you is filed. I suggest no others do business with you as they will lose.

    I thought I was on the Met Opera site but somehow this company inserted themselves and I ended up buying from them instead, inadvertently. I overpaid vs what was on the actual website by over $300 a ticket. I wanted to sell them but no other ticket sites would take them. So I lost $800 as won’t travel to NY on the HOPE that my tickets will materialize as they will only supposedly get my tickets to me 24 hours before the show. So I didn’t buy actual tickets. I bought their plan to MAYBE or maybe not find me tickets. I never had seats. Only a section. I was fully scammed.

    Purchased a ticket for a certain date. They transferred the ticket to Ticketmaster on a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DATE. TicketMaster says it’s Tickets Center responsibility. Both refuse to refund me or make the ticket for the correct date.
    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! CROOKS!! Oh and BTW, the ticket cost me 3 times what they are going for on the venue website. Lesson learned the hard way.

    I purchased tickets and they said they will release the tickets on or before the concert, the concert has been sold out for months and I don't yet have the tickets. I live 4 hours away from the venue and I can't just drop everything and go to the venue if they send the tickets late. When I asked for a refund or my tickets they said I could just resell the tickets, but I don't want to resell tickets that I don't have or think I'll be able to get. It's a terrible business and the fact that it's the first result when searching is ridiculous.

    Like a lot of reviews I read, I thought I was ordering from the box office of the event center.
    So that was a little deceptive. So I went online and searched for reviews. They were all so bad I was freaking out that I was just scammed out of a little over 600 dollars.
    The confirmation said I would receive my tickets the day before the event on 9/26/25 through electronic transfer. I received them on 9/18/25 from the seller who transferred them from ticket master. I logged into my ticket master account to accept the transfer and saved them to my apple wallet.
    Whether or not The tickets were way overpriced, I don’t care because no other site had seats in the section I wanted.
    I’ll update this review if something goes wrong at the venue but as of right now, this purchase could not have been smoother.

    100% a scam. I spent $83 on tickets for a whole week (that is what they said it was) and when I get them it was only for 1 day use. Tried to reach out and only got a computer response so there is no one working. This site needs to be taken down so no one else gets scammed like me.

    Scam they ARE SCAMMERS!! I was online buying a ticket to a concert and did not see the cost until I pushed submit and they charged my credit card three times the cost. I reported this company to my bank, and filed a dispute since there is no ticket!

    Not happy with experience because I paid for 4 tickets 2 days ago. These are electronic tickets that should be able to be transferred immediately (assuming the seller actually has possession of the tickets., and 2 of the 4 were. The other 2 they are telling me can take as much as 2 months. Huge red flag. I started researching then and found that my situation and anxiety over dealing with Tickets-Center.com is not unusual. Have asked for money back but that is apparently not an option.
    Will not call me back or answer questions over phone as I prefer. Keep directing my complaints to a chat where they ultimately are not addressed.
    Something shady seems to be going on here (that they have not been able to explain).

    Tickets Center shows up at the top of Google Search for tickets sold and provided by Ticket Master. The name is close enough that it's deceptive. I purchased two tickets on Tickets Center for $538 for a show at The Sphere. Once I got the email confirmation I realized it wasn't Ticket Master. When went on Ticket Master the same tickets were $228. I requested a refund from Tickets Center within 30 minutes of the purchase but they refused to reimburse me. Hoping others read this before making the same mistake.

    They will post timers and make statements about tickets selling out or very few tickets left. However, it won't be true. From what I'm seeing their markup on tickets is roughly 100%-200% from regular ticket prices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
