We seen an advertisement on instagram and the company and product seemed legit. We placed an order on Jan. 20, 2024 and it is now April 14, 2024 and we still have not received our product. Ellachy's phone number does not work and when emailing support, no one replies. We believe this company is a SCAM! We are filing a dispute / chargeback with our bank to receive a full refund. BEWARE if you plan on doing any business with this company.Review from Sonja M

Ordered jan 8 2024 it is march 29 still no item and a fake tracking number with no ETA is all i have. I did a chargeback with my bank and they denied it. So they are responding to someone but def not me. Atleast i am only out 35 dollarsReview from Jen C

I came across Ellachy while searching for a nasal decongestant for my baby. I placed an order on December 16, 2023, but as of now, the product has not been delivered to my residence. After reaching out to Ellachy for assistance, I received responses from someone named Ofir Bar, who repeatedly assured me that my order would arrive soon. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I requested a refund. However, I was informed that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs to Germany, which seemed unreasonable given that I hadn't even received the order. This situation raised concerns, prompting me to investigate further. Upon discovering the Better Business Bureau website and additional reviews on Facebook, it became evident that I am not the only one facing such issues with Ellachy. Despite losing money in the process, it is crucial to share this information to alert others that Ellachy appears to be a scam, and caution is warranted.Review from Naren C

I order this for my baby after reading good reviews about the product. I still have not received it and it has been more than a month. When I reached out requesting a refund they said I have to ship the item back and pay 15 dollars, which is almost half the price of the product. I still never received the item, so how can I ship it back? This company seems like a scam, would avoid using them.Review from Briana O

I found Ellachy after I was researching for a nasal decongestant for my newborn. Similar to the other review, after I ordered it, it took two and a half months to receive! This is after me reaching out several times asking for an update and, also complaining to them because the shipment tracking said the product was delivered..in Idaho… I’m in Florida. After 10 weeks and still not receiving the product, I demanded a refund, and I have not been responded to by customer service. Very, VERY dissatisfied.Review from Trevor H

My wife and I are new parents, we were looking to purchase an electronic congestion relieving device for our babies mucus and came across Ellachy. I ordered the nasal congestion reliever in the beginning of November and it took almost 3 months to even arrive at my home. I reached out to Ellachy and they did not respond for weeks, then told me that since the holidays caused them to run out of stock that they were having delays on shipping. If they were out of stock, then the website should have said that. I feel deceived by this company. Then once I received the congestion reliever, which I didn't need anymore since I ordered one from Amazon and got it the very next day, their customer service rep told me I would have to pay for return shipping to Germany which is more than half the cost of the original item. Which would end up costing me even more than its worth to return. I think some investigating should be done on this business. Other people share the same experience as me so I know its this shady business trying to scam people.
