This company is joke and does not care about taking care of customers. I have had so much fraud on my Chase Credit card, but I have never had fraud on my other credit cards. I use to get my replacements fast. Now they tell me 5 business days, but in reality its more like 7 to 10 business days. Why are the replacement cards so slow to be delivered?! Do yourself a favor and take your business to AMEX. They actually value customers and ensure they are taken care of.

They ended up giving me false information during the dispute than informed me I lost the case! Without asking and information or evidence! AVOID using chase banking and credit cards! Called Chase CC as soon as I discovered my card was missing and received an email on a transaction I did not recognize. (October) I tell them about 3 transactions that were not mine and also acknowledge transactions from the earlier part of the day as mine. I ask for a new card on the same call. The transactions were cancelled. Later on, in January, see the transactions are back on the account coupled with a late fee payment for not having paid the 3 transactions I had reported as fraudulent, I wrote with details to Chase fraud recovery with proof of my transactions & a letter from a work colleague testifying I could not have made these purchases since I was elsewhere with him. Chase found the 3 charges to be legit and the $29 charge for late payment to be all justified. I paid off the balance and then called the number they ask people to call to close an account - "an account cannot be closed online from the Chase website" and Chase tries to sell me a service or device with a prerecorded message that does not give the option to close the account! I have yet to receive an email confirming the account is now closed! CHASE bank is excellent at adding insult to injury!

I was charged 130 points = $1 bad practice by chase they should not be charging and giving their own customers money like this. they advertise $1=100 points on rewards but charge 126 to 130 consumer is at risk. I lost $30 and wasted time. Hate chase been customer from 8 years but they playing games now a days by misinformation. Take your name out from amazon and don't rip off people by false advertising. I have attached link below $1=100 points i was charged 126points refund me the money. https://www.chase.com/personal/credit-cards/amazon/redeem-rewards

Went to turn in my reward points at Chase Bank as I have done 100's of times before. I saw that Star buck was available at 500 points for a $5.00 gift card. I bought 50 cards for "stocking stuffers". The very next day I received an e-mail saying my order was being processed, I open the e-mail and discovered that Chase had changed my request from PHYSICAL to DIGITAL gift cards without my permission. I called immediately to inform them and was told they will be calling me back. I went back to where the ordering is done. You have a choice to click DIGITAL or PHYSICAL. Whenever you click on PHYSICAL the machine changes your choice to DIGITAL! I called and complained. I was told "too bad" you took to long to call. I then received a letter from Chase Card Member Services. In the letter I was told that I was informed that all sales where final. They decided not to address the fact that I was reporting fraud on their part. I went back on my computer to see if indeed there was an " all sales are final" warning. I could NOT find such a claim. I must spend $25,000 dollars in order to get 25,000 points to spend on buying gift cards. I have NO WAY to utilize 50 digital gift cards as I have no "smart phone". I want my points back.

I lost my United Quest Chase credit card and I called the Chase customer Service to send me the new card ASAP for me and my family and updated them with my situation. They told me that I will get the new card in 1-2 business days. After 3 business days I called them they told me another 1-2 business day when I called them. They put me on long wait for 40 mins. Customer service agent was very very rude. They never resolved my problem. I won't recommend anyone to get this card. Very poor customer service. I will give them 0 rating

I noticed that my credit limit was decreased undenounced to me. The letter stated things like numerous account balances were to high. I only have one account with them, so I know that wasn't the case. Turns out they reviewed my credit report without my permission. They are nothing more than a bunch of crooks who gets by with what they want.

Called to make my CC payment but switched jobs and was paying 17 days late. The customer service person who answered said it looks like you’re having trouble. I said I changed jobs and got one weeks pay and needed to pay my past due amount and would catch my upcoming payment after I got another check. He said if I could take a payment of $300 today and set you up for a $90 payment for the next two months would that help you. I said of course, if you can do that it would be very helpful. He took $300 and set 2 $90 payments up. Today I called and asked about the overdue status and they said you’re 31 days late. They took the $90 as prescribed by the agent this month and I am calling to pay the remains $436 to just pay it up. The supervisor said they don’t courtesy reversals. I said your agent set this up and now I have a late even though it’s only been 21 days? They said the agent isn’t a credit expert and they need to review the tapes per my request. How does an agent taking payments suggest this 3 payment plan and set it up to have the supervisors tell me it’s my fault for not asking if it would impact my credit. I would have paid my payment and 15 days later paid the Remington balance keeping me current and paid up. He offers this option and now if screwed for 7 years and chase wants to have attitude!! Going to switch banks tomorrow and now have to invest time to find someone with brains who can understand y’all set this up and I’m not wearing a late patient due to employee incompetence. Don’t offer things if you don’t know what your talking about and take some responsibility for your foreign staff. Customers call to take care of issues and are lead astray with no recourse to the banks own actions

Stay Away from Chase. You will eventually be sorry if you don't. Customer Service is actually a call center in the Philippines, they can't do anything to help you and they are difficult to understand due to heavy accents. Super long hold times, very frustrating process. Chase resolves almost all disputes in favor of the merchant.

Terrible experience. They recently reported a charge delinquency on my credit report from a card I briefly shared over 10 years ago with my mom. Everything was long paid off and the account closed. Upon calling they seemed so kind and understanding at first, but then transferred me to 6 different agents with long holds in between wasting over an hour of my time. Finally, I was connected with an irritated sounding man who insisted that I shared co-liability for this debt, and the delinquency would remain on my account for the next 7 years and the only way to remove it is to press charges for fraud against my mother. How insane! I confirmed with my family that the charges were indeed paid off long ago, and shows on my mom's account as being paid off. Apparently, they made a mistake somewhere and did not care to look into it further so just kept transferring me down the line. Such an unprofessional and disrespectful way of treating people.
