Worst experience ever. Took them over 2 months to determine my dishwasher was unrepairable. When I called to cancel my warranty they said I would have to pay over $400 to cancel before the end of my contract which expires February 2026. Monthly charge was raised to almost $60. O told them I would continue to pay through the end of my contract but it was NOT to be renewed under any circumstances. Imagine being without a working appliance if it was something critical like a refrigerator. Only positive was the girl in the service providers office. She was awesome. The technician just kept replacing parts until there were no parts left to replace and the dishwasher still didn't work. Not worth the money or aggravation. Worst experience and horrible customer service!

Very Disappointed!!! Services were approved and supplies/ equipment purchased appropriately 1 year ago, then we were just denied after company has been taking our monthly premiums for about a year now.Wont give information on who said it was a storm/lightning damage, however we've called the repair companies and they've denied saying or giving any information like that! Used a Quick way out to deny homeowners!

If I can give them a zero I would. I filef a claim on March 2nd to have my microwave repair. I paid the additional 150 dollars service call. All I have received was running around and waiting for someone to call back. As of today, it is still not repair. I haven't seen that service man since. I don't know if the problem is with cinch or whirlpool. I know the contract is through Cinch. they, pretty much took my money

I have been with cinch for about a year and some months now, and it seems to me. they have no problems taking my money but when it comes time for from them to fix or service a problem that I need get fix its a problem. This is the second time I'm having a problem with cinch to get something fixed after I've paid my copay and my deductible. My refrigerator has been messed up for about 2 weeks now and I've been calling back to back to back to find out they did send some one out to check the problem after paying the 150 dollars that was not the problem.them telling me they're not going to pay. For My refrigerator to get repaired. My home is a older home that's why I get the extended warranty for things like this . The refrigerator does not have warranty anymore that's why I have the extended insurance with them, but they are giving me all this runaround. I had the same problem when it was my gas line and, I want to ask a question. Is it because I am a woman ?or is it because this insurance is not good? I'm On the third week now and still no response and my things in my refrigerator is starting to get bad .calling them and trying to find out what's going on. They're telling me they're still working on it

Cinch is the ************* i have ever delt with !! Was promised i would be covered full on all appliances !!!! My account was active i made the claim and now getting denied because the technician is claiming that this is a preexisting condition when IT IS NOT !!!!! Also stating that this is not normal wear and tear, the heating element went out !!! How is this not normal wear and tear!!!!! This company will lie to you and promise you the world on coverage but will turn their backs on you!! I paid this company 150 deductible to be covered and when denied they will refuse to give you your money back !!! total rip off company !!!

Cinch has been extracting money from My account every month. When I need them last week for a hot water heater that needed replacement and flooded my basement they were not pro active. It was a Sunday and no one was available. Finally a plumber came on Monday. ******* did paperwork but Cinch took their time to approve request. Meanwhile I had to turn off water to the house. Finally on a Wednesday a case manager called and stated I needed to pay a difference of $785.00 because I have a cap of $1000.00. I was so upset. I had already paid $125 deductible. This is insane. I asked them to cancel the job. I ended paying for a hot water heater myself and the labor. It cost me approximately $1500. I was so upset. Here i am paying for services for nothing. Today, 4/25/25, I called to cancel CINCH. The person I spoke to stated I will have to pay a cancellation fee because my contract which was renewed without a signature ends 10/15/25. THIS IS S WARNING. DO NOT GO WITH CINCH. They do not care about the customer. I am very upset about this company because all they did was SCAM me.!

Cinch is the most unprofessional, dishonest, and downright shady company I have ever dealt with. We had a ceiling leak seven months ago. They sent a plumber who, instead of fixing the simple pinhole leak I could literally point out with my finger, recommended cutting through major ceiling beams woodwork that they wouldnt even be liable to repair. Total incompetence. I refused that absurd solution. I was leaving town the next day, so I called my own plumber, who fixed it in two hours, no structural damage, and charged $350. I submitted the receipt to Cinch. They refused to reimburse me. Why? Because I didnt get it pre-approved even though this was an emergency, and their own contractor was incompetent and would have caused thousands in damage. And to add insult to injury, we paid Cinch a $150 deductible and they didnt reimburse that either. So Im out $500 because of their incompetence and refusal to stand behind their service. But it gets worse. Our range hood broke. They sent someone out who said it couldnt be repaired, and recommended replacement. Finally, we thought finally well get our moneys worth. They asked us to pay an extra $100 (on top of the $150 deductible) to proceed with the replacement. We paid it immediately. When we finally got someone on the phone, they offered two options: Replacement unit with delivery and installation or A buyout for $1,010 We chose the first. No-brainer. Then guess what shows up on our doorstep? Just the unit. No installation. I ask the delivery guy he says its delivery only. So I call Cinch, sit on the phone for TWO HOURS, and all they do is run me around in circles. The end result? They now say they wont install it and will only offer $100 toward installation.I asked them to take the unit back and just give me the $1,010 buyout instead. Their response? Theyll deduct a 35% restocking fee so Id only get about $650. Unbelievable.

Put in a request for my washer to be looked at and was still using it. Took them weeks to even get someone scheduled and it had already flooded my house by the time they stopped dragging their feet. Didn't offer me any compensation for the water damage except for a lower rate for renewal. AS IF I WOULD WANT TO! Terrible service. I had a year included in my closing for my new home, make sure this is NOT the company you go with if someone selling to you is adding a home warranty to your closing.
