Worst warranty company I have ever dealt with, zero service provided. Air conditioner broke mid summer, waited for repair, several calls to customer ********************** and ********************** provider. After two weeks of no ac and no answer from them I had it repaired myself. They refuse to refund the policy which is only a month old, and refuse to do repairs. Customer ********************** is unhelpful and you will spend more time on hold (if they dont hang up on you) than you will talking to them. I do not understand how they are not listed as a scam.Review from Ashley R

If they would let me submit this review without a star I would. They don't even deserve a half of a star. The worst company ever! I can't tell you how bad the customer ********************** and process for repair/replacement is with this company. We recently purchased a home and were given this warranty with our purchase. I have spent over a month without a washing machine. They sent 3 technicians to inspect the washer because they did not want to replace it. They finally decided they would replace the washer and it has been weeks trying to get the company to issue the payment for the replacement. This company makes the process so difficult in hopes that the customer will give up and make the purchase on their own. The employees never know what is going on and make up answers just to rush the customer off of the phone. The business practice from this company is criminal. Once this warranty ends, I will not be renewing. I will run to find a new home warranty company.Review from Roy H

This company is a complete scam. If you are lucky enough to get through to talk to someone, you probably want be able to understand them. But if you do, get ready to be transferred around and hung up on eventually. Even trying to cancel your contract is a major issue. I strongly suggest you contact your bank or credit card company and cancel your automated payment. Also, when I filed a claim they charged me my $125 deductible twice. My advice if you have them, cancel them and if you dont stay away from them!Review from Durgesh L

Cinch Home service is worst service. Micro Oven replacement happened after repeated calls and once they scheduled and cancelled it. As of today still they say they are investigating the service job and no escalation happening to complete the service job. Worst part is I am paying the monthly premium along with the service fee which I paid for the job to be done.Review from August S

I've experienced poor customer ********************** but I must say NEVER THIS EXTREME!! I now really feel that CINCH Home Services is really a scam. My elderly parents hot water heater broke almost 10 days ago. We issued a service request on June 24 and we've been given the run around ever since. CINCH claims that ********** received the order June 27. However ********** states that they don't have an order. Now CINCH stated that they must track it and now the escalation team is investigating. The plumber (service provider) has communicated with several CINCH customer representatives and he is baffled. I've invested over 6 hours on the phone with no resolution. Between the long wait, the disconnections, un-returned calls, poor communication (on their part), and apologies I've been led to tears. Is this really what customer ********************** is now reduced to? How ironic is this....when calling customer ********************** as a new member, there is no wait-time, however the wait-time is extremely long for existing customers filing a new claim or following up on an existing claim.. I've asked customer ********************** if my parents have the option to buy a water heater and be reimbursed and they said "NO". So right now their only option is to accept a loss and pay for the equipment/labor outright with no reimbursement from CINCH, or suffer it to be so until CINCH follows through. Meanwhile my parents still have no hot water. Frankly we have ZERO FAITH that CINCH plans to resolve this matter. Based on this experience the only thing that CINCH is resolved to do is accept the monthly plan fees, and take the service deductible of $125.Review from Judy W

I filed a claim with ***** concerning my washer . A tech showed up wrote a report ***** took over a month to reply. Tech informed me that the wrong part was ordered and ***** did nothing took my ****** and never returned my calls or corrected the problem...They are scams Beware!!! I have been their member for almost a year now and recently My AC broke down on a Friday(28th June 2024) I tried reaching the customer ********************** after logging in with no place to find their customer ********************** number. On Saturday(29th June 2024). I had to ****** and find their number and when called about the service request I had submitted they stated that the service company doesnt work on weekends and they had accepted the service request and have scheduled the service appointment for upcoming Tuesday while its consistently close to 100 and above degrees outside and when I requested then you find another service provider they stated even then I would have to wait for next ***** hours before it gets assigned and scheduled. I am shocked that such a vital service of air conditioning how can this company take it so lightly, like its ok for the consumer to suffer in the southern heat. Very unfortunate the first time ever I tried using their service and this is their attitude and care towards their clients. They are awaiting a lawsuit for their inconsideration for emergency situation such as broken cenrtral a/c while someone could die.Review from Alan H

worst home warranty service ever. My AC unit failed in dog hot day in ***** and their next availability for a service call in a whopping month out while it's scoring 96 degree outside. So I called trying to see with hope of an earlier immediate service and their customer ********************** keep wanting to charge me the deductible before they can show the available service date. I explained all the situation that I am in and not willing to pay unless I know the service dates are within close proximity, but they kept on demanding payment first before they can let me know the available service date. What kind of service is this? The worst service I ever experienced.
