      On Aug 9, 2022 I used clicksearch. The results were incorrect & I was dissatisfied. On Aug 10, 2022 I cancelled with them over the phone and was told redund would take 3-5 business days. Since that date I've contacted them several times per week via phone and email. I got the same response every time I call - that request has been forwarded for immediate processing or the request is being worked on.There was a person (*********************) that was returning my emails, but that has stopped as well. They took my money with no problem and will not return it.

      We apologize that you are not completely satisfied with your search results.  However, you performed 2 separate premium phone searches and purchased the detailed reports for each.  I do see that there was a glitch with the cancellation fee that day and you were incorrectly charged 2x which I have issued both refunds in full.   Per the refund policy, you are not eligible for a refund for the 2 detailed reports.

      On 9/3/2022 I was told by the company site that I would not be charged for free trial so I put my card info into system then I was charged ***** and 4 .52 cents I called company and was told my refund would be on acct within 3 days its been over two weeks and Im still getting the same 3 business day c***

      Purchased .95 cent 3 day trial 8-22-22. Looked up number. Found no information. Checked bank account, was charged $59.95. Called not 2 minutes later. Cancelled all transactions. Was then charged $9.95. Received e-mail stating refund accepted will receive in 1-3 business days. Called again, and e-mailed on 8-25-22. Was told refund is expedited. Would be in account. E-mailed and called numerous times since. Still no refund to my bank account. I have been in contact with this company every day since 8-25-22. Was told yesterday 9-7-22 that billing department issued my refund. They did not. This company seems fraudulent. All I want is my money refunded. I would also like to warn anyone, Do Not Use Clicksearch. Always , same story, different day. Thank you.

      I cancelled the service within 24 hours and they immediately started putting charges of $9.95 daily for a total of $176. Have received several emails saying my refund is being processed and it will take 3-5 business days. It has been since July25 so it is definitely passed the 3-5 business days. They have stopped answering my emails.

      I would like to offer my sincere apologies that you are not completely satisfied with your search results.  I see that you purchased a detailed phone & person report which you downloaded.  One of the reports was $59.85 for the detailed ownership phone number search and the detailed person report was $86.87.  Per the refund policy, since you received detailed and a downloadable report for each item searched, you are not eligible for a refund.

      On Aug. 2nd I was on click search and I signed up for the 1 day trail which was $0.95 and after running a search it then prompted me saying that it was so much more to open up the other reports, I denied and said to myself this is a scam, so I immediately went and canceled my subscription. I then emailed the customer service representative to make sure that I had canceled. I received a email saying that yes it was canceled and it specified in the email that I would not have or see anymore charges on my account. Well 2 days later there was a charge for $9.95, angry I sent a email saying that I was told that my subscription was canceled and no more charges would appear. No response after 3 days so I emailed the same person who had confirmed the cancelation previously. They emailed me back saying that I would receive a refund in 1 to 5 days 10 yes 10 days later no refund yet. Emailed the same person again, this time I was given a apologie and 1 to 3 days for my refund, That was on August 16th and I still have yet to receive it. I would not recommend using this site ever sounds like people are seeing more charges then they approve. Company is definitely a fraud and steals money

      I purchased a one time search for .95. Immediately after purchasing that I received to back to back charges from them for ***** and *****. I immediately called and cancelled and asked for a refund. They said I would be fully refunded in 1-5 business days. Never received it. Called back and was told it would be escalated. Never received it. Got charged an additional ****! Emailed them again requesting my refund plus the additional ****. They responded that they put a tracer on my refund and to let them know when I receive it!! Still no refund. Called and was told that they gave the account to the ************** for immediate disbursement!! Just all a run around while they keep your money!!

      In July 22, I wanted a report from Click Search. I signed up for the initial $.95 charge for the report. Once I viewed the report I immediately called and canceled. I received email verification that my subscription was cancelled and I spoke with 2 representatives to ensure the subscription was canceled and was sent another email to confirm the cancellation.Upon checking my bank account, Click Search deducted $.95, $9.95 twice and $59.85 pm the same date. I have repeatedly called this company 4 or more times inquiring about my funds only to be told some will get in touch with me and my funds( with the exception of the $.95) would be returned to my account in 3-5 business. So far, I havent heard from them nor have they returned my funds.

      On July 29th I was charged ***** at 3:15 pm which was taken off my Debit card on July 30th at 10:17 am i charged ****USD Which was declined 4 times because my card was locked I didn't use this service nor need the service I called immediately and ask for a refund due to unauthorized use of the service in my card it's been a few weeks and i have yet to receive refund I have Hey iPhone pro 13 which Apple has their own phone location locating service I don't need to service I don't need to service and I would like my money back
