    Place is dirty! Left with bed bugs bite. The manager asked me how did I know I was bitten inside of the place. I was poor treated. Never going back! Scary place

    I am beyond disappointed. In the last 2 months my visits to this location has caused me to no longer want to watch any movie here at all. The customer service has gone down the drain from the lack of greetings, to the late order taking, Ipic no longer stand behind their values anymore. They let people in late even after 45 mins into the movie, that was never allowed. I'm not sure if it's new management or what but I will no longer be a customer.

    Fraud on my card. They purchased two $100 gift cards through Ipic. I have called numerous time to both Boca and *********** and not a single person has picked up the phone. I even filled out the contact me inquire on there official website which states a 2-3 day reply time. 5 days later and not a single word.

    Im only giving one star because I cannot put zero stars. Absolutely horrible treatment with their customers. All of the employees and managers are all rude and condescending. They give no value to the money spent there nor do they value the actual customer. The waitress added a 30% fake tip to the bill. Be very cautious and stay away!

    I have been a loyal customer at ipic , one of my favorite movie theaters, for a span of 7 years. However, on 11/15/23, I encountered an unpleasant situation with a manager named ****. It happened when I intended to grab a drink with my friend before entering the movies. However, **** prevented me from entering, stating that I needed to buy a drink before entering first. Despite explaining to her three times that I was a well-known patron and simply needed to use the restroom before enjoying some food and drinks, she disregarded my pleas and called security on me, ultimately declaring that I was unwelcome at the establishment. This was an entirely new experience for me, as I had never encountered such disrespect from a manager during my entire 7-year as a customer.

    I went to IPIC Theaters in *******,** on May 16. I gave the server my card because he said it needed to put on file. He was gone for a while but I figured it was busy. This was the only time my card was out of my possession prior to May 20. On May 20, my card was used and declined at Amazon, Apple and QT. I called IPIC and spoke with a manager who told me she couldn't investigate my issue even though I gave them info to assist with their investigation. I was informed that someone else experienced the same thing at this location. Please make sure you lock your card and be careful with giving your info to them when you visit. I gave my card to a curly hair African ******** man so be on the lookout.

    Absolutely terrible service at the theater and when contacting customer service!Every time I have visited this theater, the service has been awful, and then when I try to reach a manager, they can't seem to locate one. I have been calling the ****** Street locations for weeks and have since tried contacting the corporate office but haven't reached anyone.Regarding my theater visits, the wait staff is slow and unprofessional, the food and popcorn are usually cold and stale, and the drinks are watered down.I don't understand how this is a luxury theater but patrons do not receive a luxury experience, more importantly, concerns are not addressed when standards are not met.

    I went to the ************ Seaport in *** and had to physically go inside to purchase my tickets as their online booking was down. I purchased 2 premium tickets and picked my seats for a 9:15 movie at 7:05pm today. When the cashier ***** gave me my receipt she said they were having issues booking this theater and to ignore the wrong showtime and seat numbers on the ticket. I paid $54 for two movie tickets. We got inside the theater 15 minutes early when another couple had the same tickets for our seat. We spoke to a supervisor who then wrote another seat number on our ticket that was already sold. At this point he went back to check and all of the premium seats were sold out. We were not able to attend the movie that we bought tickets to. We asked for a refund and they said it was not possible since the cashier gave us the wrong tickets and wrote on them. They could only offer us 2 vouchers that could not be used on new movies. They refused to give us a refund for a product they never delivered, ruined my husband and Is entire date night, wasted 3 hours of our time and literally robbed us of $54. As a consumer I should be immediately refunded as I was never provided the service I paid for.

    Terrible experience. I booked 3 tickets to watch Jurrasic Park Saturday at 10:30 PM. When we arrived to **************** they informed us that the air condition in the room was broken. On top one of the 3 chairs I reserved did not work, did not lay down, and the table was also damaged. The heat was unbearable, at least 100 degrees. We asked to speak with the manager and he had a very bad attitude. He did not even apologize for the situation neither offered us any alternatives or solutions. He mentioned that they were having problem with the air condition already more than 2 weeks which really surprised me. How come a place with supposedly such high standard allows to sell tickets when they can't provide the minimum. In the middle of summer when temperatures are so high it is simply unsafe, insecure and unfair to fill in a room with people without any kind of ventilation during more than 2 hours. They do have other rooms where the air condition is working so they should simply close down the room with no air condition while they repair it, instead they are misleading people to buy tickets and then when people arrive to the place is when they inform of the situation. Very sad. This was my favor place to watch movies. I will never go back. By the way I did asked the manager to update the website to show that room is unavailable but he told me that it couldn't been done because it is a Corporate website which is obviously doesn't make any sense because when you go to the website you need to choose location and each location has different rooms and not all are showing the same movies. This place is not safety and should be penalize. When the place received an authorization to open to the public I am sure the air condition was one of the top requirements to open. They should be able to open the room to the public until they fix the air condition and all the chairs. They are lying and selling a service that is far from what they are announcing.
