My complaint against RELAXIUM echos all the ones I read on your sight! , e.g. First the product does not work as advertised. This is after trying it for almost a year!! Once I started to try and contact them to cancel, they do not answer the phone, they do not respond to left messages...like cancel all future orders, refund my money since the product does not work, etc. Instead they continue to send me 2 bottles every 6 weeks or so and automatically charge me!! We need to cancel all future orders and need your help in doing so!Business Response

Misinformation which lead to unauthorized charging to my credit card. It was a recorded tape stating "Free Trial".... "Pay only for **************. We paid for shipping and was immediately charged for the product. It stated, if you were unhappy with the results, you may cancel within ****************************************** order to get a refund, we must return the product and their company will not pay for shipping back. I signed up for a free trial of relaxium and have attempted to cancel the trial. The trial was for 1 Bottle and the send me 2 bottles and charge my credit card.There is no legitimate way to cancel. They have a phone # that never gets answered. I have attempted to stay on hold several times over the past few months and it times out and hangs up.I called 8 times today.I finally called and put a block on my credit card. The card agent warned me of how many people call about this. She explained they will keep attempting to charge you.Business Response

Relaxium, a trademarked product sold by the American Behavioral Research Institute, LLC LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ******* ********************************************************************************************, which also operates under the name Relaxium, is a sleep aid supplement advertised on cable television and online at tryrelaxium.com. On July 10, in response to TV advertisement on local television *** 17 offering a free trial with shipping and handling, I requested a free one month trial via Relaxium's toll-free product phone number. Subsequently, and without my permission, I was charged ****** for a 6 month subscription.I have not been able to reach anyone at Relaxium to request a refund or order cancellation.https://relaxium-sleep.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html Given that other customers have also reported that Relaxium does not respond to requests for refunds, I am reporting this company to the BBB for false advertising and bait-and-switch tactics.Subsequently I am requesting:Firstly, that the company refund all customers presently seeking a trial of their product with the difference billed for a 6 month supply, including myself- I have not received any product, I want my money back.Secondly, that the company discontinue advertising the free trial, as it is false advertising Thirdly, that the company is fined for exploiting seniors. June 9 I ordered Relaxium sleep to try it out. Relaxium sleep did not work for me. So i didn't order anymore. Than on July 9 my credit card was charged for another order that I DID NOT ORDER. I tried contacting the company. By phone ( I was left on "call back hold" for 11 hours and still counting) . I e-mailed the company with no response. Their ad says you will be talking to a person in 2 minutes. I have NEVER talked to anyone on the 3 phone numbers they give to you. I want Relaxium to STOP sending me the product. Again, there is no way to cancel the product. When they do cancel, I would like a confirmation please.Business Response

I would like to file a complaint against Relaxium, typically, or exclusively advertised on ********* Relaxium advertises a sample of their/trial product for $7.95. Within weeks they have zinged your credit card for an outrageous $119, of which there was no obvious or apparent notification that this was going to happen, apparently buried in fine print somewhere. Before that charge occurred, there was no notification from the company. Worse, it is apparently about impossible to get ahold of them. They do offer an on 'cancellation' process, that really just hits you back with a lower price offer. If you deny this and try to continue, they make you a lower price offer. If you deny this, you get a message that you cannot cancel online, and must call another phone number, which, as with any other number they have...good luck getting anyone to answer. They do offer a 'press 1' to have someone call you back'...and guess what...no one calls you back. I finally just filed a complain with my credit card company. This is about as scummy a company as could be. ******** has several 'miracle' pills offered these days...I would guess the same bait and switch c*** happens with all of them.Business Response

Placed order on 5/31/22 for the 2 bottle risk free trial offer. On July 5, sent email requesting cancellation as the product is ineffective. I have since discovered a charge of $119.90 which I did not authorize nor has anymore of their product been received. On July 8 I called their number was on hold for 45 minutes, no answer. My elderly father ordered (1) one bottle of Relaxim at a cost of $8 and one time only. He was then sent another bottle and charged $189. I cant get ahold of the company to cancel any more shipments. My father dose not want this product. Can you help stop this company ripping off the elderly??!!!We want out of contract and a refund. Thank you I can see this is the companys mo. Sign customer up for continual shipment and charge them.
