On 12/28/22 I placed an order thru champs online for a pair of Jordan ***** 5 using a split payment of gift card and debit card. When the shoes arrived on 12/30/22 they were clearly used. I contacted champs and requested a replacement pair. When I recieved the replacement pair of sneakers on 1/5/23, not only were they worn but they also had someone elses name on the shoe box and a return order slip from a previous customer. The customer service supervisor (********) initiated a refund for the sneakers but stated that I will have to accept an e-gift card as they couldnt return the funds to the original gift card method. I no longer want to do business with Champs and I want a complete refund of the gift card so I can shop elsewhere its unacceptable to continuously send used goods to a customer then expect for them to continue to do business with you. I have the reciept for the original giftcard and I NO LONGER WISH TO SHOP WITH CHAMPS OR FOOTLOCKER.The original order number is P7006996083196833792 The replacement was P7007768672345276416Business response

Champs refunds the customer the same way it was purchased. Since the customer used a **********************/Footlocker gift card in the amount of $100.00 it was refunded in the same manner. A complete refund has been given to the customer.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I no longer wish to do any business with Champs how do I acquire a refund of the giftcard which was purchased on Champs website. They are an unreliable corporation.

I am rejecting this response because: I no longer wish to do business with champs and would like a way to refund the original gift card to the original credit card. The gift card should be refundable. There should be no reason why I stuck doing business with a fraudulen company

(I first visited the physical store upon receiving my package to go over the items and possibly collect the missing items and exchange sizes. They recommend contacting customer service because items were missing.) I contacted customer service for Champs Sports regarding returning my order for a full refund on December 15th - spoke with Austin. Three items were missing from the order - two pairs of Adidas Trio pants and a t-shirt! There was an extra pair of pants (joggers) that I didn't order in the package and ALL of the sizes were incorrect - ordered XL items and received smalls. Austin submitted/processed a full refund for my entire order $302.74 and noted everything above in the comments. I received the return label for the items in that box. I returned those items through UPS the following day, December 16th. I sent a follow-up email to Champs Sports on December 25th to get a status update and have yet to receive a response. Second call, December 27th - spoke with Heron. He stated that he could see all of Austin's notes, the items were received on December 21st and that my refund would be issued on Thursday, December 29th or Friday, December 30th. I have not received my refund! WHERE IS MY REFUND Champs Sports...?? Do better! Order *********************Business response

Refunds were processed on Jan 3, 2023. $69.7 was refunded to a gift card and the remaining balance was sent back to Paypal. If customer is not seeing funds on their Paypal account they will need to dispute with them for credit not processed. If they do not have the gift card they will need to connect customer service to cancel and reissue.Initial Complaint

Place an order on Dec 3rd as a Christmas present for a child on Champs Sports online system. Received the order approximately 5 days and inspected the item before wrapping as a gift. Was not satisfied with the item because one of the shoe was not in mint condition. Saw that they were still selling the same shoe online and placed an order for the same shoe on Dec 8th hoping to receive a shoe that was in mint condition and still have time to wrap before Christmas. That same day submitted a return and printed out shipping label for the first order and took to *** for return. A few days later received the second order place and was in great condition and satisfied. Everything was fine except today Dec. 21 received a package with the first order from Champs Sports saying they cannot accept return because the shoe was used and not restockable. Imagine the disappointment when Champs Sports sends you a used shoe and you cannot return the same used shoe they sent you. I have spent so much of my hard earn money with Footlocker/Champs/Eastbay, etc and I am still in disbelief. All I wanted was to return the shoe they originally sent me and the refund me my money back on my first order. My child does not need the same style shoe in the same size. Spoke to 3 different representatives from their phone customer service including a manager and no one will help because sadly its become my word against the return departments word which there is no contact with. The orders were 5 days apart and this was a Christmas gift. They sent me a used pair of shoes and accused me of having my kids wear it for a day so I can go thru the hassle of returning it??? I placed an order on 12/3/2022 for $246.42 order number #P6997990498124185600 order was separated into 3 packages, on 12/7 I found a package in the front (I live in the back where there are 3 houses). Then I received an email saying that the rest of my order was delivered 12/8, when I got home from work there was no package at my door, I spoke with customer service and they sent me a picture of the delivered packages but I told the representative that is not my house. She said I would need to contact fed ex or file a police report because they are not responsible for stolen packages. Even after I told her that is not my house in the picture, she refused to help me she said again that I would have to contact fed ex. I just want the items I purchased or a refund. On this day of December 11th I purchased at the location of ************************* and walked into champs to buy shoes spent well earned money so that the MANAGER could insult me and cause a huge scene in front of my spouse and many people inside the store due to the fact that I simply said Im okay to his offer of being a new member he began to call me a racist and that I should help him because of my race and I simply looked at him and did not say a word at the end he just kicked me out and said bye and while I was leaving one of the employee notices how he treated me and my souse she asks if everything is okay and I said no hes treating me like this because he didnt get what he wanted and he wanted to fight me at this point and kept saying yes I am the manager ****** was his name and mentioned to him that I would have to contact corporate for this because no one deserves to be treated while spending money on such company I expect a heavy compensation due to the way this individual acted inside the store against me I demand things to be done for me.Initial Complaint

I bought a pair of chestnue ultra mini ugg boots on black friday for my granddaughter and paid for them. They said they would ship them to my home. I never received any emails so I went to the store to find out they cancelled my order. Its two weeks before christmas and I have no boots. They had no right cancelling my order. I want my boots for my granddaughter.Customer response

champs sports sent me dirty work ******** purchased on nov 6th. i returned ***** to the store and they didn't credit it to my card. the manager helped a girl do the return and i think he tried to shirt change me. i did not get all my funds back. i request you refund my amex card because you have your shoes. Terrible app. My account information was deleted. I cant even reset password cause getting request failed. I cant enter raffles because I cant get logged in. The customer support has been a waste of time. I want to know why this occurred out of nowhere and why it cant be fixed. Bought a pair of shoes in my size on their webisite. Shoes came in and tried them on but they were too narrow. Started the return process to receive a refund but shoes were denied because they were used. The shoes were simply tried on to test fit and not used for any sort of activity. I ordered some sneakers from Champs Sports online on August 27,2022 at a value of $222.60 to be exact. I received notification today that they had been delivered to my home @1:04pm. I work from 7:30am until 4:30pm. When I came home to retrieve my package there was nothing there. I contacted customer service at ********************** to inform them that I never received my package. I was not given an option to resend my package again or given a refund. I was told an investigation will be conducted and I should hear back from them within 5 to 8 business days. I asked to speak to the manager for better customer service and they switched me over and hung up the phone. I purchased those sneakers for work and the money was immediately deducted from my account. I am left with nothing for shoes I paid over $200 dollars for. I would like this matter resolve faster than a week in a half. I need my shoes for work. I would like to have them resend my sneakers back out with a signature of receipt or some type of verbal notification so I can ensure to receive it. Good f they are not able to do that I would like a full refund for my purchase. I would appreciate if your agency would expedite an investigation into this matter and help me get justice.
