Beyond terrible service. Never mulched when contracted to do so, costing double what we pay in HOA fees a month. Our beds are supposed to be edged twice a summer they were not done until multiple complaints ALL summer had to be escalated. The first time they edged our yards in three years I have been in my neighborhood. Unsafe conditions are ignored during winter with more than one inch of snow (contract requires one inch of snow or more to require snow removal services). Weeds are never sprayed for which then in turn causes weed issues in the beds I have to spend additional money on to mulch. Complete lack of respect for peoples personal property, money, and time. The company has never had a direcrt response on what actionable things they will do to course correct stealing peoples money from services unprovided.Review from Angel O

I have called and left messages for the landscaping company since one of their employees blew debris all over my elderly mother and cursed her out for no reason while she was sitting on the patio. No one has returned the call or has been held accountable for the action. It was ever witnessed by another vendor that was servicing the property and could not unsee the occurrence.
