      Ill check my account on the 23rd and found out that club savers LLC took $31.95 out of my account. I did not authorize I dont know who they are. I tried to call and did not get no response. I would like my money return back into my account as soon as possible. Thank you.

      On 6/9/23 Club Save LLC withdrew from my account $31.27. I did not authorize this service and have no idea how they got information on my bank account to make this withdrawal. I contacted Club Save and spoke to ***. She said she would cancel the service but could not refund the money. After asking to speak to a supervisor she reluctantly said they could mail a refund check. I do not expect that we will see this refund check. My concern is the connection Club Save has with ******** Services and that it appears if you sign up for that service they automatically without consent start charging for Club Save. This is fraudulent.

      Companies Names ******************** ******** Services LLC, and **** Services LLC Dates of withdrawals -- Started 9/27/2022 through June 5, 2023 Amounts -- ************* $29.95 per month for 10 months = $299.50 ******** Services LLC $34.99 per month for 9 months = $314.91 Club Save LLC $31.27 per month for 9 months = ****** I nor my husband have not authorized any of these charges. This came to my attention, as I have taken over our family accounts as he has been ill. I found the charges when going over our bank statements. I would like to receive a refund for these charges and I have not contacted the companies directly at this time.

      talked with club llc and they are to cancel the service.

      I was just going through my bank account and noticed unauthorized charges from Clubsave LLC in the amount of $2.95 on 4/20/23 and $31.27 on 5/12/23. I also have a couple unauthorized charges from ******** Services LLC in the amounts of $3.49 on 4/12/23 and $34.99 on 5/9/23 and from ******************* LLC in the amounts of $4.95 on 4/18/23 and $29.95 on 5/5/23. Account numbers ************************- ******* ******** Services- ******* OnCall Health- ******* I was able to look up ******** Services LLC and OnCallHealth online and filled out a form to cancel but I can't find a way to cancle Clubsave. Please make sure all accounts are closed and refunded.

      My husband is 83 years old, he was give this number by a teller at PNC in error (or not). A few weeks later charges appeared on our bank account in the amount of $31 .27, ****, **** and **** all from different companies but originating from the original Club Save LLC. They are preying on elderly people who have no idea what they are trying to sell and are roping people into these programs that they don't need or want. Luckily we caught it in time and were able to cancel all of these in time. We want this company shut down. I am checking with the bank daily to making sure that no charges are being allowed to be made.

      My mother passed away on April 15, 2023. I am her daughter and an authorized user on her checking account which is at ************* I'm ******* ******. I saw two suspicious withdrawals on her account this morning (May 4). This first one was from a company called ******** Services and was withdrawn on April 12. My mother was already ill and bedridden at this point. $34.99 was taken. (See supporting document). The second one was on April 19 (my mother was dead at this point) from a company called Club Save, which I found out is basically the same company. I spoke to *** both times I called their respective customer service phone numbers. ********************** withdrew $31.27. *** told me that she would cancel the accounts but that I was unable to get a refund. I then call ************* and told them what was going on. Now, I am waiting for the check to the Mortuary to clear so I can close her account. I should not be having to deal with people like this when I am grieving for my mother. What bothers me most is that her information is out there. I hope you can close these people down.Thank you

      On 5/1, I (****** ******) randomly lost $31.27 from my bank and was confused and found out that a random check was made without my authorization and it didn't even match up with my details and now i'm looking for a refund because this is not a service I wanted, nor authorized at all.
