I have lost all my personal belongings and the belongings of my dead mother when the company sold everything I owned including a doll that my grandma gave me as a child in 1988; my movie collection; personal clothes; rare hardback books and more. Including my collection of CDs I bought myself; my grandma's antique glass coffee table that was in my family for DECADES. They sold everything just because I was going through some hard times and I was unable to come up with the money. They had no compassion for my problems because I was having money issues and they blamed me for not having the $205.00 each month plus all the late charges making the payments higher than I could afford to pay. They never even told me about the taxes when I first bought the pod. I first bought it at $150.00 and when I got the bill it was $195.00. I was told that I could pay the amount of the shipping cost in 2 installments: half when it started to be shipped and the rest when I got the storage container. Six months later I was told that I had to pay the full amount of the shipping cost in 1 lump sum. I even lost my picture album and my phone/address book along with all my personal important papers which had my social security information on it.

I have used PODS twice in the last 2 years for long distance moving. I cant say enough good things about this company. **************** so helpful, truck drivers very kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend PODS!

Selling your home and moving can be stressful, but moving a great distance can be even more so. I looked into renting a moving truck, but couldnt get a commitment from the rental company, and having a moving company do it for you was a ridiculous amount of money. A friend used a container company for moving, so I looked into various companies. I ended up using PODS, as they had excellent reviews, and the pricing was very reasonable. Right from the beginning of the process, my stress level subsided. The customer service was very friendly and informative, answering all of my questions. They were able to accommodate all of my request dates, and even when I changed a date later on, it was an easy and simple process. You were always able to talk to a real person, and they always provided you with updated emails throughout the process. When the drivers came to drop off and pick up the pod, they always called you before arriving. They were very professional and friendly, and they were always cautious not to do any damage to your property. It was a very pleasant and stress free experience, and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

They were both awesome. All the tuds that I had labeled, they had me look at them and tell them where to put them and I had a lot about 50 so they were so great was so happy with them.

Customer service was always so friendly and helpful. They really accommodated my needs throughout the move, even when my dates changed. Very seamless process. I would only say it was hard to know how many pods I needed and at the end had to add another one which added more cost of course.

Great experience for us. Drop off and pick-up were on time and delivery to our new house was extra early. Our two PODs were at the depot in our new home state before we could drive across the country! Phone contact was good and drivers were professional and courteous.
