    On may 18th of 2024 I bought an **** A/C unit for $6500 dollars from All Year Cooling, when they came to install the new A/C unit it was a different brand, what they installed was a **** unit (lower market price). Not only that but they said that the unit was missing the heater and that they were going to come back in a few days to install it. Well, after several phone calls to them (they always said that theyll call me back and they never do). We are in December now and theyve had never come back to install the missing heater.

    All Year Cooling installed an AC unit for me on 08/27/2021. I was told that If I request an inspection, it would be asking for trouble. The tech mentioned that the inspector would search the whole property just to find something to fined me. Years later, I found out that was a lie. Whenever I mention that they never had inspection done, their response is "not every city requires an inspection." They won't tell you which city does. However, I remember someone calling me and saying that they had to wait to see if the installation would pass the inspection. I did my research and found out that this allegedly fails inspection many times. Maybe they found a grey area. I was also told that I was supposed to apply for a permit after asking if they did yesterday. The unit gave me problems within a month or two which they fixed. It's been three years and have to replace the compressor. It's $1800 just for labor. Part has warranty. I got the extended labor warranty and was told that they would waive the freon fee of $200. They charged me the $200 the next day anyways. I called and it was refunded and said it was a clerical error. I was interested in their PMA promotion which was $139. I asked for two since it could only be used once. The total was supposed to be $278 for two but when I looked at the invoice, they charged me that price for one! The woman that helped me gave me her direct line and when I informed her of this, she made it seemed like it was for two. I sent her a screenshot so that she can see the error but she stopped responding afterwards. If you own investment properties (commercial or residential) .... STAY AWAY FROM ALL YEAR COOLING!!!! I'm waiting to see if I'd get a call back. If this is submitted, it means that they refused to give me my refund. I tried. It usually takes less than an hour. Let's see if they are trying to avoid calling just to keep my money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! INVESTORS BEWARE!!!! I have receipts. Refund my $278.

    On Thursday, September 26, 2024, my central AC began acting up. It started to short cycle, constantly clicking on and off. It finally stopped working on Friday, September 27, 2024. I called up All Year Cooling to schedule an appointment for service. The next appointment that they had available was Tuesday, October 1, 2024. I was schedule between noon and four on that day. The technician arrived at 12 pm and was gone by 4 pm. During this time, they attempted to fix my air handler. It took two technicians working together to fix one wire. They should've performed a check and maintenance service at the same time. When they left, they complained about staying here too long. They didn't even check to make sure that the repair was complete. My air clicked air, ran a short cycle, and then click off again. I called the next day to schedule a follow up appointment. That was supposed to have been for today, October 3, 2024. The technician was due to arrive between noon and 4 pm. The technician was running late and was now due at 6 pm. At six ******* I called All Year Cooling to inquire about my service. All that I was able to reach was an automated voicemail. It's still hot in Florida and my house climbs into the upper 80s. They need to fix my air conditioning so that my house in comfortable. It should've been corrected two days; there's no excuse for me to keep calling. I'm a dissatisfied customer who no longer wants to deal with their company. The short cycling is ruining my air conditioning and running up my electric bills.

    I am rejecting this response because: The unit was finally fixed and working correctly. I appreciate the effort of them finally coming out for the second time to diagnose and fix it. The first diagnosis thought it was fixed, but they didn't stay around to find out. When I tried to schedule the next day I was hopeful they would come out daytime. It took a technician the second day towards the evening to fix it and have it working correctly. I hope your system becomes updated and technicians better available so this allegation doesn't happen to somebody else with a service call.

However, he did not allegedly address my alleged concern of allegedly why it took scheduling a technician the second day in the afternoon closer to the evening to come out.     Business collected 2500 of a $5,250 job. Appt 8/6. 3 hours late no call took measurements. 8/7 appt 8am-10am. No call no show. I call them now told *****. No call no show. I call them told to reschedule 8am the next day. Next day comes no show no call. I call them they tell me they are running late they show at 1pm. **** the salesman calls I complain he offers $250 off the bill I accept (big mistake). 3 workers do duct work and leave after making 4 holes in my ceiling. I call company they say theyll send a *********. No appt until 8/27. 12pm-4pm. 8/27 comes no show no call. I call them. They need to reschedule. I tell them I am not making an appt because you dont keep the appointment. Send a ********* to fix my ceilings. Nothing. Tomorrow is Sept 1. My balance is *****. I am refusing to pay

    Originally purchased new central air unit from All Year Cooling, *** on 05/01/2016. Unit was supposed to be 5 ton inside and out. They mismatched a 4 ton air handler with a 5 ton outside unit upon FPL audit. They informed me I was not getting 100% efficiency and that the unit would wear out prematurely now that it is broke they are unable to get parts Until September, I have called the manufacturer per their request to get the parts expedited and they have not assigned a case manager yet. They are unable to tell me when the part will be available. All I want is my air conditioning fixed.

    since the installation i had issue with pump and drain - leak from ceiling, stains, now i have issue with water on floor due to condensation since 2 years installation i have issue each time they found a new excuse not to fix drain nd pump when they intalled pump *** told me it was a berand new ones, i discover that it was my old pump that they put back since 2 years it had been a nightmare, having issue every 6 months with leaks, i never had issue with my ac b4 i changed with that company i have report from another company that stipulate issue with drain and pump, my home is so humid due to water from condensation - i want to have it fix ASAP - it is not good for my health, - i ve been to emergency room a few times since its happened,

    I purchased a brand new York A/C from All Year Cooling and had it installed by them in May 2023. While being installed the technician punctured one of the copper Freon lines, it was fixed the very next day and ever since the unit has given me nothing but issues. In the span of 10 months they have had to come to my house about 8-9 times to repair, from adding a capacitor to changing the compressor to replacing the Freon lines to removing a capacitor. The last technician advised me that me thermostat was not compatible with the 2 stage unit that was installed, after having the unit in my home for 8 months. I reached out to All Year Cooling and they opened a complaint with the manufacturer, **** who came to my house to conduct a thorough inspection. After waiting for about 2 months I was told that the unit was and there was nothing they could do. I asked All Year Cooling what they were going to do since I bought the unit from them, but they have not replied.I do not want the unit and want it replace for fear of it continuing to need repair!!

    I am not understating why the complaint was closed. I talked to the owner once and her never called me back. He offered to exchange the outside unit but I advised him that with all of the issues to the entire unit, I wanted it all changed. He was going to contact the manufacturer and let me know. He never contacted me! Complaint should be reopened until a resolution.

    I purchased a new ** unit from this company on 4/30 and the unit was installed on 5/1.Due to faulty installation, in which the technician left an empty water bottle in my ducts, the ** unit stopped working on 5/18. A technician was sent to assess the problem and failed to diagnose the issue and stated that I would need a new blower fan, which was on backorder. On 5/20, ************************* from the company stated that I would be refunded $150/night for hotels until the replacement part arrived.The replacement part did not arrive until 5/30, and on that date I provided a receipt for 10 nights at the hotel where my family stayed to ******************.For the past month, I have followed up daily with ******************, who stated that a check was sent via **** on 6/11. However, I have not received the check, and the company has failed to provide a path forward to refund me in a timely manner.I'm seeking a $1500 refund for the 10 nights that I spent at a hotel while my ** unit was not functioning, as promised by the company via email.

    The following situation started on March 19th, 2024 and is still ongoing to this day (June 3rd 2024)- March 19th, 2024 All Year Cooling installed a new A/C unit at my residential address.- As a result of the installation, a cracked pipe was leaking, causing water damage to my wall and floor.- Another day, *** came out, told me pipe needs to be fixed but could not do it - Another day, *** came out and fixed the pipe.- Another day, ********* contractor came out and fixed the water damaged wall. Also, as requested by ***'s office, the contractor took pictures of my damaged floor.- With every phone call i received from Ayc, such as follow up on *********** work, inspection appointment, inspection time...I asked for a response concerning my floor but never received one.- Another day, Inspector came and failed inspection on three counts: 1.) four instead of eight screws were used to install unit on the roof 2.) Air pocket on right side of unit was left open and needed to be properly patched 3.) The breaker for the new unit needed to be exchanged with a breaker of different strength.- Same day after inspection, Ayc technician came (appeared unmotivated and pretty clueless, as most others before him) looked at issues but only added the screws, said somebody has to come patch and that All year cooling needed to order the breaker.- Another day, Ayc technician comes, cant fix what needs to be patched and tells me that *** needs to order the breaker.- Another day, Ayc technician shows up, patches up the area and tells me the breaker needed to be ordered by ***.- Another day, breaker was installed.- I am running out of space but the same circus is continuing with the floor Issue.- Another day, ******* comes measures the floor - Another day, *** sent out another ********* who was told to look at the floor issue - Supposedly the damaged floor will be replaced on June 10th
