YN travel does not even deserve one star, but I had to leave it in order to post a review. In 2019, I like many people on here bought a package for three different trips through YN Travel. Late 2020 and early 2021 I tried contacting them to see about traveling. I guess they fell off the face of the earth. No email was returned, and there was no way to leave a telephone message. I have since heard they have gone out of business. In September of 2022 I received a phone call from Monster. They claimed to be a booking center and said that they knew that I had bought a package and asked why I hadn't used it. I explained the situation and was told I could book through them, but not without paying a booking fee of $600-1200. I told them I was not comfortable or able to pay more money on something that I don't know is guaranteed. I mentioned that instead of asking me for money I would love to get a refund. At that point I was hung up on and all of my attempts to call them back have gone to voice-mail. I am assuming I will get no call back. I would like a refund from YN Travel.

I bought a travel package from yntravel with no expiration date. I was to have 2 trips for ******. I have decided to set up one trip and no one answers phones. Another company has called and told me they were taking over accounts who bought those pkgs from yntravel. They are threatening me saying I will be charged another ******* or I can pay another ****** to keep my pkg, that I already paid for. Girl has been contacting me threatening me that I will go to collection. I owe them nothing. I realized I was scammed the first time and now are trying to rescan me again. Is there anything I Can do to get my money back. Thankyou. ***********************

I purchased vacation package with YN Travel on April 3, 2019. I spoke to Miss Walker; LV5217. She sold me a 5 day/4-night land package for $398.00, and for an additional $200.00 included round trip air fare. I paid a total of $598.00. The package also included an 8 day/7-night Cruise. Covid hit and I called YN Travel. They told me, don't worry, the package has unlimited time of use. I called back and started getting a recording: No one is available to take the call, please try your call again later. That has been the phone message since 2020 till present. On January 21, 2021, someone named Aeil, an agent in customer service, finally answered the phone. He said YN Travel was bought out by: Five Star Resorts and Vacations Club, and they would be honoring YN's travel packages. I have been trying to phone them since November 2021 at both YN's phone number, and Five Star at their number. Messages on both lines, Five Star does not call back. I don't understand why both numbers can be active. Someone has to be paying the phone bills. Can someone please help with this rip off?
