- On November 21, 2017 Automodule Source indicated that the following are the current terms of their refund policy that appears on their invoices:
Unless expressly stated otherwise, this part is covered by a (1) year warranty with exchange of your core. Cores MUST be returned with core return sheet within 14 days after receiving your replacement unit to validate your warranty. By accepting this part(s), you agree to pay a core charge of up to $100 for gas parts and $250 for diesel parts in the event that you do not return your core(s) to us within the stated time frame. You may return this part(s) for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee as well as shipping and handling charges.
There are NO REFUNDS after 14 days. This warranty does not cover any defects caused by misuse, collision, negligence, unreasonable use, flood or electrical damage, and improper installation or application. All warranty claims are subject to our approval. We assume no liability for labor, diagnostics, technical fees, towing claims, rental car charges, lodging, or any other direct or consequential damages arising as a result of this transaction. Your acceptance of this part(s) constitutes acceptance of ALL of the aforementioned terms. - Business Categories
