            My vehicle was towed by said company and upon contacting this company after looking at their website where it states that I can retrieve my vehicle after hours for an additional $25 fee I was cussed at disrespected and hung up on multiple times by the the lady the lady answer the the phone I was called a loser for being arrested and was told that there's no way in h*** I'm getting my vehicle for another day. I'm dissatisfied with this because this is not what the website States I'm willing to pay the additional $25 I need my vehicle right now it was towed unlawfully but that's beside the point I have the money to retrieve my vehicle right now and I'm being denied my property I will seek legal action if need be

            This place is worst place I ever done business with. The lady was absolutely so rude. I have never in my life have met someone who start crook they locked my keys in car then charged 50$ to get them out. #2 They tried telling my husband couldn't drive off lot with one head light that was damage. They tried charging 150 tow less than mile. So we got our own tow truck for 40$ then they charged another 50$ too take car off there lot. She made up prices as she went along.. I felt sorry for her because she really a miserable lady to treat people like she did.. spawn of devil.

            I am unable to locate any information on a vehicle belonging to Beth *******, but would like to apologize for any rude behavior. Also, if she would like to contact me directly at my office I will gladly explain all the fees involved in a police initiated tow.
