This dealership runs an online website where they lure customers in with low cost parts and then after they take the order they try to jack the price up after the fact. They have very shady business practices and try to prey on their customers. Stay away from them.

Wish I had read the reviews on this business before going there to buy a new vehicle. Because I didn't pay attention to the figures they were putting on the contract I am now paying $80,000 for a $40,000 suv. After spending time on the phone and driving over an hour to meet with one of the owners and ask for compassion and help to make this right, got pushed off on the finance manager, who walked in and pretty much said he was the last one that customers with a complaint got stuck with so he could tell us they wouldn't do anything. So, just be very careful and look at the paperwork before signing anything. My friend , who rode with me, did the very same thing as I did. We assumed we were dealing with a company that is trustworthy and puts the customer first. We are both stuck paying for a vehicle with $30,000 tacked on the **** and we fell for it. So, please beware of this dealership. After reading all the reviews on BBB and Daytona Kia web site this seems to be a common thing they do and we aren't the only ones that fell for it.

Honestly, it was absolutely terrible! I was lead to believe that I was a co-signer on a vehicle. I went to sign the papers later in the day. When I got there I saw that I was the one making the purchase. I was not the co-signer!! But since I had already made the agreement with the person I was supposed to co-sign with, I went forward with it. When I sat down with *****, he asked me to take my glasses off. When I did that, he said oh I was right, you are really pretty. I have never put my Glasses back on so **** fast. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Then when I made it to the finance office, after a few minutes in there I was asked if I was married. I answered no. The conversationi continued from there. I mentioned that my boyfriend and I both recently bought new cars. He seemed pretty sad when I made that comment. The comments that were made during the conversation were inappropriate. There were several other comments made, however I dont recall all of them because I was so uncomfortable. I signed all the documents and left as quickly as I could!!Once the papers were completed, I asked ***** if he was delivering the vehicle to the customers house. His response was yes, how about you follow me out there and you can drive me back? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Number one I just met you! Number 2, after openly talking about my appearance and making so uncomfortable, there is NO WAY I am letting a male stranger In my car. I think it might be beneficial to ask some of your other female customers if they had The same experience. Im willing to bet they have!DO BETTER DAYTONA KIA!! Hire people that arent total creeps!

Dayton *** is currently running a promotion thru a mailed flyer that includes a "Lady ***** game. The game is deceptive marketing at best and borders on fraud. The game allows you to determine if you are a winner of $100 to $100,000 prizes. The flyer has the terms of the game that require no purchase etc. If you are a winner in the "scratch style game", you call an automated number, enter your code and get the message, "congratulations, your prize has been reserved". When you get to the dealer to claim your prize you are now told you must match your flyer number with the ones posted at the dealer. This requirement appears nowhere in the flyer or the provided "fine print" in the flyer. This purposeful non-disclosure of the requirement to match another number is deceptive marketing and perhaps fraudulent. It amazes me that a business would even think that this will attract customers. You may go there to collect a prize but will never buy from them considering the outcome.

This dealership was great and charming to get my money, only to sell me a $54k lemon. I have had my telluride in the shop 4 times in 3 months for the same issue and it started happening a week after I bought it. No one seems to be on the same page or have any clue what is going on. They have had me waiting for hours on end to have no answers. They have given me no hope that it will be fixed at all. The employees dont even agree with the shady business that accrues or the way they treat their customers. It is super frustrating. I highly DO NOT reccomend buying from them. I will NEVER deal with them ever again.

I brought my vehicle into Daytona Kia to check the illuminated check engine light. I was told by the service manager ****** that my vehicle had two codes and that they replaced the warrantied fuel filter. I was told the car was ready for pick up with no further issues. Thirty minutes later I received another phone call telling me my car would not start and the fuel pump had to be replaced. He then told me this was not under warranty and that the charge would be $1700.00. I went to the dealership and demanded a loaner and contacted *** corporate in hopes to get the vehicle repaired under goodwill. I kept the rental car for two weeks while *** investigated the claim but had to return it when ****** threatened to call the police on me to have the car reported stolen. I was forced to pay for a rental on my own. It took *** two more weeks to investigate and I was denied any help. At first ****** was going to charge me $1700 for repair of the fuel pump and fee for the rental car. After a phone call from my mother he then lowered the charge to $1200. He gave me paperwork that never mentioned the original complaint, codes or replacement of the fuel filter. My car was at Daytona Kia for 30 days. Never go to Daytona Kia for repairs or sales. Not to be trusted.

Beware!!! I was told one price for the car and they change the price without telling me.Then the Finance person told me it was required by *********** for me to purchase these extra warranties on a new car. The Finance guy said it was the only way *********** would take the loan. So I sign the agreement. The next day I was told by my friend it's not required, so I called *********** and they said we never required extra warranty. They also told me I was approved for a lower interest rate but the Finance guy gave me a higher one. BEWARE of Finance person that's how they make there bonus off of warranty.

I purchased a vehicle last night from Daytona Kia. I asked the sales person specifically if the car had been in an accident and he said no. This morning I took the car over to show my uncle and he checked out the car and IT HAS BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT, and the price was $4,000 more than it was listed. I went to the dealership to ask to return it and they said no. I called the financer and they said the dealership should REWIND the deal. I reached out to the dealership AGAIN and they AGAIN refused. I am at a loss and I thought I would have the 3 day grace period. Over Charged FOR A WRECKED CAR - THANKS DAYTONA KIA YOU ARE PROVING THE DIRTY SALES MAN STEROTYPE! Buyers Beware!
