    The service I rec'd was excellent. I had an unknown charge, I called, they responded with in a day to let me know what it was. I asked how I can cancel it and they responded the next day with the cancellation information. Very timely. I'm appreciative.

    I called because my payment was declined and they said they would escaslate it and it would take 1 to 2 business days. Several days later I called to check on it, and they said it had never been escalated. So I called back a few days later, and the same thing.

    Was charged accidentally after I cancelled with them. I emailed and no kidding within in less than an hour. I was responded to and refunded. I was floored. If all customer service was like this, I think the world would be a happier place! Impressed

    The Consumer Portal you used to cancel the membership also tells you the website the purchase belonged to. In order to have the question answered you can go back to the self-service website at cs.segpay.com and locate the details of the charge. The login is the same manner you used on 02/25/2025.     I don't think you are referencing the right company or transaction. Based on your details I see a refund in our system for $39.97 as well as a ****** dispute for the same charge.     **************** did not do a darn thing for me ! The charges I am disputing, THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME WOULD NOT BE CHARGED TO MY ****** ACCOUNT - HAVE BEEN CHARGED AND TAKEN OUT OF MY ****** ACCOUNT ! I want every ***** returned to me !!!
