    Just got my credit card hacked by them for $16.04. I had no idea this company even existed. Never used them or looked them up even once. Now I have to cancel my card, dispute charges and change my card in every app and subscription it was linked to. Freaking awesome. Can they be reported to authorities for theft?

    It was a surprise charge to my credit card because it was outside the realm of the site I frequent so when I noticed I had also had a separate charge by epoch which is the company that I associate with the normal charges for the site I freaked especially when the charge said reoccurring!

    My account was suspended by Sugardaddy because my bank required them to refund $99 to me. I was double billed on January 10th, two charges of $99 each. I was responsible for only charge of $99.

    I see your bank initiated a fraud reversal for the $99, which can only be requested by you. That fraud charge caused several automatic blocks placed on your account with **********************. If you allowed us to resolve the issue we would have requested the refund on your behalf, keeping your account in good standing. I hope this explanation helps with the suspension/block.

    If you want to continue purchasing on the website, I would suggest reaching out to them directly for help at ************************************. Make sure to reference your purchase id, or email address for the purposes of locating your account. They should be able to assist you but there are no guarantees from Segpay.     I was hoping to find out what a charge was for and regardless of the fact I tried multiple emails and cards it was not until I had ****** cancel the charge I found out what it was for. The customer service was unable to find that out despite asking they however were polite and maybe tried

    Our system will not automatically issue a refund based on a cancelation. The next step was to call and request the reversal of the charge because you no longer wanted the subscription.
