Literally, the worst company to ever call themselves a ******************** how and why they are even in business still is a mystery to me. Theyre the biggest scammers Ive ever seen in this space of business and Im not even the seller dealing with them. We bought a property that had expired that they listed, and they attached a $15,000 lien on it plus a $590 TC fee that had absolutely nothing to do with the transaction. We couldnt close until we got the release of lien. This is the most predatory company Ive ever seen in my entire life.

At the time I needed money, they offered me a small amount, if they could list my house if I ever sold it. At that time I was sick my ability to make decisions was clouded with sickness. I could not leave the house. I fell upon hard times and have to sell my house. I am 70 years old, on a fixed income, I live here alone, no family or friends to reach out to. These people are scamming elderly people out of money they cannot afford to lose. Now I am trying to prevent having to live on the streets.

The **************** needs to revoke their license and make sure they dont do this to homeowners. They are scammers.

This is the worse company ever. We signed with them because they told us our house would sell for $634k and we were low on funds. They offered us $1,500 to sign with them. They never came to our house to do a true estimate of what our house is worth. I let them know the ac was out and of a few other problems. The highest offer we ever received was $534k. That's not bad but will not take lower than there percentage of $634k. I've had a few other realtors actually come out and was told we were lucky to even get offered that. They finally sent someone out to look at our place and she didn't seem to think we would get that amount. The lady that did come out from MV Realty put our home on the market and it was all messed up. After correcting her over and over again she finally got it somewhat right. She let us know that our house would sell for the land, but she didn't have pics of the land. We threw a fit about it and she finally put pics of the land on there. To some it up, this was the worse experience we've ever encountered. Unfortunately we're stuck with them because we signed a long contract. All this because we needed the $1,500 at the time.

I just read a positive review by "Indira *** ***** be honest, who looks up a business and get to BBB to leave a positive review specifically mentioning an "agreement". What I don't understand is that MV Realty could have had a growing business based on their realtor services, instead the executives decided to create a scam to steal their client's equity on their homes. Why? what is even more confusing is that now that AGs all over the US are investigating their scam, instead of just terminating the agreements, get their money back for the checks they sent to sign this ridiculous 40 yr agreements, they have a bully attitude that somehow think what they did is right after they were exposed.If you need a realtor, just find one that has good reviews, they care about selling your home and not after stealing your equity. It's unheard of and beyond comprehension

In June of 2022 someone from MV REALTY called me during a difficult time in my life.They offered me $423 Me whats the catch?Them if you 3ver plan on selling your home you will consider using MV REALTY as your listing agent. Me ok I can do that. They sent $1 via zelle Then $423 via zelle FACTS!!!! today I went to get paperwork on my house from the clerk of court. She provided me with a copy of a second mortgage placed on my house FOR A LINE OF CREDIT FOR $1,000,000.00 YES 0NE MILLION dollars! I have documents and proof of all mail and the paperwork from the clerk of court that has what appears to be my signature. On a page that states it was signed in front of a notary and a witness. I don't know either of the people that signed and I haven't met with anyone signing paperwork on my house since 2019 when I refinanced my home. I SURE DIDN'T RECEIVE ONE MILLION DOLLARS EITHER. I just filled out the the paperwork on the bankruptcy. But I didn't understand any of it neither did the woman on the phone that was the help number listed for the bankruptcy attorney for the bankruptcy for RM REALTY. I am at a loss. I thought I had paperwork to fill out for a class action against MV REALTY. Can anyone PLEASE HELP ME?ZERO STARS FOR SCAMMERS

MV REALITY has placed a false lien on my house. I have never dealt with them.

I was taken for a ride when I chose you to sell my property. I used to own **** ******** ***** ******* ** ***71.and the agent had me pay for the entire closing costs and I was willing to pay for the attorney fees I paid for all that as well my agent wanted me to do the leg work for him 2 days before closing he ask me if I got the pay off from the lender I said no that is your job. He said no that was my job then he proceeded to throw a tantrum and you should have herd his mouth he drop the f bomb about 15 times.he made me feel like I had comited a crime. But I still continue with him. But the funny part is that everytime I ask about the numbers he would have to we got the pay off those numbers were preliminary but they ere not the real number.then to topit off when my wife signed her papers and .every body got paid but me I had to wait till Tuesday to get my check.every body else got paid friday.this guy is a con artist he takes advantage of people that don't now real estate then he blames every thing on you.my name is ***** ****** ***** property **** **** **** ** ******* ** ***** my number is ************ name of realtor ***** **** I would appreciate if you could respond.
