I was ripped off $35,300.00 by Pro Choice Roofing LLC.CCC1332279 On Feb. 10, 2023, I signed a contract with Pro Choice Roofing owner, ********************* with the salesman ********************* as witness to do a total roof replacement of my home damaged by hurricane ***. He said it would ***********-8 weeks to begin depending on the arrival of the materials. I agreed to put 1/3 deposit down ($35,300.00) for materials to start the $105,500.00 job. He cashed in the check the same day.Permits were pulled and an NOC was signed. After 8 weeks I called and said they were still waiting for the material.****** (roofing material) southern US representative ************************* Supply Distributor, ***************** *** (**************) ******* or ****** made in March 2023 8 weeks went by and said they were waiting on roofing materials. 16 weeks went by, I made multiple attempts to get updates from the owner *****, sales *****, project manager *****. No definite dates for start. 22 weeks went by, and all had been ghosting me for weeks: not returning my calls, messages, or texts July 17, 2023, Called ****** ***** ****** on my husbands phone after just calling him on mine (went to voicemail). (He answered on the 1st ring and was caught totally off guard). Found out through the ****** **** ******* that my materials had been cancelled on June 8 and picked up by another company called Restore My Hometown (owner ***********************) June 9 and had been placed on hold all this time. They were cancelled again July 18 for non-payment. The materials had been waiting for MANY weeks.July 19, 2023, 10:00 pm *********************** (owner of Restore My Hometown) called and tried to talk me into going ahead with the ****** materials being delivered to my home COD.July 19, 2023, 11:00 am ********************* called and said a bunch of excuses. I didnt give a answer to continue. I dont trust him that he will show up
