Review for Castelli Interiors and More LLC Our journey began 10/06/2023 that is when we picked our Original Slab and gave our deposit. Original install date 12/28/23 that is when we were ready for installation. Our journey finally ended 04/22/2024. We were not going to give a review at all, only because it would have been zero stars, HOWEVER after our battles we decided to give a 3 star review, and mainly because of one employee and that was George, who appears to be the company's lead installer. He was the only one that spoke truth, did what he said he would do, and he was professional to work with. This company lacks in Customer Service. You the customer have to stay on top of everything, and then you are made to feel that you are wrong. From selling our original slab to another customer, a slab we put a deposit on, to the original installation crew not doing their job correctly, using incorrect cleaners which ruined the finish, to the actual slab having defects, which lead us to have that job replaced with a new slab, from the untruths that we were told, it was not a pleasant experience at all. The company representative will say that they gave us a upgrade for replacement, which from what we can tell they did, but that is the least this company could do, after all this company put us through, and then we had extra cost in plumbers and for being the reason why we had to put our kitchen backsplash installation on hold. At the end of the day on 4/22/2024 our job was completed and we are now satisfied. Up to this date 4/26/2024 no one from this company has called to see if we were satisfied with the installation, or to apologize for all the grief that we have gone through with them. ***** *** ****** ******

Feel like a celebrity! *** treated our small kitchen project with the same care and respect as a million dollar project! This company is more affordable than you'd think, so please check them out! (Compare for yourself to the big box stores.) *** listened carefully and thoroughly to our ideas, created a 3D picture plan, measured our space himself and came through with every promise, on time or early, each step of the way. His communication was excellent and he was fun to work with, too. There were absolutely no surprises, except how beautiful our kitchen is now. **** is their master installer, incredibly skilled, meticulous and pleasant to have around. Each **************** left our kitchen cleaner than it was before he worked in it! Feel free to trust Castelli Interiors West Coast with *** and **** to help you create a lovely kitchen.
