This dealership has been awful since we purchased our car on 11/17. The deal with Christian was great until we started signing. We had a plate & explained our physical/mailing address were different. John gave us another license plate. We were confused & John said the other didn't work. John said he "did us a favor" & ran codes so we could get the warranty. He opened a signature pad on his iPad and I signed, then he TURNED it towards himself to click through. John told me to sent the form to Christian next day. I asked for copies & he printed/put them in a folder. We went out to the car & a floor mat was gone so husband asked. They couldn't find it, & said they'd send it. That night, we reviewed the paperwork. I signed different on iPad, & ONLY ones with that signature were 3 warranties, $5500. The gap form says page 1 of 5, & I only got page 1. I attempted to call the next morning (11/18). John was in a meeting so I emailed requesting cancellation of all 3 warranties & asking for the full gap addendum. He replied it was flat cancellable & he'd send over an e-document. I told him I didn't receive the form yet. I followed-up later. NO REPLY. I sent an email 11/19 to Christian with the residency form. NO REPLY. I sent another email to John stating no form had been sent. NO REPLY. Tried to call. We attempted to call again on 11/20, & sent an email. John FINALLY replied 11/20, said he sent the form & needed a residency form. I got & signed the form that night. I replied that night, NO REPLY. I sent a follow up 11/22, NO REPLY. My husband emailed them again on 11/23 NO REPLY. My husband called DMV-they didn't know why they gave us a plate & we have to talk to them. I got a call on 11/25, from the bank for the residency letter. By the next morning it was done. I called the GM on 11/29, but the salesman said he was out. He took a note & put it on Christian's desk. NOTHING. Submitted inquiry on 11/29, got text asking if the salesman has contacted us; I responded. NO REPLY.

Second new car purchase. First was great, second was a a joke and comedy of errors. I was sold a vehicle that was already sold. Sales Manager came out and said they have an identical car in a different color coming in and it was mine if needed. So I accepted after a 3 week waiting period. Then came the comedy of errors. The front windshield was damaged due to transportation. So they offered to replace it. There were some other minor repairs which they did. After waiting over 2 months for the parts to come in, then I got an email from the dealership that if I don't pick up the parts, it will be returned to Honda. I was never notified. The ************* on behalf of Honda did the replacement but they reinstalled the passenger side wiper with several inches visible. Sticking up in the air. It was hidden before. Now i wasted several days at the Dealership talking to various folks. The answer was almost "You have to see this department or that department". I took possession of the vehicle with the intent that it would be fixed immediately. It took almost 3 months and they never notified me that the parts were in. Run around with several folks that I should talk to ???. I took the car in the next day to fix a 30 second job but the ** said he could not do it to come in Tuesday but never made an appointment. ****** learned - Never take possession of something you bought without written consent. Now still waiting after 3months for someone to take responsibility and do something. Never again will I buy another automobile from this Dealership at least protect myself. Buy at your own risk.

Federal law states car dealerships need to post on the used cars glass if there is a warranty or AS/IS They do not do this as defined by Federal law. They do not post any warranty or no warranty on the window glass of there used vehicles. Thats wrong. They are scamming the public. They also list that they include $10,000 worth of services on all there cars for a price of about $*****. You are not given a choice ,not to pay ***** more for the car. You must pay in order to buy. They state the vehicle is on every car they sell. Serious fraud when you look to see what they say they do and the length of time this applies to its easy to see its a scam

I took my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation on 3/24. Service was fast, but the first issue I noticed as I was about to leave is that they did not reset the oil level to 100%. It was still at 15% and I had to ask them to fix this, which has never happened at the other Honda dealership where I usually go.About 3 miles after leaving Coconut Point Honda, there was a strong noise coming from the tires, which I thought was a possible flat tire. I got out of the car and inspected the tires, but was not able to find any visible issues. The same thing happened about 10 miles later and the noise became louder and I was concerned at this point, but still could not find any issues.I proceeded to email Coconut Point's Honda General Manager to explain the issue and how I did not feel safe driving my vehicle as something did not seem right with the tires, which was probably the result of the work they had performed. The General Manager sent a mechanic the next day and he noticed the loud noise/sound right away as he test drove the vehicle. He inspected the tires, but found no visible issues. He explained that it could be a balancing and wear issue. My vehicle was towed to the Honda shop, but I was told they did not hear any sounds/noise during the test drive but that they found 2 nails in one of the tires. The inspection report I received on the day of service only showed worn out tires with replacement needed in possibly 4-6 months, but no other issues (nails). It is now apparent to me that the tire already had the nails the day I took it in for service, but they failed to see this and still rotated the tires. I cannot understand how there's no quality control for the work they perform. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.
