Terrible company with terrible customer service. Bought a sofa for my 92 year old father going into assisted living. The delivery guy refused to bring it into the facility. I rescheduled delivery for 3 days later. Came to the place got a text saying it was 15 minutes away. An hour later called the store and was told it wasnt on the truck and could not be delivered for 3-4 weeks. NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!Review from Diana N

I purchased a pair of washer and drier The salesperson made a mistake on my order. He charged me for the wrong part, then, he sent me another part that was also incorrect. One week after the delivery I still do not have the piece (I had to purchase it on line) and for the installers, worst people they do not like to work and I am still waiting for the credit. There no honest I bought a recliner paid for it. The next day return it. And they said I had a no return product It said so in fine print on my recipe but I was not given a receipt until they had my moneyBrandsMart USA Response

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THE SALESPEOPLE AND CASHIERS TELL YOU!!! YOU MUST READ YOUR RECEIPT!! BUT BY THEN IT'S TOO LATE!!!I bought a ************************ scooter for my husband for Christmas on 12/28/2024. He is older than me and sometimes has issues with vertigo. The scooter comes with a seat and a basket and has a wide platform so he thought it might work for him. We asked the salesperson if it could be returned if my husband found he would not be able to balance himself on the scooter. We were told yes, it just needed to be within 30 days of purchase and returned in "new" condition i.e. clean tires, etc. We also asked the cashier about the return policy who also told us we could return it within 30 days. I inquired again and she mentioned electronics can't be returned but this could be, so we bought it. We brought it home opened the box and my husband looked at the manual - the scooter was never removed from the box. He told me today he is uncomfortable with the idea of a scooter. We tried to return it today and were told we can't...the receipt says 0-day return. No one in the place could understand why the two people would tell us it could be returned. The girl in the *********************** spoke to me like I was a child saying, "is this your original receipt?" after she used a highlighter to mark the 0 days. I remarked to her so I as a customer should not trust what 2 of your employees tell me when they answer the same question the same way? Also, if the item is 0-day return and I learn this only by reviewing the receipt after it's purchased, it's too late for me anyway!!! Obviously, we will not be purchasing the family room furniture we were looking at there the same day we bought the scooter!Review from Simone K

No stars. What happened to me should not even happen. This is absolutely the worst experience ever. Claim filed since July 2024 and STILL NOT PAID by BrandsMart who uses a 3rd Party company, Broadspire to process claims.Luckily, I have renter's insurance and Citizens did an amazing job with covering what my policy allows. Then Citizens has submitted subjugation files to Broadspire for BrandsMart so they can be reimbursed since September 2024, October 2024, November 2024 and again December 2024. The Broadspire agent has been sitting on my claim due to other claims taking priority meanwhile I am out over $10K and my tenant over $7K. No rent received for me for months and counting.Maintenance bill of $2,700 is past due.Quarterly Property taxes of $1k is past due.Growing interest rates on my credit card for out-of-pocket expenses not yet reimbursed by BrandsMart/Broadspire.Pain.Suffering.Disgust.Extremely poor client experience after I bought new stackable washer/dryer combo and BrandsMart sent incompetent workers to install and caused flooding in my 2/2 condo, creating over $30K in reconstruction repairs. At this point, I should be reimbursed for the washer/dryer too, $1,400.00-- unbelievable. Personally, I'm dealing with my spouse diagnosed with brain cancer and I'm getting faster replies and approval from the healthcare plan vs. a retail giant who aspires to exceed customer satisfaction, which is clearly not happening in my case. Tired of getting nowhere! Reimburse me so I can restore my condo, pay outstanding vendors. #lawyer is my next step.Review from Kathy T

I would give this a negative star if I could. I am extremely disappointed with BrandsMart. I placed an order for a hoverboard and scooter on **November 29, 2024**, hoping to receive both in time for Christmas. The hoverboard arrived on **December 14**, but the scooter never showed upand as of today, **January 13, 2025**, I still havent received it. To make matters worse, I gave the hoverboard to my daughter for her birthday on *************, only to find out it was **used, defective, and completely non-functional**. It makes loud, alarming noises and sounds like it might explode! When I contacted customer service to return both items, I was told that the hoverboard couldnt be refunded because it was beyond their **15-day return window**, even though the item is clearly defective. Meanwhile, I have had no updates on the missing scooter. I spent **$360** on this order, and I cant use either item. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and refusal to address these issues are completely unacceptable. I will not be shopping with BrandsMart again and strongly urge others to avoid them unless they want to deal with similar frustration and disappointment.BrandsMart USA Response

Dont waste your time and dont buy online with brandsmart. Ive placed an order for an iPad for Christmas gift over a week before Christmas. No shipping confirmation for over a week. Contact them though their online chat and all of their representatives have no customer service skills, horrible communication, no apologize, not offering any solutions their answer was that they are on back order and I have to wait at least two more weeks. Really? How are was supposed to know about that? No notes when placing the order, no emails letting you know that there is a delay horrible service. Wont ever use them again.BrandsMart USA Response

Getting appliances from Brandsmart is fine, but furniture has been a living nightmare. I ordered appliances and furniture in store on July 31st. I received the appliances before the estimated ready date, which was about two weeks later. The furniture (queen bedroom set) has yet to be successfully delivered. I had to call countless times. The corporate office gave me the runaround and was completely disjointed from the store level. I ended up speaking to someone on the store level over the phone, which did not add much help. I eventually went back to the store in person, and that is when the ball began to roll. The set was supposed to be delivered the Thursday before Christmas, but when I called the on day that it was supposed delivered to find out why I had not received notification, I was told that it appeared that my order had been canceled as if it was already completed. Needless to say that was untrue. So I ended up getting it rescheduled for delivery again for the day after Christmas. I received a call on the day it was supposed to be delivered informing me that now it has been pushed back to the next day. The day next arrived, then I received a call informing me that the mirror was missing, which was the initial problem. I agreed to have everything they had on hand delivered. I was so frustrated that I did not think to ask if they could pick up the mirror from the location it was at before heading to my home, so I ended up calling back immediately to ask just that. I was waiting on the line for over 15 minutes and asked my mother to call from her number because perhaps they recognized my number and was avoiding answering, but she also waited on the phone for almost 30 minutes before the call disconnected. The delivery and installation personnel arrived, but soon discovered that the footboard was damaged and a foot on the dresser was missing. I asked for compensation for this disastrous experience from two furniture managers and never received a callback. BAD!!Review from SHEVERNE B

I urge you to reconsider purchasing any warranty from Brandsmart, especially for refrigerators. Be aware that you may find yourself without a functioning fridge for an extended period, potentially up to a month. There seems to be a lack of urgency in addressing medical needs, particularly for those who are diabetic. Additionally, it often requires multiple calls to get any response or action taken.Review from Jorge C

This is the second time ordering from Brandsmart Never again. Honestly, just spend a little more on quality and customer service for you to actually get something thats worth it. The 1st time I ordered a refrigerator and when it was delivered they scratched my new tile floors.The second time I ordered a washer and dryer They were supposed to install it and take the old ones, but instead they just acted like they didnt know they had to do that and left me with the f**king washer and dryer next to the old ones uninstalled. Its been 2 weeks of me going back-and-forth trying to find customer service to come back and install the washer and dryer and take out the old ones. We have not had the laundry in all this time and no one in this company gives a f**k.I have not had such a bad experience with a company in my life. I cant believe people would do this. Now I have to find a 3rd party service to handle this and spend more on something that should have been simple and handled on installation.
