1 starI placed and order for $1,320.85 for a washer and dryer that ended up becoming unavailable due to the apt complex I was moving to pushed my move in date and switched building. Well someone named ******* ********* helped me find a new washer and dryer to be delivered to the correct address on April 9, 2025. With this washer and dryer he tried to price match to what I paid and due to the dryer not needing this part my original order needed it made the total being $1,289.47 with a REFUND difference of $31.38. Well I get the notification about my delivery should come between 9am-1pm. Well once its past 1pm time I contact them back to find out it was never loaded onto the truck due to the dryer being in stock but the washer was not. Whoever I spoke to told me **** *** would call me back after 10am on April 10th. Well April 10th comes he never called me and I get an email saying Im only getting $1,289.47. I still never received the $31.38 difference. I called the customer service today and the lady was extremely rude and tells me I was refunded the full $1,320.85. I told her I get instant notification once any refund for my bank account that I only received $1,289.47 she told me that its not a them issue and to take it up with my bank. Please be aware this company lies about returns. I bought a Polder ironing board that came damaged. I contacted customer support and they told me to email the returns department, so they could issue me a pre paid return label. ***** ***********, Customer relations manager said, she was sorry about the damage on my item and she offered me a $20 to keep the item, which I refuse. I told her I would put a complaint with the BBB to which se replied, "please be on the look out for a call tag for pre paid return labels". A day went by, no email with tags. Emailed her again saying I had not received the tags. She said the manufacturer was supposed to have send it to me. She said she would make sure I would for sure get it the next day. Nothing came in, emailed her again, she said she was going to issue the tags her self, nothing came into my email. Emailed her again, no response, so this is why I'm here writing this review. This company is horrible, should be banned from doing business with customers. Do not shop here, go somewhere else.BrandsMart USA

1 starThe entire company is deplorable. They do not value customers' time nor the complications their mistakes have in our lives. No one should ever spend money here. I dealt incompetence from the sales person to, customer service to the delivery team. After explaining to the salesperson that my delivery requires 4 men because I have steps, he still screwed up and did not notate that on the sales order. So, my original delivery had to be rescheduled after waiting over an hour past the end of the delivery window. The driver finally showed up just to tell me they could not provide the service. So, delivery was rescheduled and I had to readjust my schedule again. This time they successfully installed the appliance but the dryer did not work. After making multiple phone calls and going back to the store no one would schedule a technician to come the day to at least look the appliance. No one I spoke with cared enough about a dissatisfied customer to resolve this issue the same day.I decided the next day that I value my dollars too much to spend with this horrible company. I requested a refund and pick up of the appliance. I had to find out that refunds are not process until after the appliance is picked up. The same salesperson who screwed up the first delivery processed the pick up. Somehow this incompetent human managed to mess up again. I was scheduled for pick up on April 1st. I purchased a appliance from a better company and scheduled delivery for April 2 because I was given the April 1 pick up date. I came home home during the pick up window time and to my chagrin the company rescheduled my pick up without contacting me. So, now Im stuck with an additional appliance taking up room and slowing down my delivery. After speaking with the store, delivery team, customer service and an uncaring store manager, I was again pushed aside. No one would adjust the pick up schedule to remove this appliance so I can move ***** one is professional. Worst CompanyReview fromYasir K

BE AWARE BUYERS all the Sales People at the *********** location are scammers. They will sell you something thats not available or its back ordered and they will promise you it will get delivered in two days. I bought a refrigerator and it got delivered in 10 days with dents on there and the delivery people left all the broken glass of there truck in my driveway. I am also reporting them to BBB this is not right how they scam hard working people.BrandsMart USA

1 starTerrible company with terrible customer service. Bought a sofa for my 92 year old father going into assisted living. The delivery guy refused to bring it into the facility. I rescheduled delivery for 3 days later. Came to the place got a text saying it was 15 minutes away. An hour later called the store and was told it wasnt on the truck and could not be delivered for 3-4 weeks. NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!Review fromDiana N

I purchased a pair of washer and drier The salesperson made a mistake on my order. He charged me for the wrong part, then, he sent me another part that was also incorrect. One week after the delivery I still do not have the piece (I had to purchase it on line) and for the installers, worst people they do not like to work and I am still waiting for the credit. 1 starBUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THE SALESPEOPLE AND CASHIERS TELL YOU!!! YOU MUST READ YOUR RECEIPT!! BUT BY THEN IT'S TOO LATE!!!I bought a ************************ scooter for my husband for Christmas on 12/28/2024. He is older than me and sometimes has issues with vertigo. The scooter comes with a seat and a basket and has a wide platform so he thought it might work for him. We asked the salesperson if it could be returned if my husband found he would not be able to balance himself on the scooter. We were told yes, it just needed to be within 30 days of purchase and returned in "new" condition i.e. clean tires, etc. We also asked the cashier about the return policy who also told us we could return it within 30 days. I inquired again and she mentioned electronics can't be returned but this could be, so we bought it. We brought it home opened the box and my husband looked at the manual - the scooter was never removed from the box. He told me today he is uncomfortable with the idea of a scooter. We tried to return it today and were told we can't...the receipt says 0-day return. No one in the place could understand why the two people would tell us it could be returned. The girl in the *********************** spoke to me like I was a child saying, "is this your original receipt?" after she used a highlighter to mark the 0 days. I remarked to her so I as a customer should not trust what 2 of your employees tell me when they answer the same question the same way? Also, if the item is 0-day return and I learn this only by reviewing the receipt after it's purchased, it's too late for me anyway!!! 1 starNo stars. What happened to me should not even happen. This is absolutely the worst experience ever. Claim filed since July 2024 and STILL NOT PAID by BrandsMart who uses a 3rd Party company, Broadspire to process claims.Luckily, I have renter's insurance and Citizens did an amazing job with covering what my policy allows. Then Citizens has submitted subjugation files to Broadspire for BrandsMart so they can be reimbursed since September 2024, October 2024, November 2024 and again December 2024. The Broadspire agent has been sitting on my claim due to other claims taking priority meanwhile I am out over $10K and my tenant over $7K. No rent received for me for months and counting.Maintenance bill of $2,700 is past due.Quarterly Property taxes of $1k is past due.Growing interest rates on my credit card for out-of-pocket expenses not yet reimbursed by BrandsMart/Broadspire.Pain.Suffering.Disgust.Extremely poor client experience after I bought new stackable washer/dryer combo and BrandsMart sent incompetent workers to install and caused flooding in my 2/2 condo, creating over $30K in reconstruction repairs. At this point, I should be reimbursed for the washer/dryer too, $1,400.00-- unbelievable. Personally, I'm dealing with my spouse diagnosed with brain cancer and I'm getting faster replies and approval from the healthcare plan vs. a retail giant who aspires to exceed customer satisfaction, which is clearly not happening in my case. I would give this a negative star if I could. I am extremely disappointed with BrandsMart. I placed an order for a hoverboard and scooter on **November 29, 2024**, hoping to receive both in time for Christmas. The hoverboard arrived on **December 14**, but the scooter never showed upand as of today, **January 13, 2025**, I still havent received it. To make matters worse, I gave the hoverboard to my daughter for her birthday on *************, only to find out it was **used, defective, and completely non-functional**. It makes loud, alarming noises and sounds like it might explode! When I contacted customer service to return both items, I was told that the hoverboard couldnt be refunded because it was beyond their **15-day return window**, even though the item is clearly defective. Meanwhile, I have had no updates on the missing scooter. I spent **$360** on this order, and I cant use either item. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and refusal to address these issues are completely unacceptable. I will not be shopping with BrandsMart again and strongly urge others to avoid them unless they want to deal with similar frustration and disappointment.BrandsMart USA
