      Worst experience ever!!! I bought a combo microwave-oven on June 2021 and I haven't received it yet. Every time I call they say they don't have a date for me yet. How can be posible that in have been WAITING FOR A YEAR!!! and they don't send me an email or any update at all. I can't even cancel de order because is an especial order. How they can be so disrespectful with their customers. Be aware if you don't want to lose your time and your money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless the item is on stock.

      We apologize for the issue. The Pandemic has caused numerous issues with special orders with all manufacturers in the Appliance industry. We do understand the frustration, however it is beyond our control. We personally will keep a close eye out for the item and schedule the delivery as soon as the item arrives.       I have NEVER in my life experienced such rudeness like I have today. Went to the *************** store on 3-26-22, Purchased an oven which should be delivered tomorrow. Gave the cashier my $30.00 Brandsmart gift card from my refrigerator purchase 3-2021. Some reason she had to rekey the order. I did not notice until the next day when I looked at my receipt the $30.00 credit was never applied. Called the store was told a manager would callback,never received a call. Today I called several times, was hung up on keep saying a manager will callback, but the last call Same thing, theyll call you back when I said I have been told that he said I am busy I have to go theyll call you I asked his name and he hung up. I was a loyal customer for over 30 years . Totally the worst experience ever !

      this is by far the worse customer service of people I have met in my life. The *** in delivery are miserable and I feel like they should find other work because customer service requires a special set of people with listening and understanding skills. I spent over 3k in there and cannot get anyone to understand that when you live in a gated community they have RULES!! No deliveries after 5 pm. I made several attempts to talk to someone about this and I get attitudes the whole time. So I cannot get a morning time frame because they do not control that??? well I do understand having a window, but if your window for delivery is going to be after 5pm everyday that I ask for a.m. what am I suppose to do. I will never spend another dime on this place

Unfortunately we are unable to provide the timeframes until the day prior due to them being routed. Tomorrow you will receive the timeframe for the 27ths scheduled delivery.       I placed a order online 05/18/22 for a Premium ******* refrigerator and after i place the order for pick up the next day i get a call that evening not available for pick up; that's not the problem by the way, the problem was trying to get in touch with the ********************* i waiting 13th in line then the line drop me i called back i was 11th in line then i get a man on the line who does not even properly introduce himself and after i explain i need to can the order since i need it asap and its not available he yells at me that the order has been already cancel without know any information n the order; he caught me off guard with his behavior i said the order said being process he said give the order # i gave it and he said the order was cancel by store it will take 3 to 5 days to get the money back and i get a hand up!!!I can't believe it he hung up on me no good bye anything i can do to help nothing just hung up after yelling instead of speaking to me. I am so beyond disappointed with this service and really can't begin to say that this such a bad experience i really hope they monitor these calls but i think not with that experience i just had. I am really left with a bad taste in my mouth and i will not be going back to this store for a very long time. I am just one customer but keep that up you will have more to follow soon enough. Careful with online orders and service with Brandsmart!!
