    The Parking Garage has signs everywhere stating that the 2 first hours are free entering code ***** on the Pay by Phone app. I parked my vehicle at 2:13 ,pm and received the ticket at 2:39 pm for $55.00. When I tried contacting the customer service for ****************************************************************** to explain the customer service representative screamed at me and hung up the phone.

    Professional parking management is a very dark lot with a hidden meter so people can fall into their trap of pay another vendor's meter located 15' away in *********. They then exploit you with a $90 charge.

    Sincerely, after reading approximately 40 complaints and reviews on this parking company with all the same complaints I come to the conclusion like all others that this company is exploiting people and the city should do something about it. They respond to every email with the dame message you received.  ************ should be investigatwd. My next step is to try the news.

They are trapping people with their tricky hidden meter and then sending threatening letters demanding obscene amounts of money. There are over ***** complaints about this parking company. when is someone going to do something about it. They are EXPLOTING people.

    They have a bad pay system at their location at ***************************************. You cannot find were to pay for the ticket. Than they send a late charge notice with the absurd original amount of $48,15 for 2 hours parking (11/17/22 entry time 1:26pm: exit tome 3:37pm)! That is now increased to $85!This is just a close location to a doctor's ****** who is being notified of this "bad" neighbor.

    I have received a parking ticket in the mail for $90 for 1 hour of parking. The address it lists is not a place I parked. There is a lot close by that was free for years and seems to have added paid parking. If I missed the new sign when I parked I have no clue. I have been trying to call and email for months with no reply. I own up when I have missed something but $90 for one hour is crazy. And having no way to actually contact the company is even crazier.

    after calling the Florida DMV the vehicle in question is registered to an elderly couple that has receive "over 300 complaints" (according to the Florida DMV) for the same issue... This is clearly a bigger issue, than a mistaken identity. In addition, my son "Jharrin" is not even in the ** DMV Database. So, how his name was attached to a photo of a ** license plate, when he has never been to ********************, never mind in the ** DMV Database, is clearly a case of fraud and or other nefarious activity and needs to be pursued under the full rigors of the law.

    This is not my car or plate. You are taking up a lot of people's time here. Does anyone want to file a class action lawsuit with me? Skum, a Scam bottom-feeder Company with no real address. The head Quarters is *********** store. Who is listed as the owner and why are these places contracting them, It only going to hurt local businesses and restaurants.     I received a letter from them from when I parked in their area on 12/1. I paid for the public parking, but I got their letter saying I didn't pay and owe $55.37 in 15 days. Why am I expected to pay the public parking + whatever charge they want and label it as overstay? I left at 1:06 AM and the public parking was paid for. This is a scam.

    On December 4th I received on the mail a "Parking Charge Notice" from Professional Parking Management for a parking charge of $85 for reason: OVERSTAY.The "Notice" has an the following ENTRY TIME: 11/16/20225:13PM EXIT TIME: 11/16/20228:06PM And based on the notice I paid for 2 hours parking. Downtown *****, where I parked has a 2 hour "free" parking as it is stipulated on the website below https://*************.com/news/new-parking-management-solution-at-downtown-*****-%F0%9F%9A%97/I have been trying to contact this company for the past week and been on hold for over 3 hours then call gets disconnected, submitted disputes on their website and nothing happens.

    11-28-2022 my wife did park in the parking lot owned by Professional Parking Management. She paid the parking fee per instructions that was posted on the sign that was in the parking lot. She was in the lot one hour and 16 mins. I received a letter on 12-11-2022 telling me I owed $85.00 for non-payment. How can this company get away with charging you twice to park. There should be some kind of law against this. I dispute these charges because I have a paid receipt sent by email to me. I have sent all the information to support my claim. Thank you.
