Received a $115 ticket for a parking lot which seemed to be a city lot I am a handicapped senior veteran and have a disabled pass and dont pay for parking. When I got to my destination ( across the street) I was advised this was a private lot and I walked back to my car and moved it. I was not parked there for longer than it took me to walk to and from the court across the street. I contacted the business and explained my situation and still no resolution. This is unfair and this company is taking advantage of people - it was not clear as there were no visible signs to the naked eye.Initial Complaint

We keep getting mail from the Personal Parking Management. I entered there to shop at ****** for less than 2 hours. Clearly in the picture it says my entry was at 22:35 and exit at 23:14. And yet I'm still being sent an invoice.I am so tired of this company always sending mail to my house, they've previously sent invoices to collections and that didn't allow me to renew my tag.And its always the same thing, I enter places that have a free parking for a couple of hours.Initial Complaint

I received a letter from Professional Parking Management for a parking bill that I paid on the day of use. I parked my car in a lot on ***************************************************************************, on Wednesday z February 12, 2025. I paid for 3 hours of time with my debit card. I parked at a parking lot in ************** parking professional services is saying I did not pay when I have proof I did pay for parking for the same car description and plate. So they took my $10.45 dollars and now are trying to charge me a $45+ fine. This is unbelievable. I sent them Proof from screen shots i paid in their app The app showing I paid and the plates and car description matched. My company vehicles were issued two citations for $125.00 each and we are requesting an explanation as to why we are getting hit with such excessive fines when both vehicles did not go over 10 minutes from time of expiration on parking payment receipt. Subject: Dispute Regarding Incorrect Parking Claim On December 26th, at approximately 6:00 AM, my wife drove me to the ****************************************** for a military appointment. She dropped me off and then left, returning around 9:00 AM. As shown in the attached photo, her taillights were still on, indicating that she was in motion and not parked in the designated space mentioned in this claim. She was simply searching for the correct pick-up location when the camera captured the image.Despite this, we later left the area and did not return until December 30th. Once again, my wife was not parking but only dropping me off.This claim alleges that we entered the parking lot on December 26, 2024, at 12:28 PM and remained there until December 30th at 9:00 AMan assertion that is completely inaccurate. I received a letter from this company titled "NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE"The letter demands payment for alleged non-compliance with a "Parking Contract". The demand is $115, with a time pressure reduction of $90 if "paid within 30-days". The letter says non-payment will result in the "MATTER BEING REFERRED TO COLLECTIONS". I believe this company is predatory and is accessing private data without consent. We will not be paying "fine", and wish to lodge this complaint. It appears that the BBB has sent correspondence to PPM requesting that they take steps to address the pattern of complaints this business has received, and the company is involved in multiple lawsuits at this time as I'm sure your bureau if aware, and involved with.If you think this company has a lawful claim, please have them respond to the BBB.Thank you for your time,**** ********* ****Initial Complaint

I used pay by phone app and $10.80 was charge to my bank account If i left 9 minutes after the time I entered 11:39 and left at 12:48 pm i shouldnt be charge $115.00 dollars for 9 minutes differenceCustomer Answer
