On May 20th, received a parking ticket from Professional Parking Management stating the time of the ticket was 1:29-- you can see by the screenshots I had CLEARLY paid for parking-- I have sent photos and called multiple times (no one ever answers as stated in other complaints). Now they say I owe more because they NEVER responded to my dispute. How is this legal? I also know the Governor just signed a bill that protects us from this type of fraudulent and actually criminal behavior as I have proof I had paid parking. I would like assistance with 1. Transaction date January 21 2023 amount $11.20 *********** is stating I didnt pay for parking and are trying to ticket me a $96.30 fine. They have sent me this in the mail and I paid to park in their lot. Notice: ******** On 3/24, i arrived their lot in ************, Florida and decided to download their pp and pay for my parking. I choose not to put my card in a kiosk because of credit card fraud in the area. When I returned to my car I saw one of their employees filling out a ticket. I showed him my paid receipt and he said that it was the wrong zone. I told him that the app pulled up the zone number and there weren't others to choose from. I asked him to show me the zone. He and I walked the entire lot and looked at signs and saw NO ZONE NUMBER LISTED! He said that this was the first he noticed that. I asked what to do about the ticket and he said "don't worry about it." I took screen shots to prove this and have the name and phone number of a witness to all of this.I never received a first notice because he didn't give me a ticket.I have a screen shot of proof of payment on the app and my credit card that I send as part of my dispute. THEIR app pulled up the WRONG lot and how was I to know that it didn't pull up the CORRECT ONE?! How could one car be parked in two lots at the time. I have a witness that I will contact who will go on record with a sworn statement to validate what happened.They said "The zone location posted on the sign inside the parking lot must be used to ensure the parking session is applied to the correct location. There is signage posted in the lot with the correct zone number. " There was NO zone listed so I relied on their app being correct/it pulled up only one zone. I asked for them to ask the employee who was working the lot that day to validate this, but they have not.Business Response

I have two parking ticket #1 768-137-255 #2 *********** On July 9th, 2023, I rented a place at the **************** for two days and was told by the owner I rented from that park here and brought up my things. This was for 20min because I was not trying to pay 40$ a day, so I parked here for 20min to bring something back and forth to the room, and now they want to charge me 58.85$ for this is ridiculous, and for the same thing on July 11th, 2023 this was check-out and I was parking here for a short period and also was a charger for this 58.85$ I am checking out the room and bring my stuff to the car and was the charger for this and this is also ridiculous.Business Response

the date of the parking under Professional parking management corporation was on 05/18/2023, a few days later i got an invoice from this company stating i owed them $59.99 for parking,i was stupid enough to pay it on 05/23/2023 , after that i keep getting the same invoice but charging me more and more, the last notice i received they wanted $96.30, I placed a dispute on their website telling them i had already paid this, but they just ignore it and keep sending me notices...i am not paying anymore...Business Response

This is a professional and sophisticated scam operation. Parked in the lot and was approached by employee in a white polo and explained that the system is down and the lot is temporarily available for free. Obviously, I did not pay. Of course, I now received a $90 citation from "Professional Parking Management". I followed the instructions to dispute and of course they never followed back on my dispute and keep sending the same bill. And yes, of course, the only phone number is a automated roboline. Seeing the volume of complaints here; easily warrants consideration for a class action. I will get with my attorney and look into it.Business Response

On the dates of: May 14, 16 and 18, 2023, I visited Bahia Beach in ****** Florida. I used a parking for handicap and/ or disabled persons and my tag was visible. I also purchased food and beverages at the local restaurant by the beach as a take out. Several weeks later l received parking violation notices stating I parked illegally. I sent them three letters and the first one was certified. I explained I was unaware I did anything wrong and if they could waive and/or reduce my summonses which were quite high at $95.00 per summons, and they gave me 3. My Letters went unanswered, and they continued to send me the same summons with no regard and/or acknowledgement of previous letters sent. I live on a fixed income and I am retired and this is not fair, and they never even responded to my letters. One summons was for $95.00 with a reduction of $45. When I complained about the summons they raised it back to $95.00 The summons stated you could dispute online and this is false. I wrote three letters and they never responded, nor did they acknowledge my complaint.Please help.Business Response

When the website is up, it does not recognize the ticket ID number and it does not allow you to respond.
