      on 8-31-24 I purchased Semiglutide from *********************** in ***********, **. They ordered the product from Hallandale Pharmacy, Ft. **********, **. I DO NOT believe I received Semiglutide or if I did, it had very little in it. I had great success using Semiglutide in the past, but had to go off for a bit due to health issued. I have used this product for 4 weeks, continually increasing the dose from .5 ending at .25. I emailed the pharmacy, tried calling and was disconnected two times to let them know I felt their product was compromised. They contacted the company that placed the order with them and asked them to contact me. I spoke with the manager each week and she had me increase the dose each week. I ended up requesting a refund for the questionable product and she stated their policy was not refunds or returns on prescribed medication or pre purchased packages. I told her I did not feel the product I received was the correct compound as none of the doses worked at all.Hallandale pharmacy is not willing to do anything to correct this issue. I received a canned statement they sent to the company I purchased it from and it did not tell me anything. I do not want to get another "canned" response from them. I feel they should refund the money they received back to *********************** and *********************** should refund me the total amount of $1999

      The responses previously provided was by the ****************** in collaboration with our pharmacists and  it addressed the concerns a very comprehensive manner:

      1- we spoke to your ************* namely ***** ******) about your therapy and discovered that there are many therapeutic gaps in your treatment that needs to be addressed before having a proper evaluation. Not taking the medication as instructed is an example one of them. One can not expect the proper outcome if not following prescriber directions.

      2- we provided analytical data regarding the product lot# you received. You may not have seen the attached, please refer back to the attachment provided.

      3- We recommend you continue your treatment for an additional 30 days and having our clinical staff and your prescriber re- evaluate- staying on course is critical and not following the proper instructions will yield negative outcomes

      4- While we understand you paid a lot of money, you paid your practioner. So any financial discussion have to be made with your provider as we dont have the authority to adjust what you paid.

       

      We urge you to get back in schedule and have a minimum of 4 doses at a higher dose ( to be increase slowly as directed by your prescriber  NOT at one time as it is dangerous if you do). Lets work together and re evaluate.

      ***** is the person I spoke to each week that adjusted my dose as it was not working.  For your records, I did follow her instructions.  I do believe your products are good as there are many people that have stated that they have not had any issues, but somehow, this vial seems to not have the potency that I have received in the past.  I don't know if something happened after it left your facility or what may have impacted the product.

      I took part in my weight loss journey with medication filled by the Hallandale Pharmacy. I started in November of 2023 on what was supposed to be semiglutide. I did this for 7 months with only lost of 2 pounds, which was devastating for the money I was spending on this medication. Everyone else was losing weight that was taking semiglutide. I then switched to trezepitide in April ************************************** Sept. I have only lost a total of 13 pounds in a year. After reading reviews from other customers. I believe my compound was not true to the medication. Not only that but what have I been injecting myself with? I have an order number from June, I hope that helps. I have been buying from them since November 2024 and kept hoping it would work. I think they are fraudulent.

      I received Semiglutide from this Pharmacy and it did absolutely ********** side effects, no weight loss, actually gained 3 pounds in a month. No change in my Appetite at all. It is sad that this Pharmacy has received sooooo many complaints (about the same medicine) and nothing has been done to stop it. If they were an honest Pharmacy, they would give me the money back, that I spent on this worthless bottle of water. There are so many good people that dont have the funds to be spending on fake medication. They should be ashamed of themselves. ??

      I have been on compound tirzepatide infused with b12 ever since January 2024. I never had a single side effect except for occasional nausea which as rare. I switched providers from am outpatient clinic to emerge due to costs. I received my first order of hallendale tirzepatide last week and took first dose this past Tuesday. I never felt so.horroble and sick. I have had horrible side effects including horrible headache..upset stomach..weakness and bad sulfrer burps. Never ever had these effects until my first doe from **********. Not sure what is in their medication. I.will not finish my last three shots..I felt extremely weak and almost fainted the other day. Please people beware of this pharmacy!

      I am rejecting this response because: iI had been on Tirzepatie for 9 months before starting Hallendale and not once ever had any symptoms. I was taking 6.25 MG and moved up only half a dose to 7.5 either **********. The effects I had from.Hallendale was way out of the ordinary for m after been on this medication for9 months. The sie effects were horre dous. This mediates definitely off or.spmething in it was not right.

      Ive been taking semaglutide through IVIM Health and I am almost certain that this medicine is illegitimate. How do I know this you may ask? Ive actually taken real semaglutide through a different provider/pharmacy and have lost ****************************************************** the vial. Also, this has impacted my menstrual cycle, Ive had 2 cycles in the same month that Ive been taking this medicine. This did nothing for me. I hope this pharmacy loses its license. I wish this could be tested for its legitimacy.

      Ive gotten compounded weight loss medication from this pharmacy 3 separate times. Was told it wasnt working because I need to go up a dose only to cost me more money. When using other weight loss medication I was losing quickly, in 3 months I havent loss an ounce using their medication. A dosing that made me sick with other pharmacies, I feel nothing with the compound from Hallandale. Not one side effect. Pretty sure this is salt water and no medication!

      I am rejecting this response because: my prescription was filled through your pharmacy. You can see on the invoice I attached it says Hallandale. And my bottle shave your name on them. Your pharmacy is a scam and stealing peoples money by not using medication in tue bottles. Ive seen all the other complaints on here and they all the say the same thing. There will be a lawsuit with your pharmacy and lots of money paid out to reimburse all the people that got fake medicine from you!

      Regarding a refund request:  Please note that Np2go, your provider, handles billing and offers the weight loss plan. Hallandale Pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy selected by your provider, and our role is to provide the medication. We don't  bill you nor collect payments, so any financial relief queries should be directed to your provider. We will be happy to work with you provider to find a solution.

      Regarding your concerns about our pharmacy, we adhere to strict standards. However, to make a proper determination, we need to know the facts about what you received from another pharmacy, including concentrations, dosing, and vial size. We've contacted your prescriber to assist you further. 

      In the meantime, we can offer a certificate of analysis for the product you received (see attachment ), which we test against commercial standards to ensure quality. If you'd like, we can schedule an in person consultation with our pharmacists and extend the opportunity to visit our state of the art facility.

      Weve previously explained the medication's nature,  and even provided medical literature supporting the facts, but let's reiterate: these are pharmaceutical solutions, not miracle weight loss solutions. The medication has peak response times and plateaus, which are normal. Collective results over time will indicate its true effects, not the evaluation of the presence of side effects. Results vary from person to person.



      Dosing Issues:Its important to understand that dosing errors are common in the industry. Your provider should have set clear expectations regarding results. To better assess the issue, all variables need to be considered. As mentioned before, we need the previous product you use to properly evaluate your experience.


      How the medication actually works vs patient perception:
      Side effects don't indicate the medication is working. Delayed gastric time is the mechanism by which weight loss occurs, often confused with not working if side effects aren't present. GLP-1's ARE NOT appetite suppressants; they diminish appetite due to delayed gastric emptying, making food sit longer in your stomach, reducing hunger. These mechanisms need to be understood and the expectations surrounding it.

      I am rejecting this response because: they reached out to me because the pharmacy told them I complained. Ive been in this medication months before I ordered from your pharmacy. I was losing weight no problem.  Nothing has changed the last 3 months except getting medication from your pharmacy. There will be a lawsuit. See you soon in court. I hope everyone reads these complaints before using your pharmacy that gives people water and not medication.

      I have been ordering this medicine Tirzepatide from ****** for 6 months the medication comes from Hallandale Pharmacy, I have to say this must be water I have not lost any weight at all. Paying all this money to inject who knows what. I actually opened one of the bottles and actually tasted the medicine and I can tell you that it did not taste like anything at all. It has to be water ! I am so frustrated because I have searched and searched to make sure I am not getting ripped off but here I am. This is wrong at every level. Those of us who are willing to pay for the medication out of pocket because your insurance does not cover it should not be getting ripped off by these companies! Im hoping this site looks into it and does something about it. People do not get ripped off with all these companies advertising on social media they are FAKE!
