I purchased 2 vials 2ml injectable 2.5 mg/ml RX#******** on 2/13/25. I started with 5 units 1xweek, went up to 10 the next, then 10 2x week and now 15 units 2x a week with no results or changes whatsoever. My sister in law is experiencing the same thing. There is either nothing in the vials but saline or the sema is so watered down as to be completely ineffective.I'm not new to ***********. Last year I went to a different local wellness center and starting at 5 units a week, I had instant effects. The only reason I went somewhere else was because it would be easier to inject myself at my home. I am researching getting my vials tested for accuracy.Business Response

I wanted to inform you that one of our pharmacists has reached out to address your concerns. He looked over your order. and it seems you're still around the early initiation phase of the recommended standard dosing.
The dose you've been on is merely to ensure your body tolerates the medication and primed to start further titration. Even if you've had results with it in the past, it's probable that your body dynamics has develop a level of tolerance to that small of a dose.
Some people are able to gain results with micro dosing, but these approaches are new, and many patients end up having to titrate up to get measurable results.
We send each and every batch we compound to 2 different independent ***************** facilities for testing. They perform extensive testing including potency, sterility and stability and many more. We only release the batch for distribution once it has been cleared by the testing institutions.
I am happy to share the certificate of Analysis of the batch your vial came out of for your to share with your provider and review. Would you like me to request and provide them to you?

I ordered compounded *********** through Get Thin Md on 4/8/25. It has been pending shipment with Hallandale Pharmacy since. I have emailed Hallandale and received no response. I cant get support on the phone. I call and it puts me on hold and then states they have higher-than-normal calls and hangs up. I am not happy with Hallendale pharmacy for their lack of communication that left me without my medicine for 2 weeks. I had to eventually go to another pharmacy. I will never trust to do business with them again. They could have easily sent me an email or phone call to let me know they were not shipping to my state any longer. I switched to join ***** from another online *********** service. I experienced severe nausea and stomach pain while using Hallandale pharmacy compounded ***********. When I was with my previous company o experienced no side effects. I lost no weight while on the Hallandale ***********, but lost 40 pounds while using another company. I spent $847 Nov 22 2024 on weight loss medication from **** who uses Hallandale Pharmacy to fill prescriptions. I started taking the medication and immediately started having side effects with no weight loss. I had previously used this same medication from another pharmacy without the complications and was able to lose weight. I visited my *** who stated she believed the medication was the issue and stated I should reach out to the pharmacy. I reached out several times and was told its nothing they could do. Hallandale Pharmacy Team,I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the 90-day supply of compounded tirzepatide I received from your pharmacy in March 2025. Despite adhering to the prescribed regimen and increasing the dosage, I have experienced no therapeutic effects, raising serious questions about the medication's potency and authenticity. Previous vials received from other pharmacies did affect me (even in very small dosages). But the medication from Hallendale had absolutely ZERO impact.Further compounding my concerns, I have developed red, itchy welts at the injection sitesan adverse reaction I did NOT encounter with previous tirzepatide treatments from other sources.Upon researching, I discovered:1. Hallandale Pharmacy has faced disciplinary actions from pharmacy boards in multiple states, including **********, ********, ********, ******, ******, *********, *****, ********, ********, ****, and others. These actions were based on findings such as operating without proper licensure, failing to report disciplinary actions, and non-compliance with compounding guidelines. ************************************************************************* 2. There have been multiple complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau alleging that Hallandale Pharmacy has distributed products purported to be compounded tirzepatide that, upon testing, were found to be saline. I am rejecting this response because: You promised to contact me with 48 hours and failed to do so. Telling me to now reach out to you (and mark this case as resolved on BBB site) is not acceptable.I can see that Hallandale has frauded dozens of customers out of thousands of dollars by sending bogus medicine to them--and getting away with it by claiming variability that the drug affects everyone differently.
I will mark this compliant acceptable when Hallandale:
- Publish what steps are you taking to prove you are sending the correctly compounded tirzepatide medicine?
- Hallandale arranges for my remaining two vials to be tested to know the exact contents and confirm the medicine is/is not correctly compounded (by an external lab)
- Work through Friday's Health to have me reimbursed for the medication

are all factors that must be evaluated.Furthermore, given that you were using the medication previously from another pharmacy, there are other elements to consider:
Is the concentration parallel to the concentration of Hallandalel Vial? Were you properly prescribed/dose when you recieved the Hallandale Product.? Furthermore, GLp-1'a are often measured based on the side effects of the drug , rather than the true essence of the way the medication works. In fact, as long as the treatment protocol is followed, proper titration of dosing is prescribed, then the side effects are often decreased or even completely not present. The duration of the treatment is what will yield the best results as evaluating ht product week by week is not the clinical approach to treatment. We highly recommend, which our team will be happy to collaborate on, to speak to your prescriber to review all the elements that are leading to the basis of your complaint. We want your success.

I purchased a 3 month weight loss plan on 02/21/2025 for 897 dollars with a ***** monthly fee with the first month waived on the monthly fee for compounded tirzaptide. I received my medication from Hallendale compounding pharmacy and the product does not work it is like water. I saw where the *** has sent them warning letters over this product in the past. They have multiple complaints regarding subpar products and the *** at one point said they could not make tirzaptide. I contacted **** and explained that this product did not work and they stated they could not do anything I had to continue. I do not feel comfortable taking a product from a compounding pharmacy that has been been warned by the *** and ordered to stop making this particular product. I ordered a compounded weight loss medicine from GoodLife Meds. They requested for the medicine to be filled and sent out by Hallandale Pharmacy. I have been taking the very same product, same dosage for months proceeding this order. The medicine i received from Hallandale was either very diluted or something else entirely. I had NO side effects (appetite suppression, etc.) I am very used to taking the medicine. So, I know this batch was wrong!! Scam!! I purchased compounded tirzepatide from Hallandale Pharmacy through a provider. The provider is working hard at trying to get the prescription to work for me. It is not working. I reached out to Hallandale by email add l and gave them the prescription and lot numbers. I got no response! I had the same prescription from another compounding pharmacy, and it worked perfectly. I ordered medication through Cosmetic Medicine of Coral Gables who use Hallandale Pharmacy to fulfill their prescriptions. There is supposed to be enough medication for four weeks but there was not enough for even three weeks. I have been using this service for a year now and not had an issue with the medication until now. I reached out to Cosmetic Medicine of Coral Gables and they replied that since I did not catch it within 48 hours there was nothing they would do about it. How am I supposed to know within 48 hours if the vial does not have a full supply of medication? I only want to be supplied with enough medication to cover the missing dosage. Our clinical pharmacist have been trying to reach you to discuss your allergic reaction. This is not atypical, in fact the package insert for the commercial product mentions this common reaction. We would gladly provide you with medical literature and drug information that speaks more about it. Most reactions are transient, may happen once then clear up on its own. It can be treated and managed with an anti histamine ( ex:******** the reaction is localized to the injection ara. We wouldn't recommend to give up treatment as it can easily be managed under your prescribers supervision.
Additionally, we did inform your provider in an effort to help you further.

Our clinical pharmacist have been trying to reach you to discuss your allergic reaction. This is not atypical, in fact the package insert for the commercial product mentions this common reaction. We would gladly provide you with medical literature and drug information that speaks more about it. Most reactions are transient, may happen once then clear up on its own. It can be treated and managed with an anti histamine ( ex:******** the reaction is localized to the injection ara. We wouldn't recommend to give up treatment as it can easily be managed under your prescribers supervision.
Additionally, we did inform your provider in an effort to help you further.

I do not feel that I should attempt to try this medication again since I did end up with an epi pen. Thank you for getting me more literature on the medication. I appreciate that.
