On 02/03/25 I placed an order from my provider Lavender Sky ****** for Hallandale Pharmacy. They informed me Hallandale would send me an email or text when my order ships. 02/10/25 I reached out to my provider to find out when my order will arrive as I havent heard anything from Hallandale. They replied and told me it had shipped and been delivered. I was confused because I didnt receive anything. We looked at the photo of delivery and couldnt find out where the shipper had left the package as it wasnt my address. The provider has taken this issue up with Hallandale and nothing has been resolved its been two weeks with no resolve. In the meanwhile I had to pay extra money to order from a different provider so that I can have my medication and they delivered with no issues. Why would someone just leave something so sensitive outside of a building anywhere. I would not do business with them again.Business Response

I appreciate your efforts but delivering compounded injectables in unregulated temperatures can cause too many issues. I currently had a refill of tirzepatixe from IVIM . The pharmacy selected was Hallandale pharmacy. After three doses of this medication. The effects that it should be having on me are nonexistent. The medication I had before ga e me the full feeling, a smaller appetite and was showing signs of weight loss. After three weeks in this medication, I have actually gained three pounds. Nothing has changed on my end as far as lifestyle. I am extremely disappointed as I am paying my money out of pocket and this version of the gl-p1 is doing nothing for me. Its too expensive to not get something that works. After reading other reviews, its pretty evident that this medication is either saline only, watered down. Im not happy to have spent $800 to have nothing work. THAT IS NOT chump change. If appreciate some help in this since reviews to this pharmacy are consistent across a lot of reviews.Business Response

They are not appetite suppressants, and actually work in response to food in the stomach delaying gastric emptying. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Hallandale Pharmacy and Zappy Health regarding a potentially fraudulent experience with my recent Tirzepatide prescription. I ordered a three-month supply of the highest dose of Tirzepatide through ************, a telemedicine company that uses Hallandale Pharmacy to fulfill prescriptions. I had previously used Tirzepatide successfully through a different pharmacy, so I was familiar with its effects.However, after taking the first two doses dispensed by Hallandale Pharmacy, I experienced absolutely no effects no side effects, no appetite suppression, and no therapeutic response whatsoever. It was as if I hadn't taken anything at all. This was extremely concerning, especially considering the medication's high cost (over $1,000 per order).Driven by suspicion, I had one of the vials tested by an independent laboratory. The results were shocking: the vial contained no Tirzepatide whatsoever. It only contained the inactive ingredients typically used mix. This confirms my fears - I received a completely ineffective and potentially fake medication.I immediately contacted Zappy Health to address this issue. They, in turn, instructed me to contact Hallandale Pharmacy directly. Neither company is taking responsibility. Zappy Health, while facilitating the transaction and using Hallandale Pharmacy, claims no liability. Hallandale Pharmacy, who dispensed the ineffective medication, is also refusing to acknowledge the problem. My concerns are amplified by numerous similar complaints found in Hallandale Pharmacy's ****** reviews. Other patients report experiencing identical issues with ineffective medications. This pattern strongly suggests a widespread scam, potentially endangering countless patients.This situation is unacceptable and a gross violation of healthcare ethics. I ordered a prescription from Hallandale Pharmacy. They left the medicine out of the package and said that since I did not contact them within 24 hours, they will not do anything about it. I purchased. It's a good faith from a company called prime 5 here in ******** **************. They charged me $1,800 for 3 months. I did not know that was going to be the price. Nevertheless, they've got me doing a hundred units and it doesn't even work. It's been diluted or something is not right. This needs to go on 60 minutes as an expose about these rip-off companies taking your money just because we want to be thin. The first time I got it it was $1,200 and I don't even know why I bought it again only because the last bottle. This time they were marked one two three or the first time they were marked 123. Sorry and the third bottle was good so I think they planned that too. So that you order another batch and this time they charged me $1,800 without telling me they were adding $600 on and no good ones. Most patients think side effects are the indication of the medication working. In fact, side effects are just a way of telling the body that the dose may be required to be adjusted, your diet needs to be adjusted, or that you are highly sensitive to the medication. GLP-1 medication such as Tirzepatide actually required the patient to eat in order for it to work. They are not appetite suppressants. Contrary to most belief medication does not work by directly suppression your appetite but rather medications work win delaying gastric emptying, which means food would sit longer in your stomach, metabolizing it slower and making you feel full longer.
We advise that you speak to your provider about your complaint as your assumptions about markings seem to be inaccurate. It would be more productive to explore the variables that can lead to ineffectiveness. A simple tweak at times could resolve the issue at hand. I bought *********** last year from Hallandale pharmacy, my experience in the first month was little to no hunger suppression, and I felt uncomfortable so I stopped, When I started the medicine last year I spoke to their pharmacist, he was a very nice person, and explained the medicine and how to administer it. I did not suspect that the efficacy of this compounded drug would be a scam or a water down product. When I decided to try it again, I called the pharmacy to discuss my current issue that I feel hunger pains, and sizzling in my stomach, very strange, bloating, my stomach is very hard. I stopped using it, due to feeling very uncomfortable, and I am eating normally, the medicine has not work from this pharmacy. Another warning sign is the lady who answers the phone is rude in her tone of voice, not professional, loud, speaks over you, not an educated response but rather a condiscending demeanor. Very bad experience overall, and if I could get a refund I would but the packing slip reads there are no refunds. I hope the owner finds a better employee, the woman answering the phone is obnoxious and very unpleasant to deal with. I left a message with all my information for the pharmacist to contact me and that was 5 days ago, when I called again today it was the same female, I recognized her voice, I said to her I spoke to you this week did the pharmacist get my message to contact me, she said okay if you know me what is my name, then she asked me to repeat my issue, I said did you take it down from our last conversation, so I do not have to repeat, she asked again, I said is the pharmacist available so I do not have to go over everything again, she did not answer me, instead she raised her voice, and said what is your name, I began to spell it, and she raised her voice another octave asking me for my name, I said your behavior is unprofessional, she hung up on **** am requesting a full refund, this medicine does not work!Buyer beware!!!Business Response

I ordered 7.5 mg of tirzepatide and received 5mg. This is totally unacceptable I have been on 7.5 for over 3 months. After reading all the complaints I wonder if it even makes a difference. I have lost 35 pounds on monjero and because of insurance no longer coverage I'm forced to use Ivim. So iam very acustom to how the medication should make me feel. I had the vial you sent me tested, and the results confirmed that it was nothing more than saline solution. On 9/18/2024 I met with PA ***** at ************************ and discussed at length options for weight loss. ***** prescribed Tirzepitide and provided me dosage 25cc for 4 weeks, 50 cc for next 4 weeks and then 75cc..I followed up with my next appt. and was concerned that the weight loss was minimal and they suggested it was due to low dosage start. I then purchased 2 more ***** to begin 100cc , but was cautioned it may be too much. I have been on 100cc for 6 weeks and there has been very little results- I still have hunger, sugar cravings, however am eating less at meals and feeling full quicker. I have also increased activity, went sugar free, and keto type diet. I have lost only 20lbs since Sept. 2024. I believe the tirzeptitide from Hallandale Pharmacy is watered down and does not contain the strength it states it does.Customer Answer

Based on your history, Hallandale's product has proven itself effective. We see you have been on our product since 5/2023, congratulation on your results thus far.From an analytical perspective the certificate of analysis that compliments each of the medications that were dispensed to you remains parallel with the last supply that you have been provided with ( see attached COA of 99.5%). Our robust quality program is comprised of a team of pharmaceutical experts, Pharmacist, as well as a retired *** manufacturing inspector who serves as our Quality auditor. Lastly, our products are tested against the commercial product as reference standard a testament to our quality standards.
The answer to your lack of response lies in, understanding your treatment path thus far. This includes not limited to: your dosing technique, your injection technique, your dosing protocol, your diet, and if you have any medical conditions. Just to give an example, most patients think side effects are the indication of the medication working. In fact, side effects are just a way of telling the body that the dose may be required to be adjusted, your diet needs to be adjusted, or that you are highly sensitive to the medication. GLP-1 medication such as Tirzepatide actually required the patient to eat in order for it to work. They are not appetite suppressants.
