As directed by provider I followes reduced calorie, high protein, low carbohydrate, low sugar diet and exercise for 1 hour at high intensity five times a week. Within 3 weeks lost a total of 18 lb. Had zero "food noise", appetite suppression, no negative side effects. I then switch to IVIM telehealth ** and purchased what is referred to as their does **mpletion pack. This was much higher dosage than my previous rx and shld have resulted in far superior results as I followed the same diet and exercise plan. This medication I **uld tell that there was a difference in the quality of this, versus what I have purchased from the alternate pharmacy. I experienced no food noise suppression, no appetite suppression, and in over 4 weeks have gained 1.4 lb. My doctor did blood work and you're in work and said that my insulin it's not even being **ntrolled by the medication so I know for a fact that it is either fake tears appetite, extremely low dose and not as advertised, or inferior potency.I have reached out through **** and requested Pharmacy accreditation information, PCA be accreditation proof, proof of inspection of every batch of medication at each phase of **mpounding to ensure effective raw ingredients, how often the meds are analyzed by a third party to ensure they accuracy matches that of the label strength before dispensing, Friday of other questions to verify potency and sterilization. I have requested a full refund of the medication if all of items are not provided or a **mplete new 3-month batch that follows those guideline. Have not received any return **rrespondence.

    I have been on ******** for over a year and lost over 40 pounds. I decided to try compounded from Hallandale and received (2) 5ml vials of tirzepatide on 5/28/24. I immediately injected my prescribed . 75 ml and felt absolutely nothing. This is not tirzepatide. I previously had 2 vials from them and thought maybe it was damaged in transit or something, so I contacted them and was gaslit by a pharmacist that said that maybe I have just stopped responding to the meds all together. I decided not to use the rest of that medication and had a 2.5 mg pen of Mounjaro that had been in my fridge for a very long time that I decided to inject and immediately felt the effects of the medication that I'm used to. I decided to try Hallandale again chalking it up to a "bad batch", and lo and behold it's the exact same thing, it's garbage and there is nothing in this vial that is remotely the same as ******** or tirzepatide. My husband also received two vials for the starting dose and has done two shots of the . 25 ml and has had ZERO effects. I know that there is a loading dose and that not everyone will feel the effects in the lower doses, but just the fact that he is ingesting a new medication there should be some indication of efficacy. The *** needs to check this pharmacy out and prescribers need to hold them accountable and stop making excuses for them. I am so convinced that this is not tirzepatide that I am willing to pay out of pocket to have it tested. They should not be able to continue to sell inferior medications.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As stated, I have been on this medication for over a year and I am well aware of the variables that *** affect treatment response.  By the way, it is Tirzepatide, not whatever you were referring to. I have used both compound Tirzepatide and name brand from the manufacturer and regardless of whatever testing and standards you claim to do, your product is 100% ineffective and I don't believe it is anything close to the manufacturer's specifications.  I have requested copies of your quality assurance testing and was denied.  If you're following the ***** guidelines for manufacturing this compound medication then you should have no issues providing any documentation that I'm requesting.  I have offered to return the unused, unopened vials for a refund and was denied that option as well. I have also reported it to the manufacturer and my next step is to have an independent lab test the untouched vials and the vials that we used by both my husband and I.  I will take appropriate action from there.

    I purchased tirzepatide from *******. I previously was using another medication and would immediately feel difference, it would surpress my appetite and I lost weight on it. I received medication 2.5 from hallendale pharmacy and actually gained weight. They then upped it to 7.5 due to my complaint. Still nothing. I've gained 8 lbs on it. HALLENDALE PHARMACY must be diluting or using some fake placebo since there is not way this is real compound and I basically paid $650 for water! This 'pharmacy' is a scam! Also second higher dosage didnt include any instructions or anything.

    I am rejecting this response because: doing additional research there have been several complaints regarding the same thing. I've taken other medication brands and have had positive results every time. This is the ONLY that along with diet and exercise and having my physician and family member that is a nurse help me with the injection location has resulted in me Gaining weight. I DONT BELIEVE IN ANYTHING SAID IN YOUR RESPONSE and eill also be having this sent to a lab and complaint with FDC.

    I ordered a rx through a company called lavender sky. I paid them $450.00 for the prescription their doctor then places the order with Hallandale Pharmacy in Ft lauderdale from then they shipped to me 5/29 overnight through ***** and it never arrived to me. It was a missing shipment from Hallandale pharmacy the tracking information shows it was delivered to me on 5/30 and the tracking information has a photo that is clearly not my mail area. This is where the problem starts . Tracking info shows package delivered but not to my mail area according to photo. After 1 week someone nice brought me my package saying it had been delivered to their address and it had been sitting out in the heat for a week in their mail area. The Rx required refrigeration so it is not usable at this time. However now that it has appeared and is unusable they told me in order to be reimbursed for their mistake I would have to contact ******* to initiate a claim on their end. The pharmacy refuses to do this for me so I am out the ** and the money I paid for it which is $450.00. They keep stating the address was incomplete so they won't assist me in filing a claim with ***** who is at fault here. As of today the pharmacy refuses to assist me with filing a claim with ***** so that I can be reimbursed for the shipment. They are saying the address was incomplete. However the address was correct just missing my unit number. ***** only delivers to my mail area anyway so there shouldn't have been a problem with the unit number missing. I need help. Even though my unit number was not on the package it still should not of had any problem arriving to me. Please advise, The party I paid the money to Lavender sky says the problem is between me and the pharmacy and *****. I really need help. Im not asking for anything from the pharmacy but their cooperation in filing a claim with ***** so that I can possible hold ***** responsible for my misdelivered prescription.

    I have used another company for tirzepatide injections. They worked for me. I switched to this company due to my friend recommending it as she used them through her business. From day 1, after I ordered, I have had issues. I will attach the emails below. When I started the medication, it did not suppress my appetite as indicated. The other companies medication did suppress. I continued for the next 3 weeks and actually have gained weight. I feel like I am injecting a very diluted medication. I am a nurse and understand all people are different in the way they react to medication. I do, however, have prior comparisons and know this product is not the full strength. I asked for a refund due to the disarray in regards to the way the product was measured as well as not being completely informed of the ingredients. I was told no. I would appreciate any assistance you may be able to provide.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been on this medication prior from other pharmacies and achieved results. There have been zero results with your product. Thank you for attempting to provide education, but as a long time nurse, I understand how everyone sees different results. My question is, what is different from your medication than all others that are claimed to be the same? As per the attachment I sent prior, the "doctor" could not provide that information and referred me to the ppharmacy. I asked for a refund from them and it was denied. I am continuing to ask for some sort of remedy.

    I received my 3 month supply of tirzepatide and have been for four weeks on the same dose, 2.5mg as I was on the brand name. My provider actually suggested for me to go down from 5mg to 2.5mg due to the fact that I was losing too much weight too quickly on 5mg. I have not had any of the effects I had on the brand name: appetite suppression, feeling of fullness, reduced food noise. To the contrary I have gained weight on the compound. I have read the reviews about possible dilution on the medication and I believe mine certainly is.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have never been in Mounjaro so I am confused by this statement on your response. 
    Mounjaro is a dual-action drug that mimics the hormones glucose-dependant  insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), while other drugs, like Tirzepatide, are single-action drugs that mimic only GLP-1. In your case this dual action made ******** more effective for blood sugar control and weight loss than Tirzepatide.

    I have only been on Zepbound (with success) and recently switched to the compound form as stated in original complaint

    I had purchased semiglutide from a different online compounding pharmacy with expected effects and results. I had purchased from that pharmacy again on April 21st, but this time they had outsourced to Hallandale Pharmacy. The concentration had changed from 5mg/mL to 2.5mg/mL and I had accounted for this when administering the medication to myself. I've given myself 3 doses since receiving the product and and it's like I'm not taking semiglutide at all. My appetite is back full force and I've gained 3lbs. I've only been on semiglutide for about 2 and a half months so I know I haven't reached a plateau, I just don't think Hallandale's product is as effective as it should be.

    I first recieved my medication 6 months ago after visiting LA weight loss in ***********, *********. I was given RXs over the 6 month period gradually working my way up from 5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, and back to 7.5mg because the 10mg medication didnt work and so why pay more. I recently tried Monjaruo at another pharmacy and noticed a huge difference right after the 1st injection. Ive Lost 15lbs in 4 weeks compared to no weight loss after 6 months by using Hallandale Pharmcy. This pharmacy may be ok with selling other drug brands but what they are compounding and selling as Tirzepatide at a cost to me of $600.00/month is a scam and should be illegal. Im also filing a complaint on ****** website hoping something will be done to stop this from happening to the next person

    Before receiving compounded sematglutide from this pharmacy, I had been on this medicine for 3 months. After trying their product, I noticed I no longer had appetite suppression, I started gaining for the first time instead of losing weight, and I could tell that there was no slow digestion that happens when you're on this medication. Everything I ate went sending me right to the bathroom. When I was doing research to find a weight loss company I noticed that the potential new pharmacy uses this one. I recognized the name and looked in my fridge and saw it was the same one my new meds came from. I started looking up this pharmacy and saw nothing but bad reviews and awful complaints online of people also noticing the meds were legit. They were suddenly gaining weight, had no appetite suppression etc. After find SO MANY complaints online, I know that it's not just me and I am terrified that I have been injecting myself with who knows what. I will not be injecting the rest of this unknown liquid into my body. Beware of any company using this pharmacy for their GLP1s.
