Title one LLC works closely with real estate acquisition express and the amount of unprofessionalism is unreal. Title now employee T funds it necessary to yell and scream at clients real estate attorneys. Title one now will also delay closing and doing title searches. They wanted until 3 days before the original closing to even start. The owner M showed great bias where everyone involved could tell he prefers and gets a kick back from real estate acquisition express, where he's making statements that J from real estate acquisition express doesn't have to answer the phone, won't answer for goid reasons ans justifies it by trying to imply that they have no duty to the seller. Title one will help J from real estate acquisition express default on contracts (between J and other buyers)out so he can get the escrow, which title one gets a kick back from. M owner of title one barks to release escrow to J from real estate acquisition express without having any power to do so. Another employee from title one is dating or sleeping with J , owner of real estate acquisition express (all the post on socal media to prove it) . Between them yelling and screaming from title one to clients, them unethically delaying closing so one party is in default so j from real estate acquisition express gets escrow paid to him, and give title one a kick back ans take their employees on vacation to Columbia..the unprofessional service, bias ans unethical practices are beyond unbelievable. Save yourself the trouble and just run
