We have reviewed the Consumers communication via the Better Business Bureauplatform and the allegations contained therein.
We have also reviewed the communication history and ownership information that we have on file regarding the vacation ownership at issue. Consumer entered in to two (2) separate agreements to purchase two (2) separate vacation ownerships on or about April 21, 2007, and October 14, 2014. We are sorry to hear of Consumer's current circumstances. At this time, Consumer no longer has any financial obligation to the respective Developers. If Consumer would like to further discuss their desire to relinquish their vacation ownership, they must direct their communication directly to the Associations for which they have an ongoing obligation for maintenance fees and property taxes.
