    I had booked a flight and received an email to contact the agency to confirm the details and get the flight confirmation number . Once I called the company said the flight I booked could not be completed and then tried to get me to pay an additional 500 dollars to rebook another flight . They just lure the customer with deception flight prices and then once you call to confirm they bait and switch to make you shell out more money . They claim that they cannot refund me my money even when the flight I booked was not completed ! Theres not flight confirmation details or anything that they would be able to provide to me to know that it was actually purchased.

    I booked a flight on their site that claims low fares, for $180 to ************** on April 4th around 5-6pm. It said I could cancel within 24 hours. I received a call today telling me it is overbooked and I am currently 8th on the waiting list or I could pay more for a secured seat . . .about $300 more. If I can spend more and get a seat, then they must not be overbooked! I said I would cancel and she told me I couldn't (she being Scarlet). We went round and round and refused saying I could go another day, another time, etc. I told her that wasn't an option. This site is nothing but a scam. I asked her, if there weren't any seats available then why was I able to book it and she said oh there were when you booked the flight.

    I told them to cancel my booking and they started screaming at me about taking my money even though I locked my card. They keep calling and harassing me saying its booked and they have my money. I think its scam.

    Booked flight on line. No confirmation received. Went to chat and told to call #. When called *** said no cancelation available but could not take any bags and flight was stand by with no guarantee. Asked why not told this when booking *** said my problem not His.     I purchased airline tickets on ************************** thinking I was getting the discounbt they advertised which was ****** for 2 tickets to **** to spread my moms ashes. It took my payment but then I realized I never got an itineray so I checked my email and received 3 emails in regard to calling them back stating it wasn't confirmed even though I paid. When I called back, it was a travel agent who stated that I'd be taking a 50/50 chance at flying out when I wanted that I would have to show up 5 hours early and that I couldn't bring luggage. BUT if I paid extra I would have a confirmed flight. The extra was $1003.80. When the website says $****** is the sale price then I have to call to be told its more to actually get a flight that was false advertising. He said to email to confirm and to call. I emailed to confirm ****** then called several times to cancel because of the additional price and he said it was too late. We interacted via email never a phone call. I called several times and the lady that answered said he was on the other line kand would call me back in 15 miinutes but he never did. He reported that he called via email but he never did. I have my phone bill to prove it. Then when i asked what time it was where they were and she said 8:30pm when it was 8:00 pm my time. I purcahsed tickects through hot wire for confirmed seats and never took his flight but was still charged. I would like to be reinbursed by this crooked business and false advertising.     This company advertises cheap airline tickets, but cannot provide them. Instead they attempt to get you a "better upgrade" for additional money. I called them out on this and asked them for the tickets that were advertised and I haven't heard back from them. So far no money has been spent, but no tickets have been issued either. This company is a scam.

    I purchased my ticket on a website that was promoting cheapvuelos. Once I purchased the ticket, all of the rules and policies popped up. I was unable to cancel and realized it said my reservation was pending. I was confused because Ive never seen thaton a flight reservation before. I was contacted by an agent and told basically that I was on standby even though thats not what I purchased I was also told I could not bring a carry-on or a suitcase and would need to be there 3 to 4 hours earlier. None this was advised prior to purchasing the ticket. Once I was told I could change my purchase date or get a different type of ticket that wouldallow me to cancel or bring a piece of luggage, they advised it would cost me over $200 more which was far more than any ofthe tickets I saw online through the actual companies. They kept insisting that I should have seen the policies prior to making the purchase, but I have a screenshot of the policies that popped up right after I the purchase. They refused any kind of cancellation or refund. I feel this is a scam that Delta airline is a part of because they basically getfree money when someone cancels from reading all the reviews, happens quite a bit. These companies pray on people that dont have a lot of money. Thats why are looking for a deal. Millionaires dont have to go through this, only people who are just trying to make it. This is highly unethical way they are conducting their business. As you can see by my attached photos, all of the policies showed up once the purchase was made. Therefore, you do not get what they are leading you to believe you will get when you make the purchase.

    This website is a scam! We booked a flight and paid for two fares. We recieved confirmation with a flight itinerary that even listed layovers. Days had passed and we had not recieved the actual plane ticket. When calling to ask about the ticket they told us that only one ticket was confirmed and the other was in stand by meaning only one passenger had a guarenteed flight. When asked what would happen if they were unable to get the other seat confirmed, they told me that only one passenger could fly and that I would not get a refund for the second plane ticket that they were unable to provide. The best they could do is give me a discount on a full price plane ticket which they pitched could be around $900. They then proceeded to try to get me to pay them more money between ranges of $70 and $900 for different flights with the promise that I would get a flight and the issue could be resolved if I paid more. The gentleman on the phone was very argumentative, and would not slow down to let me speak whatsoever when I questioned him. I finally asked what product they were providing me for the costs they were demanding, they were unable to formulate an answer. I told them I would dispute the charges and they tried to threaten me and tell me I was being recorded (without being informed which I am pretty sure is illegal) and tell me they soft charged my card and that this would result in more fees if I disputed. I will also add that they asked for personal information (like my SSN). When I called my credit card company to cancel my cards there was no evidence of a cheapvuelos or transaction, indicating they were most likely phishing for personal information so not only did I have to cancel my bank cards, but I had to freeze my credit. After investigating their website further- we realized that you can literally enter false information (including false card info) and they will send you the same confirmation email which is similar to the one they sent me.

    I am rejecting this response because you have not offered any legitimate ways you plan on making ammends for such a poor experience. Charges were not processed because this was a scam to obtain my card information. I had to cancel all cards, freeze my credit, and invest in fraud protection. On top of all the losses that were invested in my trip that I missed out on because of your inability to provide the flight that I paid for. You strive to provide excellent customer service, however, you had the opportunity during the countless hours I spent on the phone and chose to argue, and scam me out of more money. You strive to provide excellent service, yet you do not even have the proper licensures to sell the product you are claiming to sell and I strongly believe this company deserves legal penalties for their actions, and the stress that they have caused many others like myself.
