    This is a scam! Do not use them! Sold me a ticket then told me that I couldnt bring a carry on bag or pay for a bag. Who travels with NO luggage?? Tried to cancel before the reservation was even confirmed and am now fighting for a refund. Rude, not helpful, total scam!!

    SCAM! Do not book from these liars. They will give you cheap original price, but in order to confirm the flight and get a seat, they tried to charge more than double the original price displayed. Then they argue it's still the best deal out there when I knew otherwise. These ****** scammers were awful and very argumentative.

    DO NOT!!!!! use CHEAP VUELOS for booking flights. This is 100% a scam, I will try my best to make sure no one goes through what I have today, the middle eastern people that answer the calls are so rude. Please do not use this website. Now I have to call my bank and dispute these charges because of the false advertising. Again DO NOT use this website please pay the extra price through any other flight service and save the time and hassle from this circus.

    I attempted to book a flight only to then be called and told no baggage was allowed on the flight, there were ridiculous upcharges to get different flights, no policies listed on site prior to booking regarding cancellations and intimidation tactics used when trying to get resolution. I shouldn't be charged for accommodations 5 minutes after booking and then learn of your policies. Your site needs to be more transparent and stop trying to scam people saying tickets are already printed all the while all the buyer sees is processing on the screen and no tickets have been issued, nor actual confirmations. DO BETTER!

    DO NOT BUY flight tickets from this website. It's a SCAM!! Got a call right after I purchased my ticket and was told about all the restrictions where I couldn't even purchase a check in bagged. They asked me to upgrade my flight which doubled the cost. I decided not to upgrade my flight and then was told again that the departure date and return date were no longer guaranteed, and that it might be a day earlier or a day late. Very disappointed! till now I can't get my money back for 3 tickets a total of $1127.11 they scam

    I was searching for flights on websites and saw Cheap Vuelos site with a banner indicating the cheapest fare. I booked it, gave my bank account info, and then the page disappeared. I called the number on site and while explained what happened to my booking, the *** said that ticket type is not confirmed. The time, airport and could change. Even the fare may go up and even the flight could get cancelled. He said that booking was not cancel able, but I could pay more to get another ticket. If you see a banner for a cheap fare on Cheap Vuelos site, it is skim and they try to trap you and sell you regular tickets in a very higher price.This site is a skim

    Wanted to leave a 'Zero'. Complete scam - everything that everyone else said is true for me as well. Complete switch & bait. I called 30 minutes after purchasing the tickets. They told me I could not check-in on-line and had to be at the airport FIVE hours ahead of my flight to check-in personally. As well, carry on nor checked baggage was included in the ticket. To be 'upgraded' to economy, it was over $1k a ticket. Going straight through the airline was $354. Even though the transaction had not gone through yet, they said they would not refund me. When I closed my credit card before they could charge me, they started harassing me. They called non-stop. When I told them they were not authorized to call me and I was on the Do Not Call List, they laughed and said they would not stop. Within 32 minutes, they called me 18 times. This was AFTER I told them to stop calling me. The emails keep coming as well. STAY AWAY

    This site is a SCAM !!!!!! I purchased tickets and they called 30 min later to go over the restrictions which I was ok with . After another 30 min they called back to tell me that my ticket is stand by one which I was not aware of and was not ok with . I told them I don’t want to move forward with the purchase but they said it’s too late, that it’s none refundable ticket and I will be charged full price ! Do not buy tickets from this site !

    No stars. I made my reservation but never received an email confirmation. They called a few minutes later to verify my information. I told them I wasn't going to agree to no baggage. Who takes a flight with no baggage? They said they were going to put in the request at the airline and get back to me. They never called me back, so I called them in the evening and put me through the ring about it's not available anymore, but if I just changed the flight they could still get me a better deal. By the time I was done, they wanted me to pay $800 over what I already paid. I told them to cancel my reservation, but they said they couldn't because it already went through, yet even a day later, by bank isn't even tagged for the original amount. Total scam, I feel sorry for anyone who books through them!!
