    We engaged Williams Family Moving in Dec., 2021 to box personal belongings & move furniture from one property to another in the same neighborhood They completed the boxing of the personal belongings on Dec.15th-17th. The move was scheduled to be done Dec. 28-30th, however my wife fell fracturing her ankle on the morn of Dec 24, requiring surgery on the 28th.. I called & re-scheduled the move to Jan 7, 8 & 10th. They began the move but didn't completely finish on the 10th (issue #1a). They left my property after 7pm, in the dark, & said they couldn't return until mid-February. They relented & agreed to come the next day w/no time commitment; with the uncertainty I hired someone else to finish the job (issue #1b). They did damage to several pieces of furntiure; artwork; walls; wallpaper & baseboards/moldings. Each of these damaged items/areas were pointed out to a representative of the company (his son) & pictures were taken to verify the damage (issue #2). The owner, Elijah W., told us, before we hired his firm, he would be present for our entire move & he was not (issue #3). When I wrote to the owner on Jan 16th, 2022 asking for a time to discuss resolution of the outstanding & damaged items, he remarked we would simply follow his contract. He never provided us a copy of the contract (even though we requested it previous to him starting the work) nor has he provided copies of paid bills (issues #4 &5). We exchanged several emails on Jan 16th; he then placed a phone call to my wife's cell phone using profanity, racist comments (called her a "cracker"), threatening her & making disparaging comments about me (issue #6). It is now Tues Jan 18th, & I haven't heard from him how to resolve the damages to my property,furniture & art (issue #7). Further, I believe there are missing personal items (issue # 8). Finally, I am now concerned for our safety & further damage to our property. Pls advise us how you can assist us in resolving this with this company/individual.

    Absolute garbage company. Went to move an 84 year old grandmother's glass curio from her apartment that her husband had bought for her. They COMPLETELY smashed it into a pieces. They then, REFUSED to compensate her for their mistake refused to move the rest of the stuff in her apartment (they had already loaded part of her items into their truck) unless she signed a waiver (they failed to get the waiver signed beforehand so they were trying to FORCE HER TO COVER THEIR BUTTS FOR BREAKING HER ITEMS). A call was put into their main office to complain. The workers told their supervisor that they never touched it or moved it even though my grandmother has TWO witnesses who watched them move it and shatter it. So their main office responded back "too bad" instead of making it right. No "sorry" or anything just "too bad" like it wasn't their problem or fault. Finally, everything they had move already, they took out of their truck and threw it back into her condo carelessly before they took off. Absolutely disgusted in them for treating anyone this way, especially an elderly woman! Terrible company and appalling management. Probably will be filing for "Elder Abuse" since that is EXACTLY what they did. Also, reach out to the BBB to file a claim since apparently they don't care about doing good business so the BBB should change their rate accordingly. Do not dare do business w/ this LYING, THIEVING and ELDER ABUSING company unless you want to go thru the same.

    Social media Bbb and all these different platforms are designed for to hurt the small business.To bad the business owners can't put out a list of customers that other business shouldn't provide services to . The person who wrote the review wasn't there . And the whole complaint is a fabrication. Just like most of them are . Good thing ***** is in control of my life and not people and ratings . My the Lord Bless you and keep , let his face shine upon you be gracious to you my he turn his face towards you and give you peace. Amen

    This is laughable. Their response here show's their lack of empathy, integrity and overall self accountability.

    No wonder they have an "F" rating.

    I truly hope that the "Lord" they speak of finds their lies and deception as appalling as any civilized person would and judges them accordingly.
