      On July 16, 2024 I purchased two tickets to ******* on the website for Bestticketfare. The cost was $669.78, there were non-stop tickets on United airflight, direct ******** to *******. The next day I was contacted and told "certain amenities" would not be included with this ticket, ie no personal or carry on items, we would not be allowed to sit together and a long list of other things but they would be glad to help me upgrade for an additional charge. I insisted for over an hour that they were doing a bait and switch and I wanted a refund. They refused to credit my card. They offered to book me another flight that was not direct from ******** or a direct flight out of ***** (an hour away). I continued to insisted that they refund my money to no avail. The new flight they offered out of ***** was on Spirit Airline and was more expensive than Spirit's price at that moment. I took the tickets because there seemed to be no way to get a refund from the agency.

      I never hit the summit, ********************* (***********************) call me saying it was a restriction fight. I could not bring luggage are a carry-on, and could not cancel. After like 10min I got her to cancel, but she charge me a fee $515.92. I told her I should not be charge a cancellation fee, she told me to call my credit card company and have them dispute it. Which they did 5 times and they still want refund me my money. What she did was, not cancel the frontier fight, she book another fight with UA, so it would look like it been Cancel. But she use the same booking # for frontier, in **. She filled the from out with no name and use this email address ******************* I remember that email cause she repeated that email on the phone with me on it, I told her thats not my email I just gave you. She said she know, she was filling something out. Yesterday when i call them back to let them know what she did, he going to say do I have proof. I said people heard her on the phone, cause I had her on speaker. Then he tried to say they never had anyone work there by that name, when he told my credit card people who assisted me. I been dealing with this problem since Feb 25. Also they refused to give me there headquarters phone #, also frontier. Frontier tells me to log in with ****** and my last name, but nothing comes up. I ask frontier if they can send me information with my real email. They say it would go to e-mail on file, which I dont have essence to. The referral # for cancellation with frontier suppose be #*******E01GWNB3P55. Thats the # she had me to right down, a long with the telephone # ********** which It dont assist. I wrote the information down in my strap notebook. Which I would send some stuff you have to disregard, cause write stuff all over the place. Then he wanted to offer me $75 couple for all 4 of my passengers, I told him no.

      Business is a complete and utter scam : you advertised "bestticketsfare.com" that is not a factual business. You do not vet your associates. F grade by BBB, total scam you are advertising.

      This company tried to scam me out of an additional $500 dollars. I had to call my bank, cancel my debit card and put a stop on the "purchase." They are an utter and comp!she scam company. BBB already has an F grade on them. I received their link in a seemingly genuine search for plane tickets that included price line and other reputable sources. BAN THEM. SCAMSCAMSCAM

      I booked a flight through Best Ticket Fare yesterday. I didnt receive a confirmation or flight information. I guess the cheap flight was too good to be true.       On 06/07/2024, I made a reservation at www.bestticketfare.com. After I completed the itinerary, personal information and credit card information, the reservation shows Bestticketfare was authorized to charged $1647.13 to get me ****** Airlines tickets from EWR to *** on 07/12/24 and PEK to EWR on 08/04/24. I was informed to wait for e-ticket number. (I have printed reservation.) After the website issued the reservation, ******************************* kept calling me and never let me know why he need talk to me. I pick up one time, ******************************* asked me to change airport location, airlines... he told me you can not get the ticket, "you are on a waiting list..." I mentioned I wont complete the reservation if you indicate just "a waiting list... " I asked ******************************* if we can cancel the reservation, he said "no, it's nonrefundable" I told ******************************* the way bestticketfare conducts business is NOT acceptable. I do not want to change anything in the reservation, moreover I only want to handle this issue via email. I even sent an email to emphasize it next day. Shortly after I spoke with ******************************* on 06/07/2024, $1435.80 charged on my credit card. On 06/10/24 another $1435.80 was charged on the card again. The total charge was $2871.60, that is way more than bestticketfare offered price $1647.13. However, I haven't received my reserved ticket #. It brought me a lot of headache since bestticketfare breach of the contract, as well as the ticket price is much more expensive the 10 days ago, I need bestticketfare to honor the reservation we both agreed on 06/07/2024 to provide ticket number ASAP.

      6/04/2024 I booked a flight thru bestticketfares.com for $249.98. I got an email stating this is your flight itinerary, but no ticket or confirmation number. I looked up the reviews, not good. I called my credit card ************** could not do anything yet because there was no charge. I got a call from Jasper Travel ************* at 3:39 informing me that the ticket I had booked was one that I could not check in to the flight on line, the passenger would have to go to the airport 4 to 5 hours early to check in. No carry on or checked baggage was allowed and no seat could be reserved. Then he informed me I had a few options. The first one was to pay $350 more for each flight. Since there was connecting flight that would be $700.00 on top of the $249.98. The second option was $299.00 for each flight plus the $249.98. The third option was $199.00 for each flight plus the $249.98. After arguing for a few minutes I hung-up the phone. He called back 4 more times trying to get me to cancel. I refused. I called my credit card company back and I had a charge for $455.65 from Alaska Airlines. They suggested I call ****** because I couldn't file a complaint until it was processed. When Jasper Travel called back I told them about the ************* said it was not from them. They still wanted me to confirm that I wanted to cancel my reservation, but I could not get any money back. I told them I wanted to see my ticket. They did not have it & they said it would be a Standby ticket. I got ahold of Alaska *************** did have a reservation. They gave me all the information. The email they had was not mine so they emailed the confirmation flight to me. That is what my credit card was charged for. I am thankful I got a flight. I will never go thru Bestticketfare again. They called me back last night on a restricted line at 6:26 pm & wanted me to cancel my reservation, I refused. They called back 5 more times, but I did not answer. They are terrible!

      A flight from ******* to ******** nonstop was for June 7 and returning on the 14th was made with Bestticketfares on June 4th for ******. A man from this company called me which I thought was strange about the flight I reserved with Delta. He said it was no refund are exchange for this flight. At the time I had no problem with the flight because it was a good flight. Nonstop flight. Then he tell me I am not allowed to take luggage on this flight which I thought was strange. I told him I never heard of this and I cant be gone for a week with no luggage. Then he said let me see if I can find you a better flight, which he did for an extra ****** both way. It took the price from ****** to ******. I told him he was scamming me and I am not doing business with him , so I end the call filed a dispute with my credit card I which they are investing as fraud.

      The company sold us a ticket for a plane with no guaranteed seat, no baggage, and other extreme conditions, did not tell us about these conditions before booking the flight, and when they called to explain the terms, I tried to cancel and they refused. The email they sent said my card wasnt charged and the flights werent booked, but they said they wouldnt refund me.

      May 8, 2024 I went online to book an airline ticket for my husband to attend his only cousin's out of state funeral. bestticketfare.com advertised a ticket on ****** airline for nearly half price. Of course they could not produce said ticket. When I called to question the issuing of the ticket I was told that I shouldn't expect a ticket, but standby due to the low price. No indication of that was ever disclosed. I stated this was unacceptable and issue a refund. He refused and went on to say that he could book a ticket but it would be more money. We repeatedly stated DO NOT BOOK A TICKET! We advise this man that we would book our own ticket. Instead he fraudulently used my credit card to book a very expensive ticket with multiple unnecessary upgrades for a totally incorrect day and sent the ticketing information to a person at totally unknown email address. We had no information that he booked a ticket against our advise until strange charges appeared on my credit card. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and called ****** Airlines. The kind woman we spoke with at ****** confirmed that my husband was not on the flight that bestticketfare.com booked against our direction and was able to confirm he was on the flight we booked for 5/12/2024. She kindly sent us a copy of the booking and that is when we learned it was booked for a departure of 5/10/2024, rather than 5/12 and sent to a totally foreign email. This kind woman initiated a fraud investigation with ****** Airlines fraud department regarding the activities of bestticketfare.com The only document your system allowed me to upload due to size shows the unknown email recipient of this unauthorized booking. I have again tried to call the number provided by bestticketfares.com, was told the person, ******, who handle the original booking request was busy and would return my call in 1/2 hour. No surprise, no return phone call!

      Purchased flight tickets through this agency for a certain price. Received a email from the agency claiming I will receive my etickets with the airline within ***** hours. I never received a email with tickets from the airline. Called the business, they said that the tickets I purchased did not include baggage so I would need to upgrade my tickets, also they said that my tickets I purchased for that price were no longer available so I would also need to pay more. They claimed they had called me twice to get me the tickets at that available price but I didnt pick up so they couldnt hold them for me. My call log shows no calls from them, so that was a lie. He told me no refunds or cancellations were allowed, so my options were to pay him more money or lose $437. This business is a classic bait and switch scam and should be no longer allowed to exist. Additionally, ****** and kayak should not advertise this company as a legitimate traveling agency. I now have to cancel my credit card and spend time out of my day rebooking new flights. If possible, I would like them to send me my airline tickets from American Airlines so that I can be done with dealing with them.
