Company advertised a cheap nonstop flight with Alaska Airlines when I called to confirm they said flight did not include luggage then asked if I wanted a different flight that included a layover. I told them no but they booked the layover flight (American Airlines) anyway. When I asked to cancel (within 24 hours of making reservation) they stated they don’t offer cancellations or refunds. That information is provided after you book the flights.

Bestticketfares.com is a scam site. I have tried to cancel this and have gotten the run around by this company. They will tell you they are transferring you to a supervisor and then they never pick up.

On 3/5/2024 I initiated a purchase for flight tickets and was offered a round trip flight for roughly $300 with a hidden $90 service fee. I then received an email with a confirmation that the business would begin looking for flights, instead of a confirmation with tickets. I was then contacted and told that my flight not only wouldnt have allowed baggage but that the flights I selected werent available any longer and was offered upgraded tickets for ~$600 for different days instead. They put a soft hold on my card, but they claimed that it was the airline that put a soft hold on my card. Their solution was to ultimately offer me a $300 credit that I could only use through their agency and was told that I would forfeit the $90 service fee. I have yet to receive any confirmation with any account credit confirmation (not that it would be a sufficient resolution). At best, this transaction was a classic bait and switch, as others here have claimed.

I booked flights online on February 22, 2024, at a quoted price of $999.11 each for 3 people. After booking, it stated the tickets would be issued by the airline and emailed to me within 48 hours. The next day they called and told me my flight did not come with luggage and I would need to add the service. I told them no need I was only taking a small backpack. They then said I would need to pay an additional $300 each for seats in order to sit together. I told them there was no need for us to sit together we would accept the seat issued by the airline. On another day, I was called again and told they could only get confirmation for *** and ********, and I would need to pay additional. I told them to issue *** and ********'s seat and I would wait for the airline to issue the ticket for me. The next day another person called and said that ***, ********, nor I had tickets, and they could find me a flight, but it would cost more. I told them I was already told the day before that the airline had issued *** and ********'s ticket and I am only waiting on mine to be issued. I was then told by that agent that the price was no longer available by the airline, and my confirmation would be cancelled, but if you go online to their website, they still have that price listed. I told him I will not cancel my reservation, because that is the price they have quoted online, and I want it. The next day, I received an email stating, per my request the reservation was cancelled. I responded to the email, I have not cancelled my reservation and I want my flight tickets. I have not had another response from them. I want this company to issue my tickets or to close their doors. They should not be allowed to do false advertisement in order to get people on their sites and then change their prices. Please help me with this issue. My daughter was injured in the military and my husband, son, and I are going there before the surgery to be with her and to help her pack up. Thank you!

I booked 2 flights for 2 people from *********** to ***** and back. I was contacted by a representative of the company trying to sell me upgrades to the tickets. I tried to tell him that I only wanted the tickets the way I had booked them. He claimed that he could not book the seats the way they were listed. I told him that I wanted to cancel if he couldn't provide the seats that I had booked. I was told that they were non-refundable and that nothing had been charged to my account. After checking, the tickets had been charged but not booked and now my order has been canceled. All I want is either the tickets or a refund.

transaction date 2/29/24 for airline tickets southwest airline through a third party. The agency was acting as a third party purchase tickets. Immediately received a phone call stating that the transaction didn't go through and requested I give them another credit card. I contacted my credit card agency and was informed that a transaction has been submitted. A few minutes later the transaction appears for a few dollars cheaper. I suddenly get another call which states that the transaction was completed but $200 additional dollars are needed for baggage. I explained to the foreign representative that theirs no where on the website states that bags are not included. The agent became irate when I told him that the reviews on the web are all negative. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on a lengthy hold.

We booked flights on Saturday February 24th for a total of $793.30 for two tickets and then within 30 mins. received a phone call that said we booked a restricted flight and that the flight we booked had a no-luggage-allowed fare. Meaning no carry-on or checked luggage even for an extra fee for the luggage. They said they would upgrade our flight so that we were allowed luggage and the price would be $1900.00. When I said that was outrageous they said they could change flight times for $1400. I told them just to cancel the reservation and they said it was non-refundable. They also said that the policy for no luggage was stated when I booked the flights, but it was definitely NOT I even went back to double-check, and I sent them a screenshot of my booking to show that it was not on there. I said it was fine to keep the ticket and I could mail clothes for the price they were charging, but never received an email confirmation for flights. The following day I received another phone call and when I again stated that I was fine with the no luggage policy that I just wanted the flights I was told that that flight was no longer available, but that they could schedule a different flight (of course for a huge price increase). I stated that if they couldn't fulfill the flight that was booked that was their fault and I had no liability for their error. The associate on the phone started yelling at me and then hung up on me.

Very shady company. I purchased 1 round ticket. 24 hours later they canceled my ticket. They claim they tried to call me several time and left messages. They did send me 2 goofy emails that defiantly did not state anything was wrong. When I called the person spoke poor English rambled nonsense that made no sense. Bottom line they quoted me 279 and I paid 279, but they claimed delta would not except the ticket price and I would have to pay premium price @ $799 for stand by tickets. If I cancel there was no refund. I reread the email. They cancel and my card was not charged. So I parted ways. Since Bestticketfare they already sold my phone number and I have received so many scam phone calls. RUN FROM TJIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHADY SCAM COMPANY.

I purchase plane tickets from bestticketfares.com It came up in a search I was doing for flights to ******. After I purchased the tickets for my family, they sent me the terms which I did not agree to before purchasing, so I quickly contacted them and asked them to cancel my reservations. The tickets had not even been confirmed yet, nor was I charged, but they refused saying I can not get a refund. I explained that they did not send me the terms until after they payment, which required me to call them and confirm the reservation. I saw red flags, so I responded through email, and told them I did not agree with the terms, and no longer want to proceed with the reservation. They responded I will be charged the $2,865.24 because the tickets are nonrefundable. I didn't even have the reservation yet, it wasn't even confirmed and my card wasn't charged yet. They are now trying to bully me, and telling me I need to call them to pay to fix this, pay a fee, etc. I called my credit card, but they said I can't dispute the charge until it is posted on my account.

Booked an Airline ticket and was told the price would be $248.00 per ticket and was charged $348.00 per ticket for two tickets. They kept calling for an upgrade to the ticket claiming the ticket was for stand by only after we purchased it and we would have to pay $200.00 more per ticket to get the ticket to a firm ticket and include a carry on. I would like to get my $200.00 I paid back. The Gentlemen's name was *********************** and he sounded of Indian Decent. When I confronted them on the phone I received the attached email canceling the ticket however the money was pulled from my account by United.
