It is departing PSP, CA 2/24/24 to TPA. It returns from TPA on 2/26/24. I got a call from a Ticketfare Representative earlier in the week. They stated I could not bring any luggage or carry-ons. There was NO written message on my "Flight Rules and Restrictions" that I could not bring any luggage or carry-ons. I have NEVER even heard of this before. I called back today, 2/19/24 and talked with two persons. One, ***************************, and her manager ***********************. They both reaffirmed that I could not bring luggage or a backpack on the plane. I stated nowhere in my paperwork does it say I cannot bring luggage and/or a carry-on backpack. I am going to my Mom's "Celebration of Life" on 2/25/24. And this ****************** has made it a nightmare. I am requesting you contact the company at ************** and ask for a full refund of my money. In addition, please talk with them about their deceptive and false advertisement on purchasing airline tickets through their company online.       I booked two airline tickets with BESTTICKETFARE. I thought I made the payment and saw the itinerary in my email. Soon after I received a call saying I needed confirm my flight with them. I was confused because I completed everything and received the itinerary. They said the booking was not complete until I authorized it. They then explained that I was not able to choose my seat. I accepted that. Then they said I was not able to check a bag. Not carry-on, not pay for an additional bag, I would not be able to take anything on the plane with me for this flight. I stated I had never heard where I could not bring anything on a flight with me going out of state for days! They then proceeded to explain I would in fact be able to check a bag and choose my seat for an additional fee, which was like $100 more than the other agencies were offering. I stated to him that the disclaimer only states that seat requests are not guaranteed, but said nothing about not bringing luggage or increasing the fee as a result. I told him that his information was false advertisement and that it's not fair that the additional fees were not shown so I could decide if I wanted to continue with the process. The attendant specifically said "Do you really think you would be able to find a fare this cheap?" I said that is why one would check different agencies to look for the cheapest fare. He continued to say that I could keep the flight without luggage or authorize to increase my price and bring my luggage. I said I did not want to increase my price and do not authorize this airline package.

      Deceptive Practices and Emotional Manipulation by BestTicketFare I wish to report a distressing experience with BestTicketFare, which has left me utterly disillusioned. On February 12, 2024, I purchased flight tickets from them, only to receive an unexpected last night, demanding an exorbitant $859.00 for a carry-on upgrade.Refusing to be coerced, I insisted on either honoring my original purchase or canceling the ticket. However, their so-called supervisor, after transferring me, callously threatened cancellation if I didn't comply.Today, February 14, 2024, commenced with me pleading for either a cancellation email or my ticket issuance, met with empty promises and endless lies. It took relentless calling before they begrudgingly sent the cancellation email, revealing their heartless and unethical business practices.Their callous disregard for customers' emotions and the financial implications is abhorrent. Such deceptive conduct has no place in the US travel industry. I implore authorities to take swift action against BestTicketFare to prevent others from falling victim to their schemes.

      I purchased airline tickets thru this broker 12/22/23 for a trip to Cabos on ***** Airlines. I paid with my credit card ending in 8834 , the amount was ****** total. I reached out to Best Ticket Fare on 12/24/23 and was told I could not take luggage or a backpack on the flight for my trip into ******. I told them how is that possible to travel for 5 days with the same clothes on me? I requested them to cancel this transaction because it was not right. I was simply told my transactions with them is no refundable and they hung up on me. I reached out to my credit card company to report a fraud charge on my card and I had to wait for them to complete an investigation. I was told this am by the card issuer that they had a policy in place and could not reverse the charges. The transactions were 2 of them both billed at ****** each thru *****, the trans numbers are 00621976147214DELTA and 00621976147225DELTA both charges were posted 12/23/24. I have tried calling ***** and they say there is no record of me in the system and I found these guys on the CheapFlights on ****** and when I put down where I wanted to go , these guys popped up as a sponsored lead to purchase tickets from them. This outfit is a total scam and all I want from them is my full refund back to my card I am not dealing with these guys period. Please help and they do not deserve to be in business at all.

      Purchased a airline ticket on businesses website where they advertised for $355.96 round trip. Then a few days later they charged my credit card more then double the amount. When I attempted to call them 3-4 times they disconnected the phone call. This is fraud and false advertisement. I am looking for refund on the difference of the price they advertised and sent me an itinerary for.

      on 2/12/2024, booked air tickets from this website: ******************************. The reservation clearly indicated which flight and date, the total cost is $369.71. However, then they informed you later those tickets are not available and you have to select other date and time. They provide the option for $721. My booking reference number: ***** . I attached the email confirmation for the booking.Since they do not have the tickets what I ordred, I asked them to cancel my reservation and do not charge my credit card, but they said this is non-refundable... even cancel the reservation.I do believe this is totally unacceptable.Would BBB help me to contact them to cancel my reservation and do not charge my credit card?       February 1, 2024 $404.25 Provided a ticket that does not include a carry on bag which wasn't stipulated and then called me a week later offering me a ticket for an additional $576 dollars if I wanted to carry a bag.Informed me my ticket was not refundable and I would be out the moneh paid.Agency Confirmation #: ***** Do not book flights this scam of a website !!!!! Besticketfare.com They will give a price online, once booked someone will call you to tell you this is a promotional price no changes or seat or bags can be added to this price, then they will try and try to find u a ticket that is triple what you paid that will allow you to pick your seats and add bags at additional prices making your flight in total more than advertised and more than the actual airline. Once you tell them to cancel the reservation since no ticket has been issued or email has been received they tell you that they have a confirmation and ticket information and you will lose all your money or you will get a voucher from the airline .... mind you no ticket or confirmation was issued. This web site is a scam don't do it !!!! Now am fighting with my bank to have the money refunded back to me since i don't have a ticket information or confirmation and they refused to cancel it ... Scammer theft, horrible customer service.

      Purchased two tickets from "www.bastticketfare.com" for $1751. With in 30 minutes I got a call from a rep saying that my tickets do no allow me to choose seats, cancel ticket or allows for any bags. At that point they offered me a upgrade for an extra $600 per person. I told them that I do not care and to proceed with booking my tickets at the price I purchased them on the web site. Two days later they call me to tell me that the airline does not have the seats for the tickets I purchased and I need to upgrade or loose my money. At this point I told them that they can give the upgrade for free or refund me my money. Again they are pushing for me to upgrade, now for $425 per person. This site is a bait and switch site. They will sell you a low price ticket to lure you in. Then they will force you to purchase a upgrade that will cost more in the end then buying a ticket straight from the airline. The reps name is ************************* which I believe to be a false name. At this point I called my cc and file a charge back since they refused to issue a refund.

      I purchased what I thought was airline tickets through ******************************** was sent an email with the price of ******. I then received a call from the company telling me all of their fine print that was not disclosed prior to purchase. They then tried to upsell me tickets for way more money. I then asked for a refund because I smelled a scam! They told me they cannot refund me. I then see on my bank that I got a charge for ****** from the airline!! Not even the quoted amount. When I called the company they were mean and I was hung up on. I now have to go through fraudulent charges with my bank.

      On January 31, 2024, I purchased a ticket from Best Ticket Fare. the next day at around 1730hrs I received a call from their representative informing me that the returning flight was scheduled for another day to which I replied that I did not have flexibility on my days, she then informed me that she will work on it and call me back, which she did not do. on February 1, 2024, at around 0946 hrs. I called them for the status of my flights, they transfered me to an agent whose name was Mr. ******************************** while talking to him, not only did he raise his voice at me although he apologized when I made sure to give him my piece of mind then he told me that I would pay 663 dollars for the ticket, I then told him that this is not what I purchased, my purchase was for $288.80 and I have the email to prove it and that I will file a lawsuit, he kind of mocked me on it. then he told me that he could find a ticket that will cost me $, ****** and told me that if I didn't take the deal, I would lose the money. I sent an email responding to the company that I have been coerced and forced to buy the ticket. I did attach the email traffic. I want refund of the difference that they forced me to pay
