I purchased my vehicle from Grant Motors and it wasn't a good experience. I had many problems during the process and especially afterwards. I was promised a replacement key fob by ***** the Salesperson who sold me the car, he reinforced the fact that due the inconveniences and mishandling of everything, as well as the fact of the matter is that I should have a fully functional key, that he promised me to order a new one. I have texted and called numerous times and either was told by ****, the ** that he would look into it and or get a hold of ***** etc, nobody has done anything to solve the problem. I still haven't received a new key, no response back with any truth. I would like for this Business to either send me a check for $400, for a new key or order one and have it delivered to the *** Dealership in ******, ** ASAP. I want to receive all the information, i.e receipt so I know that it's been ordered through the proper channels. I purchased a bucket truck for our business on April 30, 2022 for $34,250. I was provided information in regards to the weight of the truck being 23,000 lbs, which does not require a CDL. After purchasing, the registration shows 25,900 lbs, so we took it to the weigh station and it shows 25,920 with low fuel and no contents. This would put us beyond the 26,000 lbs requiring a CDL. After further examination, there is no tag on the door pillar as required showing the GVWR so we contacted FHP Commercial Division who ran the VIN and stated the truck is listed as 26,XXX-XX,000 lbs and requires a CDL. I contacted my salesperson immediately on Tuesday May 3, 2022, who claimed he would speak with the owners. As of today May 9, 2022 I still have no resolution, and keep being told they would talk to the owners again. Due to false information being provided, we are seeking a full refund to reverse this transaction as we are unable to drive the truck without a CDL, and never would have purchased the truck.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/13) */ Good Afternoon, We Spoke directly to Mr ******* about his concerns and researched with DMV the prior GVW on the truck. We acquired the records and provided them to Mr. ******* . After reviewing the records verbal with Mr. ******* he stated he was satisfied with the findings provided by DMV and the matter is resolved. We furthermore emailed copies of the records and title to his email so he had copies of the findings. Sincerely ***** *****
