              Have had problems resetting my password for accoun* ******* Have tried 10 to 15 times and I'm informed a code to reset it will be email to me. I never get that code, contacted the IT Dept. and got a response from a Halee Winder directing me to site to reset code. The local Macclenny office directs me to the IT department and I'm a endless Do Not Loop.

              Florida Farm Bureau is absolutely horrible. Their customer service was extremely bad, and their lack of professionalism was even worse. Stay away from Florida Farm Bureau if it all possible, theres other cheap insurance companies that will treat you better than they do
