      I was an extremely happy customer of ********************** Farm ********************** for 10+ years. My insurance used to consist of 3 vehicles, umbrella and homeowners and was through the ********, **. office. As I got older and things changed I moved and only needed auto insurance which was still provided. In all the years I had insurance with them, a claim was never filed on any policy. Recently, my agent I left the company. My insurance was turned over to another agent who was supposed to have called me last July to let me know but did not call me until Sept and then with no explanation except that he was my agent now and I needed to pay my bill which was paid in full to January of 2025. When I was trying to find out why he was my new agent and explain to him my policy was paid in full, he would not let me finish talking and very rudely interrupted me to say I was wrong and payment was needed and that my payments were due every two months which again was wrong. I was paid in full. I asked for his supervisor and he was just as rude. Agent was a ******* *******. After being treated rude enough to cause me to hang up, I got an email back stating that I was paid until January 2025 with no apology. I sent an email to state that due to the unprofessional and rude way I was treated that effective that date, to cancel my insurance. I intentionally made my cancellation by email to be sure it was in writing. I never received anything ti say it would be taken care of. 10 days later I called as I had still not heard. The lady who answered the phone got the information from him and sent me a cancellation email to sign. The information was incorrect and even their letter said to not sign if I did not agree with the information. I did not sign, called them back, spoke with the manager again who refused to change the letter. I then called a *** ***** who was district manager and he told me if I refused to sign as was, he wouldn't guarantee my refund. I wish I had room to tell the whole story.
