I've taken my Pomsky about 5 times. The groomers have always been very nice and courteous and the service and prices are equal to other groomers in the area. I like the convenience and they let the dogs mingle if that is what you want while your puppy waits for you to pick them up. My dog LOVES that. and so do I as it gives him time to socialize with other dogs. The place is clean which I have found K9 to be cleaner than others I have visited.Review from Ryan C

Do not recommend. They practice illegal business operations. Be aware they will steal from you.

Our company in no way "practices illegal business operations". We are extremely transparent and all customers sign a forum stating they understand that we are a service based industry with tons of variables to how we price our services. For instance, behavior of the dog on the table, excessive matting, extremely long hair, and size. Our prices our equal to the amount of time our groomer spends providing the best looking cut we can achieve. This customer was charged a price he was unhappy with on a previous visit, decided to return and was told that the price would remain the same based on the condition of the hair. When they returned to pick up the dog they were once again shocked to the same exact price as the previous visit and tried to get out of paying the bill. We charged the customer promptly and even forewarned the customer before the groom was performed. Our company will not apologize for providing a service exactly as the customer intended. We do hope that you can find a groom shop that can provide you a better price and match the quality that we provide.Customer Response

This again proves that K-9 Splash N Dash is dishonest. They didn't preform the same service as the previous visit. As I was very straightforward when I arrived I didn't want the same cut as I didn't want to pay that much. I had a conversation with the lady that helped me about not using scissor like the time before. With that said you didn't provide the same service as the prior visit. This is why your website is filled with the same complaints. I have also reported this to other agencies to investigate. Illegal business practice is not tolerated. You will be shut down.
