    Purchased 4 wheels. Found that one was out of round. This was found after balancing on a road force balancer. Reached out to the company via email and website and received no response. Think twice before using this company as their customer service will not respond to your emails, or calls. We would like the defective wheel replaced. Any help **** be appreciated!

    Wheel heroThis is the worst experience Ive ever had with any business. The long and the short is, they are trying to charge me for an order that was not filled. I sent an email to cancel what I picked about an hour or so after they opened. Per their cancellation policy, I shouldve been charged $125.00 cancel fee. They are charging me almost $400.00. I have several emails backing this up. I wanted to look at their website to see if I can pick out a different setup. They will not call me back after leaving several messages for someone to call me on this issue. They are hiding behind their computer.

    This is a multi-pronged review of Wheel Hero, as we just had our first and only VERY unpleasant interaction with this **************** for wheels and tires online, I was checking various websites to see what their shipping rate to ****** would be(it varies wildly). I built a set of wheels and tires that were close to what I wanted, but not exact, just to get to the point where I enter my ZIP to check shipping.I progress through the package builder, finally get to the point it seems I'll be able to view the shipping rates, the LAST BUTTON I CLICKED was "Review Order", and upon clicking it, I was presented with a receipt and "Thank you for your purchase" screen. At no point did I click a button labelled "submit, finalize, place order etc...".So I email customer service within 3 minutes of erroneously placing this order, asking for a cancellation. A guy named ***** gets back to me the next day, and says "We do drop shipping, sorry can't help you." This was the very beginning of the business day, and NO tracking or shipping information had been provided yet. Several phone calls/emails throughout that day were fully ignored and I received no more responses. The next day(today), after emailing again to see if anyone in the company checks their customer service email, I get "We're going to charge you a 25% restocking fee since it had already shipped. Again, I've never received any tracking or shipping information still. So I replied with a screenshot of their own policy, that states if an order is cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, a flat $45 charge is all that's required. I've yet to see the response to that, but the willingness of this company to disobey their own stated return policy to try and extract more money from me is despicable. Additionally, my receipt showed Shipping: Free, but then in a line below it, "shipping and handling costs: $300~". So their free shipping is also a scam.

    Sold me 4 year old tires. I was looking for 20" rims and tires and the website switched to 22" and I did not notice and got 22" sets.They did not seem to care when I brought it to their attention.

    We realized on delivery we chose 9.5" instead of 10.5" rims, our mistake. We immediately contacted them via email and received a response "usual response times 10-40 mins". We emailed again 2 days later, still nothing. We called the later that day and talked to someone that was either high or someones son because they had less then zero information on how their own policies work and with what we told them they said we will receive an email on how to return and it shouldnt be an issue to switch them out. So, we were told what we wanted to hear. We finally did receive an email about 1 hour after the call and it said we would be responsible for shipping back (completely fair) and also a 25% restocking fee and signed by a "*****" along with a fax number (yup, they wont give out their direct line, but they will give out a fax number that were used in the early 2000s). These boxes are unopened and due to cost of rims with shipping it would be nearly $700 to ship back! I called them, emailed them, they refused to answer or respond to anything. I am not an unreasonable person, as I mentioned above the shipping cost was understandable but its not like we sat on these for a month so you couldnt sell them to someone else, we contacted this company the next day and then the game of them not responding began. Clearly, they just dont care for the customer and are out for a money grab so, here is your review, Wheel Hero.

    I am highly dissatisfied with this place. I emailed and called numerous times and got one response via email. Very short and rude. When I called they would answer the phone and then put me back on hold and then transfer me to a full voicemail. I had questions and concerns and none of these were answered. This place was terrible to work with and I couldnt be more upset.

    This is my second set of rims and tires from wheel hero. The shipping is fast and initially customer service was great. My rims and tires arrived without the lug nuts I paid for (not a huge deal) BUT they also put cheaper tires on than what I paid for. I have been trying for a week to get the lugs sent to me and a $230 refund for the tires since they used cheaper tires without asking me or even letting me know. When I call customer service they transfer me to support who has a full mailbox and the message states you should start a support ticket (which Ive already done) and then hangs up on me. I have provided them with the pricing online that justifies the return and the invoice that shows that I paid for black lugs and they sent the wrong ones. I would think that this would be an easy fix for them. Im guessing customer service after the sale isnt terribly important to them.
