  I bought a set of 20 inch wheels with tires from wheel hero. When they came in, I put them on the truck and had a vibration. I reached out and a guy named ***** sent me hub spacers that were supposed to come with the wheels but didnt. It took a month to get the spacers and that was on the **************. Once the hub spacers came in I put them on and still had a vibration. At this point communication start getting really slow with *****. I end up getting a chance to go have them balanced since ***** mentioned it. Every wheel was off some by 4 ounces. At this point, ***** told me theres nothing that they can do. I just took the truck to the dealership for vibration just to make sure and they asked me to bring the factory wheels also so I did. They put the factory wheels on the problem went away once they put these wheels back on the vibration started again. This is ridiculous to to pay as much as I did for these wheels and tires and then be messed up from factory. I would never recommend wheel hero to anyone. They have never tried to make it right. Their goal is just hurry and get your bills and the rest is on you. I could never imagine doing this to any of my customers

  I will never do business with these people again. I have called six times about my order not being completed and I got six different answers. They told me it had been shipped and I finally got something from **** and it was being shipped and this was a week later. I still havent gotten the rest of my order. Very poor customer service!!

  Wheel heroThis is the worst experience Ive ever had with any business. The long and the short is, they are trying to charge me for an order that was not filled. I sent an email to cancel what I picked about an hour or so after they opened. Per their cancellation policy, I shouldve been charged $125.00 cancel fee. They are charging me almost $400.00. I have several emails backing this up. I wanted to look at their website to see if I can pick out a different setup. They will not call me back after leaving several messages for someone to call me on this issue. They are hiding behind their computer.

  This is a multi-pronged review of Wheel Hero, as we just had our first and only VERY unpleasant interaction with this **************** for wheels and tires online, I was checking various websites to see what their shipping rate to ****** would be(it varies wildly). I built a set of wheels and tires that were close to what I wanted, but not exact, just to get to the point where I enter my ZIP to check shipping.I progress through the package builder, finally get to the point it seems I'll be able to view the shipping rates, the LAST BUTTON I CLICKED was "Review Order", and upon clicking it, I was presented with a receipt and "Thank you for your purchase" screen. At no point did I click a button labelled "submit, finalize, place order etc...".So I email customer service within 3 minutes of erroneously placing this order, asking for a cancellation. A guy named ***** gets back to me the next day, and says "We do drop shipping, sorry can't help you." This was the very beginning of the business day, and NO tracking or shipping information had been provided yet. Several phone calls/emails throughout that day were fully ignored and I received no more responses. The next day(today), after emailing again to see if anyone in the company checks their customer service email, I get "We're going to charge you a 25% restocking fee since it had already shipped. Again, I've never received any tracking or shipping information still. So I replied with a screenshot of their own policy, that states if an order is cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, a flat $45 charge is all that's required. I've yet to see the response to that, but the willingness of this company to disobey their own stated return policy to try and extract more money from me is despicable. Additionally, my receipt showed Shipping: Free, but then in a line below it, "shipping and handling costs: $300~". So their free shipping is also a scam.

  Selected mounting and balancing for $99 during checkout somehow got tires separate from wheels was told that I didnt select it and there was nothing that they could do

  Sold me 4 year old tires. I was looking for 20" rims and tires and the website switched to 22" and I did not notice and got 22" sets.They did not seem to care when I brought it to their attention.

  We realized on delivery we chose 9.5" instead of 10.5" rims, our mistake. We immediately contacted them via email and received a response "usual response times 10-40 mins". We emailed again 2 days later, still nothing. We called the later that day and talked to someone that was either high or someones son because they had less then zero information on how their own policies work and with what we told them they said we will receive an email on how to return and it shouldnt be an issue to switch them out. So, we were told what we wanted to hear. We finally did receive an email about 1 hour after the call and it said we would be responsible for shipping back (completely fair) and also a 25% restocking fee and signed by a "*****" along with a fax number (yup, they wont give out their direct line, but they will give out a fax number that were used in the early 2000s). These boxes are unopened and due to cost of rims with shipping it would be nearly $700 to ship back! I called them, emailed them, they refused to answer or respond to anything. I am not an unreasonable person, as I mentioned above the shipping cost was understandable but its not like we sat on these for a month so you couldnt sell them to someone else, we contacted this company the next day and then the game of them not responding began. Clearly, they just dont care for the customer and are out for a money grab so, here is your review, Wheel Hero.

  I purchased a slightly used Chevy cross over SUV from a dealership in my hometown. This vehicle was said to have new tires on it at the time of purchase. I did verify that this was true. Those tires didn't even last a year. Two fo the Four steel belts had shifted causing multiple lumps in the tires, uneven wear and the entire vehicle would shake when speeds reached over 45 MPH, I also had to replace a bent wheel that was apparently bent at the time I purchased the vehicle as well. The vehicle was not safe to drive at this point. It was wintertime here in Washington state and the area I live in here in gets long, bitterly cold, Icy and snowy winters. Therefore, you need either a well-treaded set of All Season tires or a good set of winter studded tires. I am on a limited income. And I wasn't expecting the new tires the dealership had put on my vehicle to fail in less than a year's time. I could not find a set of reasonably priced tires in or around the city in which I live in I went to the internet to see what i could find. One of the first places that popped up in my search was Wheel Hero. I was able to find a good set of All Season tires and a nice sturdy set of matching rims for an affordable price and I was offered financing as well. The sales department was incredibly helpful. Chris went above and beyond to help me with my final purchase and he also followed up with me a few weeks later to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Chis from Wheel Hero provided an overall pleasant and stress-free purchasing experience. I will definitely buy from the again in the future. I have also shared my experience with everyone I know.   Worked with their sales team to find ******************************* that would work for my car, they assured me the wheel/tire combo would work without issue, and if not I could return them. The tires had severe rubbing issues, when I contacted them they refused to take them back via email conversations and I requested a phone call, but they will not call me back, and when I call I get transferred to voicemail. they will not return calls or respond to emails.Their sales team is very friendly but if you have an issue they will not resolve it or return your calls or emails.
