  I am highly dissatisfied with this place. I emailed and called numerous times and got one response via email. Very short and rude. When I called they would answer the phone and then put me back on hold and then transfer me to a full voicemail. I had questions and concerns and none of these were answered. This place was terrible to work with and I couldnt be more upset.

  This is my second set of rims and tires from wheel hero. The shipping is fast and initially customer service was great. My rims and tires arrived without the lug nuts I paid for (not a huge deal) BUT they also put cheaper tires on than what I paid for. I have been trying for a week to get the lugs sent to me and a $230 refund for the tires since they used cheaper tires without asking me or even letting me know. When I call customer service they transfer me to support who has a full mailbox and the message states you should start a support ticket (which Ive already done) and then hangs up on me. I have provided them with the pricing online that justifies the return and the invoice that shows that I paid for black lugs and they sent the wrong ones. I would think that this would be an easy fix for them. Im guessing customer service after the sale isnt terribly important to them.

  I purchased a slightly used Chevy cross over SUV from a dealership in my hometown. This vehicle was said to have new tires on it at the time of purchase. I did verify that this was true. Those tires didn't even last a year. Two fo the Four steel belts had shifted causing multiple lumps in the tires, uneven wear and the entire vehicle would shake when speeds reached over 45 MPH, I also had to replace a bent wheel that was apparently bent at the time I purchased the vehicle as well. The vehicle was not safe to drive at this point. It was wintertime here in Washington state and the area I live in here in gets long, bitterly cold, Icy and snowy winters. Therefore, you need either a well-treaded set of All Season tires or a good set of winter studded tires. I am on a limited income. And I wasn't expecting the new tires the dealership had put on my vehicle to fail in less than a year's time. I could not find a set of reasonably priced tires in or around the city in which I live in I went to the internet to see what i could find. One of the first places that popped up in my search was Wheel Hero. I was able to find a good set of All Season tires and a nice sturdy set of matching rims for an affordable price and I was offered financing as well. The sales department was incredibly helpful. Chris went above and beyond to help me with my final purchase and he also followed up with me a few weeks later to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Chis from Wheel Hero provided an overall pleasant and stress-free purchasing experience. I will definitely buy from the again in the future. I have also shared my experience with everyone I know.   Worked with their sales team to find ******************************* that would work for my car, they assured me the wheel/tire combo would work without issue, and if not I could return them. The tires had severe rubbing issues, when I contacted them they refused to take them back via email conversations and I requested a phone call, but they will not call me back, and when I call I get transferred to voicemail. they will not return calls or respond to emails.Their sales team is very friendly but if you have an issue they will not resolve it or return your calls or emails.

  Ordered a set of rims using their vehicle search, was sent the wrong size and rudely told multiple times to "just put on the wheels" when they did not fit. After about 2 months they finally sent me the "new" rims come to find out they had just redrilled over the old bolt pattern and added spacers (I didn't know how bad this could be). I drove on them for about a month before the car started to shake, brought the tires in to see if they needed to be rebalanced and was flat out told that they wouldn't do service on the rims because the spacers have large gaps around them making it unsafe to drive on. Here's hoping I can get a refund.

  They ****....I was a return customer this last set was horrible. Had to take my truck out to local shop to have balanced Lugs were missing. The tires couldn't be balance do to them so far out of round. I had to buy another set of tires. They won't answer my calls. I have to had to fill through my cc now.

  "THIS COMPANY IS TOPS"THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WITH GREAT KNOLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS!I WASN'T SURE WHAT ******************************* TO GET FOR MY 2012-JEEP WRANGLER...THEY GUIDED ME ALL THE WAY THRU, HELPED ME FIND "EXACTLY" WHAT I WANTED I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!! DEFINETLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
