    Brought me a Tire and Wheel package, was 1 wheel and Tire and everything came installed and balanced. Was scared buying online but everything worked out. I'll buy from Wheelhero again in the future.

    From hero to zero. I recently received my first and last order from WheelHero. I paid $1500 for a wheels/tires package (guaranteed fit) that violently shook the whole vehicle at `55-60mph. The steering wheel was shaking so badly steering was less responsive and the vibrations could be felt in the seats. I emailed them twice regarding the issue and never received a reply. Support was very helpful and responsive up until I had a problem, now they are AWOL.
